Service department representative was busy with a...

Service department representative was busy with a customer and would call me back. An hour later, no one seemed concerned that it had been an hour and the rep was still busy with a customer. Must be a very overworked department. Give these poor people a brake and take your car elsewhere.

Two and a half hours later; I still had to call in to find out anything on my car. Still waiting on a part. A part that is not a specialized part. It s in stock at the auto parts store down their street. And the other chain auto parts store nearby. And they need another day to get the part that they didn t get the full day the car sat around their shop

Really ratchet and distasteful dealership. After driving for 2 1/2 hrs after being promised of being put another an Acura. Sales manager was very unprofessional. He lied to get us down there then was very rude and did not let us get a word in. He made us feel like he was belittling us the way he came off. Just had the best car buying experience ever. I have been a customer of this dealership for over 25 years. On the few occasions that I have had a problem with a vehicle (very rare with an Acura product), they have taken care of it immediately and to my satisfaction. My salesman this time was Marc Valentine. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and met all my needs as a customer. Greg Hodges, like his father before him, puts the customer first and takes care of them. I will continue to do business with Acura of Augusta and recommend them to others. You can not go wrong with a Honda product, and Acura cars are a great value.

My cousin moved here from the UK for a job and quickly needed a car. He went to this dealership. Clearly they took advantage of a man unwise to the American system. Shortly after leaving with the car, the check engine & abs lights came on, we found that it leaked oil, there was zero coolant in it, and it was 2 quarts low on oil. We discovered the value was much less than represented by the salesman. Upon returning two business days later to rectify the situation, the manager indicated he would do nothing to fix the car. My cousin said he had felt pressured to buy the car because the salesman wouldn't return his license. My cousin stated he felt trapped by the salesman, and the manager began speaking to him like he was a child. The manager chose to respond very negatively to me when we tried to return the car, and made it abundantly clear his lack of respect to me related directly to the fact I was a woman. Unacceptable.
He was uncooperative, rude, and said that he did not care what happened to the business' reputation as a result. As a business owner myself, this shocked me that a business would care so little about their integrity or reputation. I caution you to not make a similar mistake. Run to any other dealership than this one!

This is one of the worst car dealer in Augusta. All good salespersons had gone. The current salespersons do not care about customers or customer satisfaction at all; they just push you to buy a new car. They actually ignore your desire for your new car and push you to give up on the car you would like to have soon. This dealer has the worst levels of customer services, although Acura or HOnda is making good cars that never break compared to those of other car companies. Also, acurafinancialservices does not do anything for customers because once you have some problems with dealers, they just said that this is a responsibility of the dealer. I would suggest that although cars are good enough, the customer services of this dealer and acurafinancialservices are very bad; do not expect that they would do something good for you.

I had a terrible experience at Acura of Augusta, the car I bought a car, on the way home the A/C supposedly went out. When I got home I told them about the problem, they told me to come back and I live 50 miles away so when I get there they took the car into service. I got the car back after they said it was blowing cold air, it was the same as it was when I brung it there. They did nothing to the car, so I called them again they said bring it back, when I did the A/C guy was not working that day and one told me to play with the A/C switch. The salesman Jonathon told me to bring it again and once again they did nothing. I will never buy another car from this dealership ever so many broken promise to have only had this car 2 weeks.

DO NOT BUY HERE! I had what seemed to be a great buying process At First, that has turned into the worst experience I've ever had. I traded in my car to buy a newer model, once I drove off the lot the nightmare began. I never got my tag, found out they sent it to an old address that I lived at years ago. Had to go back multiple times to get an extended temp tag. Then I had to take off of work to file a police report for a lost tag that I never received, got written up at work for having to miss an important meeting to deal with the tag issues and stay at the tag office to rectify the entire situation. The nightmare doesn't stop there... I was promised tinted windows and all weather mats like I had in my old car, I got mates for only the front seats and not the trunk. Went in to try to resolve the pending things that weren't done only to find a new manager was now working there. Spoke with him back and forth and then nothing. Went there in person again only to get an, I'm sorry we won't give you anything that was promised to you previously. Never received copies of my warranties that I purchased and never received refunded money that was owed to me. It's been over a year since I've been back and forth with Acura of Augusta to no avail. The only department that knows what they are doing is the service team. If it weren't for the service team I'd give a 0 rating. Word of advice.... STAY AWAY from Acura of Augusta at all cost! Go anywhere but here.

Great car dealership. Very honest, Jonathan Maguire is great and very helpful. I didn't work with any other salesmen but they seamed very helpful as well. They also have a great place to wait on your car being serviced or washed. The waiting room has free starbucks, snacks, wifi, Apple computers, and very comfortable seats. Great place to get a car from.
