The best service and car buying experience I have EVER had! Marcus, Joey, Bill, Jack, Ashley and Walter were just all a joy to deal with!!! Buying/leasing a car is a stressful experience, but they lifted the stress right off my shoulders!!! Cannot recommend them enough (if I could give a 56,857 star rating they would get it)!!!

I found the perfect car for my Mom on autotader.com which led me to Acura of Augusta, Gordon Highway. I initially emailed through auto trader to see if the car was available, on a Sunday. Shannon responded promptly at 5:30 am on Monday. We met with Shannon on Monday and purchased the car. She was extremely helpful to Mom by helping her get to know the car. Shannon and Cam, Sales Manager met all of our needs making the deal and correcting a small issue I had with the car. I am very pleased with the experience and expect to work with them in the future.

After hearing great things about the Jim Hudson dealerships, I decided to stop by this newly owned Acura lot. Found a car I liked but unfortunately the keys for all vehicles weren t available due to the staff being locked out of the system the entire morning. That was no issue, I asked them to please hold the keys for me until it became available and I was assured that would be the case since it was their fault for not having access to the keys for a test drive or look inside. I received a text from my saleswoman informing me she was holding the keys for me, I made a special trip and arrived back at the dealership within 30 minutes. When I arrived, I saw another couple test driving the car and was a little confused based on the text I received thirty minutes prior. Another salesman grabbed the key off of the desk that was being held for me when the Manager (Sean) told him it was OK to do so. Went inside with my questions & they assured me that since I was there first at 11 AM when their key system was shut down I should have first pick - I proceeded to test drive and inspect the car, it was the one! We sat down to talk numbers, get paperwork started, and got on the phone with my bank to get it all squared away. Unfortunately, the manager Sean came and informed me the car has been purchased. Sean is a liar. I understand car sales is first come first serve, but it is very unfair the way it unfolded considering the circumstances. Had the keys been available to me earlier in the day, it would ve been a done deal and be in my driveway. There was a lack of communication in the business and a lack of honesty. If you are working in customer service & sales, you need to be a person of your words. I will never return to this dealership. However, Jim Hudson Lexus right down the street is owned by the same owners, but it seems they hire a higher caliber of people! Save yourself some time and go see them!

I recently purchased my first Acura vehicle and by far, the experience at Jim Hudson Acura was the most pleasant in all my years of auto purchases. CJ Banks and Ty made the entire process a happy one. They were very willing to work with me on the total purchase price and I felt I received a fair price for the car I chose. All of the staff at this dealership were welcoming and went above and beyond to make this experience a good one. I highly recommend dealing with the Acura dealer!

Great car dealership. Very honest, everyone that I ran into stopped to speak to me and make sure that I was being taken care of. It's that level of personal care and attention to detail that makes you feel comfortable there. They also have a great place to wait on your car being serviced or washed. The waiting room has free starbucks, water, snacks, wifi, and very comfortable seats. Great place to get a car from.

Met a guy Terrance and he actually helped me make a smart choice and not only get the just the car I wanted, but rather get what was best for my family. As an Acura owner, decided to visit this one dealer. Pulled up, after circling 2-3 times around a very congested parking lot. Not one greeting, even from an employee who parked a customer's car in front of my Acura. It's not as if my own Acura blended with the current 2019 models....just nothing as in "care". Went inside, same thing. I went over to service and met with Melissa Davis, she was amazing to work with from months ago when I was attempting to get work done on my Legend. To her and the service dept I give a full 5 stars, on the sales dept....maybe a 3 lol. Mrs. Davis caring enough to give me the quotes requested online showed me the attention to detail I was looking for....this is your Acura dealer if you live in the area!

My husband and I and our 2 small children were traveling from Mississippi to South Carolina. The air conditioner in our Acura TL began messing up and we found Acura of Augusta and pulled in. We were greeted by John and Larry, who had just gotten off work but assisted us with diagnosing and fixing our problem and had us back in the road in about an hour with a great attitude and assurance! We have owned several makes and models of vehicles, and by far, Acura has always gone above and beyond in performance and especially in customer service! Being new to Georgia we were so hesitant to trust a new dealership since we had been going to the same dealerships in Maryland forever. I called Acura of Augusta, blindly and asked to speak to a manager for help and was put in the care of Daniel Hodges. Daniel was honest, genuine, kind, accommodating and respectful. He did everything he could to get the car that I wanted and in a timely manner. Jonathan McGuire was our sales consultant who offered wonderful hospitality and care for us. Jonathan went over the vehicle in detail and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, patient and did not pressure us in any way. In finance, Frank Majors was able to beat our USAA bank rate and offer us a better rate with the terms that fit us best. Frank also did not pressure but offered his expertise in a way we felt very comfortable.
Lastly, due to us recently relocating our Insurance company did not properly verify our information to The Motor Vehicle division so there was a delay in getting our license plates. I called Daniel to inquire about our license plates and he did the research, got the appropriate information needed, sent one of his employees to pick up the plates on my behalf and then DELIVERED THEM TO MY DOORSTEP! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a vehicle. Our experience blew us away and in the world of increasingly demanding customer service expectations and as prior loyal Mercedes Benz customers, this was impressive. We will never go anywhere else!

left these guys messages thru their site....they call me at 823am to discuss.....we text back and forth all day..they ask me for a deposit to get in line for a test drive but i am not in that city...JIm kept asking for a deposit ..all i asked in the morning was if truck comes with 2 sets of keys..how easy is it to get me that answer....then i call back the next day speak to a different person ....all day no return call or text ....and he said he would get back to me.....oh well guess contactless deals are just not really what they want to do.....weird dealership

So, as every American wants, we tried to get a vehicle from other places. We ve had shady salesman before, especially when dealing with used. I came to this car lot and expected to have to defend myself and somehow, get a car. I had the best experience I ve had in my 41 years on this earth!!! Y all every question I had for Mr. Sylvester was answered with PROOF! As an honest working man, I don t have the time or the money to waste and he made sure of that. I was in and out in an hour and now I m happy in my new vehicle!!! If you are in the area, you should stop by because you will truly get the best service !!!
