Being new to Georgia we were so hesitant to trust a new dealership since we had been going to the same dealerships in Maryland forever. I called Acura of Augusta, blindly and asked to speak to a manager for help and was put in the care of Daniel Hodges. Daniel was honest, genuine, kind, accommodating and respectful. He did everything he could to get the car that I wanted and in a timely manner. Jonathan McGuire was our sales consultant who offered wonderful hospitality and care for us. Jonathan went over the vehicle in detail and answered all of our questions. He was knowledgeable, patient and did not pressure us in any way. In finance, Frank Majors was able to beat our USAA bank rate and offer us a better rate with the terms that fit us best. Frank also did not pressure but offered his expertise in a way we felt very comfortable.
Lastly, due to us recently relocating our Insurance company did not properly verify our information to The Motor Vehicle division so there was a delay in getting our license plates. I called Daniel to inquire about our license plates and he did the research, got the appropriate information needed, sent one of his employees to pick up the plates on my behalf and then DELIVERED THEM TO MY DOORSTEP! I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a vehicle. Our experience blew us away and in the world of increasingly demanding customer service expectations and as prior loyal Mercedes Benz customers, this was impressive. We will never go anywhere else!
