I am a Florida native and I just recently purchased my new TLX over there. I came to visit some of my family in Duluth for the holidays and I had some difficultys working some of the features in my new TLX. I just so happened to see Acura Carland in the area. I pulled in the lot and stepped out of my vehicle (in the rain) to see if 1 of the Salesman could help me out and I was immediately approached by Bruno. I told him why I came to the dealership and that I was not looking to purchase and he never took a smile off his face . He said that he was more than happy to help and he even took about 15 minutes of his time to go over all of the features with me . As far as customer service goes, Bruno was outstanding ! What surprised me the most about this young gentlemen was that after he answered all of my questions he ran inside and came back out with a business card and assured me that even though I lived in Orlando, I could always give him a call if I had any other questions or concerns about my car. (Not your average saleman ) If you live in the Atlanta Duluth area and your looking for a vehicle , I would definitely recommend Yves "Bruno" Arreola. Thank you for your time you were spectacular!
