I visited Acura Carland on December 23, 2018 and was approached by LaRon McBee. I told him that I was interested in purchasing a new vehicle, but I wasn t sure which vehicle I wanted. My last 4 vehicles were all Hondas, and I already owed an SUV (Honda Element). Therefore, I was interested in a sedan and I liked the look of the Acura. So my next vehicle was going to be either another Honda or an Acura. LaRon was very professional, helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He showed me the ILX and the TLX and explained the features of each. There was absolutely NO pressure from him to get me to buy. I returned to the dealership on December 26 to take another look at the TLX. LaRon patiently went over all of the features again, and even showed me the RLX as I expressed that I wanted a larger vehicle. Immediately I LOVED the RLX! I returned the following day and purchased the vehicle on my lunch break from work. I offered the dealership a fair price, we agreed on it and completed the transaction in an hour! I had my financing approved by 4 other lenders, but Carland was even able to get me a better interest rate. I have purchased many vehicles throughout my life and hands down, this was the most pleasant experience I ve had. LaRon is an asset to this dealership and without him I wouldn t have narrowed down my search and purchased this vehicle so quickly. I will definitely tell all of my friends and family members to come down to see LaRon!
