You feel really special when you come here and the GM really works hard for the customers. The unlimited miles warranty is also a nice feature.

Michael and Devon were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the car and attempted to satisfy my requirements for test driving in multiple scenarios. Greg helped through the pricing process with no surprises and suggesting packages and their benefits but not pushing to buy anything extra. An experience focused on car buying with no pushy sales tactics - this is how car buying should be !!!

I always leave Acura Carland satisfied with the services performed on my vehicle and the customer service experience. If there is a bit of a wait, their waiting room amenities make it super easy and comfortable as opposed to some places where you sit in a dirty, cramped waiting area. This, and the fact that no one knows my Acura better than an Acura dealer, are the reasons I will always choose to have my vehicle serviced here.

Riley Walsh ... The most underrated car salesman ever. Let me first start by saying that I am a terrible person to sell ANYTHING to.... especially a car. I do all of my car shopping online and know more than the salesmen 9 out of 10 times. Riley didn't try to SELL anything. I looked at a Nissan in the used lot and after I was approved I told Riley I was going to sleep on the decision. Well, that night it sold. He actually offered to drive it to me 45 mins away from the dealership the next day if it didn't sell. Then I stated I was interested in an RDX they had on the lot and he actually made note of it AND called me when there was another interested party. I test drove it and on a SATURDAY he had me approved and out the door within about 3 hours! I even left my car on the lot for hours before I could grab it. They were accommodating, compassionate, and concerned about my needs. It was an amazing experience and I love my car! Oh, I almost forgot the best part... I was in a hurry... Like normal... and Riley forfeited his lunch time to help detail the car in business attire all so I could get home. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you Riley and Pete and to all the guys behind the scenes.... I will not shop anywhere else for a vehicle!!!! Can't wait for the next buy ;)

I hate marketing survey s more than you can imagine. Please figure out another way to compensate your techs and service support people. Hey GM, are you listening to me? The customer. My tech and service support people were 100 percent fantastic. Give them the highest rating available. The survey team, the absolute lowest! This follow-up takes away from and otherwise pleasant experience.

Excellent service, from the moment I pulled into the garage until the time I drove home. They were extremely professional, and I truly appreciated the use of a loaner vehicle while the repairs were being made so I didn't have to sit and wait. Everyone in their customer service department was excellent. Such a breath of fresh air! I"ll never go anywhere else again.

Eldin and staff were patient with us while we made sure we were making the right decision for ourselves. After weeks of car shopping, we are very happy with our decision to go with the Acura, and even happier we got it from Acura Carland.

I bought a CPO TLX from Acura Carland that I found online. I live 3 hours away and found two cars in Atlanta online. The first one was at Global Imports Mini, but someone was buying the car when I got there after promising they would hold it for me since I was coming from out of town. I was starting to regret my decision to drive to Atlanta to buy a car, but then I went to Acura Carland. One of, if not the best, car buying experiences I have had. They were in fact holding the car like they promised. Very professional, honest, competitively priced and they work with you after the sale to be sure everything is right (the car had some windshield scratches that we couldn't see when we bought the car, and they are working with me to get it fixed). I worked with Michael Scott - no pressure and he bent over backwards to be sure everything was perfect.
Their CPO program is highly recommend and gives you a lot of assurance you don't get when buying used somewhere else. Great dealership!!!

Excellent customer service! If you are on the market for certified used Acura cars, the Acura Carland is the place to go. And Anthony Giovannitti is the sales representative you need to ask for. Great buying experience along with excellent sales support and process. I hope that in the future I will get the same amount of attention, help and support even for regular maintenance visits to the dealership. Keep up the good work Acura Carland.

Everything from when I called and made the service...

Everything from when I called and made the service appt to when I picked up my car a few days later was amazing! Zack was a fabulous and informative service advisor, the young lady who set me up with a car to use was super love and friendly, the woman who answers the phones was friendly and even more so inside the service department, and the porter was sweet to help me with car seat! I live 80 miles away and would have no problem bringing my Acura back any day! The Honda dealership on Newnan just can t comapre!

Carland easily changed our service appointment at our request. We were loaned a courtesy car for the afternoon. We ended up getting back early as we knew how delightful the customer waiting area was. It has a variety of comfortable seating areas for reading, watching tv or working. And it offers cold beverages, hot coffee, and snacks. We were nicely accommodated in all aspects of our service experience.

I bought my TSX in 2006 from Acura Carland and have always taken it there for service. I absolutely love my service rep, Gil. He tells it to me straight, what I need vs what can wait until next time, knowing I will bring it back there. He always looks out for me and my baby car. I drive a bit to get there, but I know it's the best thing. People think I pay too much at a dealership, but the prices for tires and oil change are better than the specialty shops for those things. Couldn't be more pleased.

Buyers Beware - "Certified, Is it just a sticker?"...

Buyers Beware - "Certified, Is it just a sticker?", went by Acura Carland in Duluth GA and dealt with a very knowledgeable sales person. He worked extremely hard, taking my calls after hours and finding vehicles that met both my desires in style and price point. I explained to the sales person that my monthly payments were paramount and I wanted to stay at or below that monthly payment amount. After looking at several vehicles we settled on a Certified 2010 TL Black with 47,560 miles at $23,766. The car was very clean and I almost elected to passed on getting it verified by my mechanic, although errored on the side of caution. The inspection of the certified vehicle revealed the following; 1. Tech found slight seepage from under bell housing & engine block. Possible upper oil pan gasket or rear crankshaft seal 2. Tech found no coolant in coolant reservoir 3. Tech found rust on suspension, brakes & exhaust system 4. Tech found serpentine belt cracked. Words could not express my frustration and disgust on a Certified vehicle. Took the report to the sales person, that expressed "that s fine it s all under warranty." Granted it's under warranty..... why are these things being identified on a "Certified" vehicle was my question. The sales person said, I ll take the report to my office manager and have this investigated (this was Sat. 6/14/14), I also followed up with a phone call to the GM expressing my concerns. To this date, I have not received any explanation or phone call. So be careful when you see Certified.......just may be a sticker.

Over the years we've had both good and bad experie...

Over the years we've had both good and bad experiences when buying a car...and we've bought a lot of cars. Yesterday we had a superior experience at Acura Carland and Bryan Weiss was the primary reason for that. He listens. He's knowledgeable. He's someone you want to do business with again. And we will... Thanks Bryan--we love our new RDX and TLX. Thanks Acura Carland--you guys were great!!

Our sales rep, Riley Walsh, did everything he could to get us the deal we wanted. He even delivered the car to us and spent plenty of time reviewing the features of the car.
We knew what and the price we wanted, which was agreed upon.
The staff and management were quite accommodating.

I always been here for MDX Services in the past where everything went smoothly until yesterday I got my pistol stolen out of my middle console by one of their technicians while it was in service. I talked to them and nothing solved. I asked to talk to the technician but they refused. General manager was acting insanely careless. If there was a shooting happened then I bet the general manager wouldn t be so carelessly taking care of the situation. What comes around goes around. Hopefully, whoever stole my pistol better not commit crime. The authority wouldn t be nice when they put them in jail.

We went to get a first look at the new RDX model. We wanted to see the model inside the showroom. It was not powered so you couldn't check out the dash features, seating, or even lift the rear door. We didn't want to go as far as test driving, just wanted a quick first look. Oh well. They said people leave the door open so the battery runs down. What?

Had a great experience for a less than joyous car situation. I have a very old Acura, and I when I had to bring it in the other day, the mechanic, Gil, was very knowledgeable, and helpful, and took the time to really explain to me what was going on with it.

Unbelievable is all I can say! We drove up from Florida passing 100's of dealers all due to the professionalism of the manager(Jeff Hacker). Jeff answered my call late Sunday evening(8:10pm), I had general questions about an MDX they were advertising, impressed I drove 600 miles just to meet him, wasn't disappointed when I thought for sure I would get there and someone would say Jeff Who? Nope, Jeff has integrity, I will make that drive again when time comes, well done.

We went to Acura Carland unsure of whether we wanted to purchase the 2019 MDX or RDX for my wife's birthday. We were approached by Omid the salesman, who introduced himself and after finding out what our dilemma, he proceeded to explain the pros and cons of both vehicles, cost differences and the Acura discounts. He then made both vehicles available for test drives and showed us all the available options, bells and whistles. We decided on the 2019 MDX and his assistance with the financing was very professional, with no pressure to commit. As a result we walked away with a beautiful car and my wife is very proud of her gift and we would recommend this dealership to anyone. Ask for Omid and tell him Sam & Carrol send you. He has followed up with prompt response to all our calls and questions after the purchase.

We had a great car buying experience today! Mark Lieberman was our salesman, and he was the perfect combination of professional and friendly. We were impressed with everyone at the dealership, meeting several of the others there who were also friendly, one even offering me a place to console my newborn who came along for the purchase! We were able to reach a very fair and reasonable price for exactly the vehicle we wanted! We would return!

Never liked going to dealerships because I felt as a woman I was always taken advantage of . Came here to have work done on a recall and loved it! From beginning to end! Angel was great at getting my car taken care of. He even suggested an oil change (which I had no intention of getting ) that I got. I then was told I could get a loaner car. I talked to Ms. Betty and Mr. T'shome for my loaner and they were great! Everyone had such wonderful personalities for 8am in the morning. Angel even sent me a text while I was out telling me other work I needed on my car. I will definitely be back!
