This place is awesome to work! I recently moved from Tigard to Vancouver and they allowed me to work temporarily in Milwaukie (cause it s closer to Vancouver) until the Vancouver office starts to take calls. Shout out to the Beaverton office!
Close to my home, love my bosses and my coworkers. Pay decent, benefits could be better but I've had much worse.
Guys.... don t waste your energy here. Most call center Leads and Supervisors are trained in something called compassionate coaching . NOT Active Telesource. Please avoid if you value your sense of self-esteem.
I would give Active Telesource a ZERO STAR if I could. I ve been here for a few weeks now so I have a feel for the place. PEOPLE!!!!!! Don t work here the management team is horrible. Too much drama!! 100% unprofessional!! It s like high school!! This is a work place! The management team will sometimes put their anger towards you because of it! Also!! A lot of harassment and poor judgements. When I applied for this position and saw the reviews I wanted to give this place the benefit of doubt but I wish I didn t.
I worked in the Hillsboro branch. By far one of the best companies I have worked for. Too bad I had to quit to go to school full time. If I could have worked and gone to school I would have.
