A newly built complex. Branches of some of the companies are here. Also there are ict companies here. The conference hall is a environment friendly and beautiful. Also there is a big canteen.

Some many private companies are in here and they manage this very well. As so close to the maradana railway station and Pettah bus station, this is very good location for working here. Sufficient car parking is available and there are two canteen available. one of this is done by Perera & Sons. Everyday garden and other outdoor things are being cleaned by about 20 workers and they keep this place very clear.

There are more software companies. Such as wso2, Orange, codegen...

Most of the reputed IT companies from Sri Lanka have a branch here

Beautiful Place With Great Companys and events. Have Good Car Park. You Can see nice view of nelum kuluna from here. Specialy CodeGen, VEGA Car Company Is Located Here. Its Easy To Come Here By Bus Or Train. Calming Nature.

This facility contains IT related companies now. In past, it was railway departments canteen or whatever. But now it's more beautiful and attractive.

After government change they are giving less attention to maintain the building.

That place is very calm and cool. This is a military place. Sri Lanka Technological campus IT school is situated in Trace expert city.

Most of the techies love to work here as it s very environmental friendly and I love this place because it s a work place with full of trees in the middle of a concrete world of Colombo. This work place is very easy to access for employees from many areas due to being closer to the main bus stand in Fort and the Railway station

Best place to work as software engineer in such a place

This is awesome, attractive place in Maradana. In here there are many companies related in IT field. We can see the Nelum Kuluna (Lotus Tower) also. Really calm and quite place.

I was there as part of Sri Lanka design week. The event was excellent. The space too with large presentation rooms and lectures. Cafe was a bit basic and I don't think the quality of food was that great. I would only going there was an event on. Not to eat at the cafe
