We had a fantastic 11 night stay at Architects Dream. The house was absolutely stunning, Acme was incredibly response along the way. Having a casita was perfect for our group, the pool was perfect for the hot summer days. We re looking forward to staying again!
Awesome location, perfect set-up for two couples & a 20-something. Three blocks or so from Robolights - a must see during the holidays. We went twice!! Pool and spa were the best--used them morning and night even in the cool air. I recommend a bit more updated documentation for operating all the gadgets in the home.
The signs in the neighborhood opposing short-term rentals was a downer. The newly built home we were in was likely valued at $1 million plus yet the folks in their $300k rat houses look down their noses at the "renters". Oh well. All the shops and restaurants seemed happily to take our money.
Would definitely recommend this place.
We loved our week in the Modern Ranch Heaven house we rented from Acme! The house and location were great, but the service we received from Acme House Company was even better. They were very friendly and proactive in communicating with us before, during, and after our visit. We will definitely rent from Acme again in the future, and happily recommend them to others!

This is the third time I've rented a house from ACME, and it did not disappoint. This house was great to stay with 3 other couples, the rooms were not so disparate in size so that it seemed fair to split it amongst us. The casita was a nice addition to the house - we loved the additional bathroom there. The great room was excellent for us to convene, watch TV or eat dinner together - I loved how spacious it was. There was an issue with the pool heater, but someone immediately called us back and got it fixed right away. I would stay at this house again. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
Lena s Hideaway was a lovely place to stay. Has everything you need, plenty of pool towels and really nice comfy rafts, as well as a bunch of blow up toys in the garage. Kitchen is well appointed- though for the level of home this is, they could definitely use an upgrade on the dishwasher.
We had a couple of issues that the rental company handled IMMEDIATELY. They were very responsive & quick.

This is our second visit to Palm Springs and indeed this villa. The reason is simple, it's quiet, outstandingly clean, safe and wonderful facilities. The service, care and warmth from ACME House is also beyond reproach. Excellent service, thank you and we will be back.
We chose the Lemon Twist House with ACME as our getaway for a girls bachelorette weekend and we could not have been more please with our choice. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, plus some extra essentials that I thought were great additions in order to get the best out of what the house had to offer. The decor and furniture was so well thought out to make the house cozy, comfortable, and a hot spot to get some awesome instagram posts! Everything was so well thought out to make the house a fun experience. ACME communicated well with us prior to check in, had a great book to explain many of the house features as we arrived, and gave clear instructions for how to check out. The house was extremely clean, the pool was clean and well heated. The hot tub was an amazing feature and the outside fire place was a huge hit. The beds were extremely comfortable, bedding was clean, fresh and comfortable. There was extra bedding and blankets which were handy on chilly nights by the outdoor fireplace. The house was in a great proximity to the main strip for great restaurants and entertainment. Uber/Lift rides for an XL ran un about $7 each way. Super close to the airport. We were so sad to be leaving, but really hope to come back again in the future!
Bon Vivant Palms was the perfect rental for our family get together. Open and airy with a great backyard pool, jacuzzi and bbq. I definitely would book again.
Acme House Co. has managed my house "Wexler Fishbowl" for almost 2 years now. I love our partnership, especially because i don't live in the area. It is nice to have all the little things fixed without me having to worry, and knowing a guest will have a memorable time at my home. House keeping really keeps my house spotless too. My return guest rentals have increase also, which leads me to believe guests are having a great experience with the Acme House Co. as well!
Our stay at the Runway at Palm Springs was everything we were hoping for. The property was immaculate, and when we needed an extra pool cleaning due to the high winds, ACME was responsive, and someone was out first thing the following morning. Having a fully enclosed yard was an added bonus for our furry friend, and the pool was exactly what we needed for the ultimate relaxation. Close to everything, we were able to order in from amazing restaurants in downtown Palm Springs. The Canyons were a short drive away as well for a fun hiking excursion on one of the cooler days. Will recommend ACME and look for other rentals through ACME for our next vacation.
I cant begin to tell you how amazing my stay has been with Acme Homes here in Palm Springs. Iv been lucky enough to see a handful of their properties and I have to say each and everyone of them are absolutely amazing. There's not a detail thats hasn't been thought of with these homes. This has been a perfect trip from start to finish with Acme. They will be my goto for all future rentals from here on out.
I stayed at the "Marley Estate". ACME was super easy to work with. They sent me very comprehensive details about checking in to the house. I stayed 2 weeks and the property was meticulously maintained (gardener 2x a week, pool guy 2x a week). I had some small maintenance issues and they sent over a maintenance repairman within 3 hours. You are also able to text questions and issues and they were VERY responsive. The house was very nice and just as it was in photos and the description. Will happily rent from them again!
Lemon Twist was an 11 out of 10! Exactly what we expected from the listing online. We will be back!
The Nest was fabulous! We had the best vacation and just loved the beautiful backyard and heated pool. Getting to downtown via the Buzz was so easy that we ended up using it all weekend long. I will never stay anywhere other than the Nest when I visit Palm Springs, it was perfect!!
My friends and I rented a beautiful Palm Springs house called "Franky's Hideaway" from ACME Vacation Rentals. The house was fantastic and the service from ACME could not have been better. They had a really useful app, they were very communicative, prompt and courteous, and they bent over backwards to ensure our stay was comfortable and we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to strongly recommend both ACME as a company/service, and Franky's Hideaway as a vacation rental for a group looking for a great four-bedroom house with lovely pool/hot tub. Five stars all round!
We stayed at Immersive HouSe. It was centrally located. The kids lived in the Pool. The staff was great and brought us extra blankets and bags for recycling. The house has everything you need. Our only critique is that the grill really needs to be upgraded.

We stayed 8 glorious days at the Ruth Hardy Park Oasis. We ve stayed at other properties in PS, but none compare to this one. It had everything you could want and need. The only bummer was no music played at any time outdoors. We had a family dinner party on the patio (on a Saturday) and would have loved to have had some tunes playing while we enjoyed our evening. Would definitely stay here again though (actually, would love to LIVE here ).
The Artful Cosmo- We loved our stay here. The home was spacious and very comfortable. The outdoor space was very private and quiet and the mountain view was beautiful. Loved the kitchen. we didn't do a lot of cooking but loved the gas grill and double ovens. The coffee pot does not auto turn off so remember to turn it off. They also have a Krueger if you want to buy individual coffee flavors. The home was convenient to everything. I would suggest buying some plastic cups or paper cups for the pool area. The cups they have that are not glass leak at the bottom. We had some issues with the jacuzzi jets not coming on and we called and they had someone out immediately who fixed it quickly. It was just an issue with the timer. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the two kings beds in the two bedrooms. There was also an extra room that had two twins but we didn't need to use it. One morning we grilled steak and had a late brunch with steak and eggs by the pool. We brought my 88 yr old dad and his wife and they really loved it. It was a very comfortable home. It was quiet and we played cards a lot. We ate at Spencers for my birthday dinner. I would highly recommend it. The food was delicious and we ate outside under the lit up trees. We also ate at Thai Smile in downtown which was very good with large portions and Ricks for breakfast once which we really enjoyed. it seemed like a nice local place for breakfast. We also visited a few of the local casinos. Morongo was very large and had a lot of slots but we really liked Agua Caliente, It was smaller but laid out nicely and seemed more spacious than the Spa casino downtown. We also visited the Living zoo and fed the giraffes. I would suggest spending the extra money for the shuttle to get around the zoo. We didn't want to leave and really enjoyed our time here. We will come back.
Stayed for a month in Kaptur Hideaway. The unit was lovely, just a pictured. Great location. Condominium property was well maintained. Staying again next year. Acme was very responsive with questions and requests.
We stayed at Movie Colony Sun & Shade in Palm Springs. It was a great house and beautifully decorated. ACME was very responsive to the one issue that came up (pool temperature) and fixed the problem within 30 minutes, so that was great. It was the perfect size for our family and the location was great (I had wondered if being so close to the airport would mean noise, but it didn't). I would definitely rent this house again.
Casa Zen
We had a lovely stay at this property here are a few comments and observations.
1. The dining curtain broke off on the end when my daughter went to open the curtain, as you can see we tied it up so it would not bend.
2. One of the steak knives broke.
3. Some of the screws came out of the counter chairs, we fixed them they seem to be fine now.
4. We had a mishap with the garbage disposal coming apart under the sink, however my husband tightened it up and we cleaned it up so everything fine now.
5. By accident we melted a few of the plastic glasses in the dishwasher. I went to a garage sale and found three martini glasses that I am leaving here.
6. There were no kitchen linens at all, I had brought some along so we used those.
7. One of the small tiki torches near the hot tub was broken during the windstorm.
Just some observations:
1. The washer in the casita, when running, shimmies and moves and pulls out the dryer vent. We put it all back together and did not use it again.
2. There is no type of vacuum machine available so we could not vacuum the family room rug which collects all kinds of food and dirt. Maybe not the best rug to be in a rental.
3. A blind in the kitchen window would be nice to keep the sun out.
4. The patio rug going into the door is very difficult to keep clean, especially with no vacuum machine.
5. Some of the brown weaved outside furniture is falling apart and coming unraveled.
6. The sprinkler heads should be repositioned to not get the water feature furniture wet. The cushions have to be moved and put back every day.
7. The barbecue should be repositioned as to not cause the black smoke on the casita wall. It should be repainted or washed off.
8. The sheets and pillowcases in the casita are clean and folded.
Again, we very much enjoyed our stay at Cassa Zen. We have booked a different property for next year however will come back to this one in the future.

We had the most amazing time at the Lemon Twist! Traveling during Covid 19 and all we had to do was make one trip to the grocery store because this house had EVERYTHING our family of 4 and chihuahua needed. From pool to grill to putting green to corn hole.... We will definitely stay at the Lemon Twist again!
The house was beautiful and exactly what our group was looking for, except for the ridiculously strict noise ordinance. We were a group of 9 girls, lounging by the pool on saturday afternoon, and at approximately 2 or 3pm, we had a visit from the area's compliance officer saying he had received a noise complaint from 4 doors down. We were not partying. We were laying on towels and floating in the water, telling stories and laughing. We had music playing in the dining room with the sliding glass door open. However this property is large enough that we could barely hear the music where we were, let alone next door. Luckily the compliance officer did not think a citation was warranted so he left. About 30-45minutes later, a representative from Acme entered the home to speak to us and follow up on the complaint. While I understand why a follow-up is needed, I feel he could have let us know he was coming over. I made known that we were a group of girls here for a bachelorette party. He just entered the house, and we could have been changing or in the bathroom or showering. We felt violated because he did not announce himself. We were in the back, in the pool, so if he had been knocking, we may not have heard. But we all had our phones with us and no one received a call. Further, Acme had phone numbers for half of the girls in our group. For a company that requested so much of the renters with such strict guidelines, I would expect there to be a bit more professionalism and respect for a group of women.
We loved our stay at Mesa Mid-Century. House was immaculate, comfortably furnished, well-equipped kitchen. Yard is gorgeous and private. Pool was warm and jacuzzi heated quickly and efficiently. Location is excellent, too. We spent a day in the Indian Canyons and a day in Palm Desert, both easily accessed. Evenings were in Palm Springs, plenty of places to choose from. All in all, a great getaway for two old college buddies to reconnect and recreate.
Concierge service was a nice touch too. We enjoyed massages in the house with Topher (excellent touch).
Our experience of using ACME House Co is a very positive one. The booking process and management of the booking was very modern compared with other organisations. It was simple to book, didn t have hidden fee s for things like pool heat, and could be managed through their app (better than international tour operators). Also, the ability to sign a rental contract online is a dream. The information provided prior to arrival was accurate, & access to the property was very straight forward. Atomic Ranch Heaven is an amazing place to stay in Palm Springs. It is a modern pool home with a thoughtful design both inside and out. The lighting, modern fire pits, citrus trees, excellent TV/Internet, beautiful bathrooms and a great pool/Jacuzzi area, made this very special for us. You are a short walk from the town centre or small drive to the San Jacinto mountain park entrance (which you must visit if you love nature).
The user guide to the home was very informative, providing useful tips on how to manage the pool heat through to recommending local stores. It contains all the information you need for a comfortable stay. The home came with all the essentials you need, so you don t have to worry about picking up cleaning products and so forth. Everything in the home was in excellent condition, clean, and perfect working order.
Initially we did have an issue with the pool heat, but ACME came out to resolve it very quickly, which was much appreciated. The support people on the phone, and those who attended the property were all very helpful and friendly. Also, I accidentally left something behind at the home, and ACME were incredibly helpful in getting the item shipped back to my home in the UK. Communication throughout have been fantastic.
Overall, superb holiday homes managed by a caring company. It s the little touches that make the difference, which is why we enjoyed, and have just booked for next year.
My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! The staff and amenities were wonderful! The space was just right for us. We loved the back yard and pool - just the right size for cooling off. Our only (small) complaints were the shower heads - stinging pins & needs. Other than that, all went well and we had a fantastic time!
Mid Mod Sunsation was a great house, clean and definitely had the mid-century vibe. My only complaint was the pool wasn't heated for the first two days of our visit, however, once I called Acme they were at the house within 15 minutes.
We spent 3 nights at Lemon Twist recently. The house was fabulous-even better than we expected. We ve rented plenty of holiday homes over the years and this one was definitely the best managed and presented. The Ruth Hardy Park Oasis exceeded all of our expectations! The pictures and reviews online looked great but what we experienced on our arrival was a literal charming paradise!! The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The added touches of patio lighting and furniture were wonderful and relaxing. The house itself was decorated beautifully and had all you could need for vacation. My husband and I took our four grandchildren and there was plenty of room and always plenty of supplies. We cannot wait to return!

Where do I begin? The house was ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! Palm Springs chic! Every detail was perfection! The bed linens and pillows were luxurious! The house is set against a beautiful mountain range- super quiet- We all slept like babies!!
Both yards were perfect for entertaining. The pool with sparkling, clean water was refreshing! The kitchen had every single item you will ever need! Two living rooms completely decorated to 70 s retro fabulous were great for our family to spread out and we played all the games that were in the game room!
We could walk to town and enjoyed lunch at Azucar right around the corner!
It was the perfect get-a-way and we can t wait to come back!!

We stayed at the Atomic Hummingbird and it was exactly as shown in the photos. There were a few little hiccups like the heating of the pool was not quite right, but nothing that detracted from our stay. Very beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood in palm springs. Very quiet and peaceful and lovely garden.

West a Elm Alexander was as advertised. Very nice house and amenities. Very clean. Back yard has nice pool, cookout area, plenty of seating, etc. Staff was very responsive. Changes that would be improvements include: change kitchen cabinet pulls, current pulls hard to use, provide pool cleaning equipment so pool can be cleaned of debris after high winds. Would recommend this house for large families as three bedrooms all have king size beds.
We loved our stay at the Mid-Modern Marvel. This is an exquisite property, both inside and out, that I can't recommend highly enough. The large rooms are beautifully decorated with colorful classic mid-century design; the bathrooms very "zen" and relaxing. It was a pleasure cooking in the extremely well-stocked (and well labeled) kitchen, as well as grilling out. The home office was a hit with the two members of our group who (unfortunately) had to work during the trip, while the rest of us relaxed in the comfortable main living space or toured Palm Springs. The location was excellent as well; we enjoyed being just a 5 minute walk from Koffi and two great breakfast spots. Although the weather was too chilly to use the pool or the outdoor lounging and eating areas, we did enjoy evening dips in the spa and look forward to coming back when the weather is warmer to enjoy the lush grounds.
Wonderful service! Home was beautiful and exactly as described. They kept us up to date all through the process. If a problem arose they were quick to fix it. Will use Acme House again when we visit Palm Springs in the future.

The house Villa Mirage was wonderful and very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Outdoor space was great - I would recommend lighting the step down, as it is easy to miss. Centrally located and easy to get anywhere in Rancho Mirage and the neighboring communities. We absolutely loved the area, the neighborhood, the dining experience. Walking around the neighborhoods was so lovely with the different architecture. Hope this will become an annual trip!
The Bubble Gum Modern: Mid-Century Alexander home was perfect for our stay. The house was outfitted with all we needed for a relaxing, carefree wedding anniversary getaway. Plenty of room for enjoyment of desert outdoor living poolside with spectacular views of the mountains. Everything was sparkling clean and in like-new condition. We appreciated the time taken to furnish the home as well. Highly suggest for one or two couples or a small family.
Hi, we stayed at Double Down Hideaway from March 1st till March 8th. It was such a wonderful holiday. The Condo was so clean and everything was perfect. The supplies were amazing and we loved all the games and books that they had, the beds were super comfortable and there was nothing we could suggest that they change. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are so clean, we will be coming back to this condo again, it was in a great location and our parking spot was right at the front door, a perfect vacation and the sunshine every day was a total bonus.
Staff was so responsive to our needs. Home was as promised and everything was functional. We would gladly rent again from ACME and will do so. Villa Andreas was a great rental and a perfect fit for our family with pool and basketball court and hot tub.
I didn't expect this house to live up to the pictures, to be honest, but it actually exceeded them. From the interior to the exterior (to those views!), it was everything we were looking for. They really mean business though about the noise ordinance in Palm Springs. We had some music playing with all the windows and doors closed and still got a complaint, so keep that in mind. If you want a relaxing, first-class stay in a beautiful home, this house is for you. We all can't wait to return.

Our house was Pink Martini. It's a lovely and spacious home with an excellent outdoor area and pool, large bedrooms, and well-appointed kitchen. Bring earplugs: sound travels easily throughout the house. My bed needed needs new pillows. The entire house was impeccably clean upon arrival. Would gladly stay there again!

Modern grand at deepwell estates was perfect..Bedrooom set up was perfect, had to call Acme for disposal issue , they were right on it ,handled beautifully, had a noise complaint,came to check us out Wasnt us ,all good.. This house is amazing and we had morning sun at the pool until 4-5:00. The hot tub was great, perfect location to walk downtown, close to grocery stores, and Ralph's will deliver groceries to this home. It was a perfect home to share Thanksgiving with my family!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Boho Modern. The home is fantastic -- a true mid-century modern gem with an exceptional backyard area and two room casita. The Acme team was incredibly responsive when a few minor things came up. They worked at night and on weekends to fix those minor issues and they did so with a smile. I highly recommend this property and the team that manages it.

We had a great three-day weekend in Palm Desert staying at Casa de Pavo Real. This house has a great location for golf courses, shopping, and dining. The home itself is beautifully decorated with a lovely backyard and pool. The owners have thought of everything. It was really hot while we were in town celebrating a birthday, and we made use of the pool and misters for lounging outside whenever possible. I highly recommend this home!
This was my probably the best stay I ever had at a rental place in my life. Not only did the house live up to the gorgeous pictures, but I had a really easy, seamless experience communicating with ACME. Both friendly and responsive! I definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Such a great time!

Just loved this home, Mid Mod Sunsation! It gets tons of light throughout the house, great view of the mountains from the pool!, recently remodeled and perfectly clean The bed was very comfortable, plenty of fluffy white towels, use of the garage was a bonus for us to store our bikes and keep the car out of the heat... so many positives!! It could've had a few more kitchen/cooking supplies but it was very workable for the two of us. Acme was wonderful answering any questions we had and got someone to the house super fast to help with an IT problem, always available on the phone, we really appreciated having a brick & mortar rental agency there ensuring the house was clean, well maintained and stocked. We'll definitely be back!
R&R Rendez-vous ; He house, the pool and garden were absolutely perfect. We loved it. The only thing is that we didn't have that much hot water in the showers but the house is really worth it!
We just returned from our wonderful vacation in Palm Springs staying in the Mellow Yellow home. The home was fantastic, just the right size for my husband and me, with everything we could ever need. It was immaculate, beautiful and well located. So cute, especially the phenomenal outdoor pool, kitchen, fire, and lounge areas. We loved it! Acme was so easy to work with as well!

The only slight criticism I would have is there needs to be more transparency regarding age of dog allowed to stay at properties. The booking form did not stress dogs of 1 year and upwards only.
The Lucy I m home house was very charming. Quite comfortable. Though in areas it could do with a little TLC ( the sofa has seen better days).
The back yard is spectacular, pool is gorgeous. This property is meant for relaxation and the Palm Springs ordinance for no excessive noise or outside music (at all) at rental properties makes sure of that.
If your not bothered by some traffic noise this rental is for you. It can get quite loud and definitely more noticeable at night.
The Acme housing company were very attentive and easy to reach. General maintenance is very good.
We stayed at the Mid Century Modern Deluxe. It was a wonderful home. It was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were exceptional. We wished that there were a few more pantry items left from other guests, like we had to go buy ketchup and mustard, little things like that. Other homes I'd rented kept stuff from other renters to share. The screen doors didn't work so we couldn't leave the glass part open to let the breeze in which was a shame because the nights were cool. Minor repairs need to happen at this home but not anything that would keep you from enjoying it!

Our family loved our stay @ Blue Waters at Andreas Hills. The house was spacious, modernized and had an amazing pool and outdoor area. Our kids enjoyed swimming all day and night long. The staff was very professional and made the entire process and stay enjoyable. The property was cleaned to our expectations. We are planning on booking a stay again soon.
Have been coming to PS for several years now - to get away from LA - and always stay at the "Pink Martini." It's perfect as it's a comfortable large house with great kitchen and living room to hang out with friends on a quiet street (which is really important!!). The bedrooms are very spacious, clean nicely furnished. We could spread out and relax in private if we wanted. It didn't feel like we were crammed together. The backyard is spacious and pool is always a perfect temperature!!! I'll stay here again and again.
Great 2 week stay at Under the Palms! Wonderful amenities, everything we could possibly need! Pool and hot tub were perfect. Beds and linens amazing! Loved Loved this property!
The home was well cleaned upon arrival. They left us masks and hand sanitizer, as well as a cleaning solution to sanitize counters, etc. There was a binder with instructions for all the amenities which was extremely helpful and thorough. The backyard of the property was ideal and looked better in person than it did in the pictures. We had a family emergency before our trip and this company worked with us to switch our dates at no cost to us. I highly recommend staying at an Acme property and will be using them for my next trip to Palm Springs.

Showers were wonderful & the outside shower we loved! The pool and spa great. Perfect temp. Yard, grill, patio furniture, fireplace outside & two fire features too.
I ve never stayed in a more fully equipped house. Lots of laundry soap, any cleaning supply you ll need, TP, paper towels, lots of dishes, glasses, pots & pans, even placemats. A cooler... you name it.
Lots of pool towels & top of the line appliances.
Acne responds very quickly to any question or problem.
We will definitely stay here again. And the 3rd bedroom, which isn t even advertised as a third bedroom has its own full bathroom & small closet & twin bed.

Best month ever!!! The house was modern and clean. The pool and hot tub were perfect!!! There were a variety of places to sit outside and the fireplace was perfect for chilly nights. The house was absolutely perfect and we can t wait to come back soon!!!!
Our second visit to Palm Springs and second stay in Siesta Villa #16. Loved the attention ACME delivered to us. We will be purchasing our own vacation home in the next few years and will definetly use ACME. One suggestion for the Villa was the shower head was about to my shoulders and i'm 5'7".....very uncomfortable to shower in. A handheld shower head would be welcome. Other than that the privacy and beauty of the Siesta Villa's cant be beat....I feel a bit spoiled now.

Mostero House. An excellent location, beautiful house and perfect for a group requiring 4 bedrooms. Spacious, well furnished and beautifully decorated inside as well as in the garden. Captures the essence of Palm Springs, with lots of interesting features on the property.
Acme were excellent hosts. Met us on arrival, provided a good App that helped us get around, and had all the information on the house clearly presented + a service line that we used a few times. Calls always answered.
Ruth Hardy Park Oasis (on Tamarisk) was the best place we have rented in Palm Springs. This was our fifth visit. The home was immaculate, everyhing in working order, fully stocked, and beautiful. It is centrally located, especially for our attendance at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. Lastly, the grounds with pool, patios and barbecue cap our raves for this property.

Our family of four just returned the Runway House at Palm Springs and to be honest we did not want to leave. The layout is typical of a midmod 3/2 house - open plan kitchen, dining, living with pool access, all 3 bedrooms on other side. The decor is ADORABLE, the beds/couch are comfy, kitchen well stocked. What makes this house better than most similar homes we've stayed at in PS is that the house is oriented and outdoor space arranged for maximum usability. There is always a shady outdoor spot to lounge no matter what the time of day. The pool is well shaded in the morning and the patio spaces are mostly sunny. Around noon, the pool is in full sun but the covered patio spaces and some chairs are shaded. By afternoon, the pool is mostly shaded again as are the patio spaces. The pool is large enough for hours of play and the spa heater works very quickly. We can't wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay in Palm Springs, it was like coming home. A very well equipped and clean house which is highly recommended. The area is well-kept, the pool is big enough and everything was a great experience from the start.
The Modernist Gem was a great condo. Perfect if you want a mid century experience! Well equipped and close proximity to town. Only down side was the pool was not heated and we never saw it cleaned during our 2 week stay.. a little disappointing. Other than that very happy with our Racquet Club stay.

We stayed at the fabulous Fab Four at El Mirador house for 4 nights to celebrate the hubby's birthday and our wedding anniversary. We are very familiar with Palm Springs and have rented several houses in the past. Fab Four did not disappoint! Location is conveniently close to Palm Canyon Drive and still in a quiet neighborhood. The house is clean and spacious. But what sold us was definitely the yard and pool. With 109 to 111 degree weather, we basically spend our whole stay floating in the pool and admiring the lush garden, mountains and blue sky and cocktailing and barbecuing! The ping pong table was a fun addition. The kids didn't want to leave...that's a good sign! All in all it was an excellent vacation!
The house (The Sol Lesser Estate) is very nice and fits our needs well. We stayed there last year with no problem but this year we had some issues. The driveway gate would not close, twice. Once was in the late evening which meant we had to leave it open overnight till someone could fix it. We felt that was a security risk.
There were no where near enough bags for trash. This is not something I would think it would have been up to us to supply. On that subject, there was no clear marked way to separate recyclable trash from regular trash in the kitchen so that lead to a lot of recyclables going into the regular trash. Overall, there were not enough trash cans around the house and none in the yard.
There were only 2 boxes of facial tissues in the entire house.
The house is beautiful and has everything you need to have a comfortable stay! The pool/spa and the views were the highlight of the trip! Quiet location, perfect for what we needed, 4 days of relaxation. Thank you so much and would definitely come back in the future! :)

We stayed in this house recently and had a wonderful time. The house is incredibly clean and well stocked. Beds were comfortable and the A/C worked (we've had issues with A/C in other Palm Spring rentals.) . The rental company was incredibly responsive to any request we had. We will be back!
