Ruth Hardy Park Oasis (on Tamarisk) was the best place we have rented in Palm Springs. This was our fifth visit. The home was immaculate, everyhing in working order, fully stocked, and beautiful. It is centrally located, especially for our attendance at the Palm Springs International Film Festival. Lastly, the grounds with pool, patios and barbecue cap our raves for this property.
I just returned from a long weekend vacation with 5 friends at the "Glass and Steel House 2012." It is truly an amazing vacation rental because as soon as you arrive you feel you are on vacation. We ended up not going out much because the home was such a wonderful and relaxing retreat. It is very comfortable for cooking, grilling out, laying by the pool, having a slumber party and watching movies. It has a gorgeous view and impressive interior design. The kitchen has everything you need and comes stocked with spices, teas, oil, cooking essentials, etc... Cannot say enough about what a peaceful and gorgeous place it is.
High Road Warm Sands was perfect for our group. Four bedrooms including the private casita and one other master bedroom suite. Great for entertaining although the pool are did not flow directly from the house. It was accessed via a side door.
Acme was responsive to any questions. I appreciated that a human answered the phone even on the weekends.
Loved staying at the Ocotillo Lodge. Already booked for next year, but this time selected a unit with no upstairs neighbor. Love the vintage quality and history of this place, but upstairs floor very creaky and not insulated for noise.
We just got home from a magical weekend at the Belding Bliss and it was a top notch experience! The house was beautiful and clean and the instructions were incredibly easy to understand. The pool gets a really amazing shade from a near by tree around 3 o'clock, its perfect for floating and reading a book. I truly can't wait to go back!!
Was a great stay. We enjoyed the home, pool and location. House was perfect for 2 couples with their own master suites. Would go back in a heartbeat.
What makes this home stand out from others in its price range is the unparalleled 180-degree view, set off by a mature and thoughtfully-designed garden which wraps around the house for a full 270-degrees of complete privacy. Most of the stylish accent pillows, etc. shown in the photographs were removed because of Covid, but everything else that matters (very well-equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses and bedding, spotlessly lean, and location nestled in an attractive and secluded cul-de-sac, provides the perfect setting for a vacation retreat.
The Nest was everything we hoped for! The house was charming, very clean, and well equipped. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We walked a lot in the nearby area and saw many beautiful mid-century modern homes. The yard was completely private, and had a lovely mountain view from the backyard. It was a very nice experience over all!
I stayed at Palm Springs Trousdale with my family in April--what a treat! The neighborhood is lovely and the outdoor area is amazing! The pool and hot tub were great--my kids had such a great time swimming. The house was great too, the kitchen decently stocked for a rental. My only feedback was that the dishwasher was very loud and could use a repair or an upgrade--and with kids it would have been really nice to have an outdoor shower and an umbrella by the pool chairs. That said, there's plenty of shade under the lovely awning and the indoor/outdoor feel was amazing. This is our second time renting an Acme house and we have been consistently impressed by the cleanliness of the rentals and the customer service. We will be back for sure!
We visited Palm Springs with a group of friends for a destination wedding held at the Ace Hotel & Swim Club, and Mid Modern Marvel was in the perfect location! We stayed there with a group of 7 adults and 1 infant, and had more than enough space. The home is decorated impeccably, and we couldn't get enough of the pool, spa, and entire outdoor area! The master bathroom and ensuite were particularly great, but all four bedrooms and baths were comfortable and awesome. We hosted a cocktail party one of the nights and the home was incredible for entertaining. We wished we could stay longer and hope to be back in the future!

We stayed at modern ranch heaven in Palm Springs. It was a nice house with a lovely backyard including pool, hot tub, grill, and bocce ball court. Made for a very restful and fun vacation. We would definitely recommend this place for a stay in CA.
We loved this house. It is clean, clean, clean; has wonderful views of the mountains; and offers a perfect PS stay. We've been coming for many years and cannot remember staying in a better house. And, the service from Acme was terrific. When we had a problem (there were only a couple), Acme attended to it and solved it immediately. What more could we ask for?
We had a great week overall at the Movie Colony Palms house. It seemed that we were the first new guests using the house since either renovation or change of ownership, so there were a few things not working perfectly - pool/spa, ice maker, gas grill. Acme was super attentive to trying to get them all fixed but being Christmas week that didn't all come together. Assuming those glitches get corrected, we would only suggest another comfortable chair for the living room, to make the seating area more full circle, and some comfortable chairs around the outdoor fire pit so that the outdoor dining chairs don't have to be moved every time. The house is very nicely appointed and equipped. The kitchen could use a few more items to make cooking and dining easier.

We loved our stay at The Arrow house. Great central location. Very clean and with great interior design. Great landscaping and The casita is awesome! The little draw backs were it s a tiny kitchen if you plan to cook (please get better pans), no bath tubs only showers, we felt the house could have been better stocked with a few essentials such as cleaning spray, garbage bags and they need better lighting in the bedrooms. The hot tub and pool can t both be heated at the same time. Not a huge deal but would have been good to know. Overall we still rate the experience very high and felt Acme did a good job being responsive to our questions.
ACME was a fantastic organizer and management company for my stay at the Celebrity Hideaway at Movie Colony, 1251 Verbena Drive in Palm Springs. ACME was attentive, professional and inviting. The house was clean and had ACME's personal touch.

My husband and I own Alexander in the Sun, a mid-century modern house in Palm Springs. We signed on with Acme House a little over 4 years ago. Since our move to this new agency, we have been very pleased with the level of attention our house always receives in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. We want our clients to have a relaxing and trouble-free experience while they are staying in our house. When our guests arrive, they can be assured that everything is in working order. All they need to do is to stock the refrigerator, fire up the grill, and pour a nice glass of wine. And despite the new and somewhat stringent rules regarding vacation rental properties in Palm Springs, we are also pleased that Acme House instructs our guests on local ordinances regarding noise and occupancy requirements so that guests observe a good neighbor policy. We are extremely happy with Acme House and the nice people who work there.
I've rented homes for the last 10 years in Palm Springs for a week at a time. This house that I am at was terrible to be kind. Internet has been down for days and still down as I write via my LTE iPhone connection. Gate to the house stopped working making us trapped inside. And management seemed to be uninterested in actually caring beside saying "we're here to make you happy... bs." THIS IS WHY YOU DONT USE ACME. PERIOD. YOU"RE IN FOR A SHOCK. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. Be smart and use Airbnb or Palm Springs Vacations. $450 a night for 900-1000 square feet of space was also insane for what you can get normally. Absolute nightmare of a property. Absolute nightmare of an owner whoever he or she is.

LaPuerta Azul had everything we needed, was nicely decorated and comfortable . Some traffic noise and air conditioning and heater were noisy. Acme was very professional and efficient. Will rent from them again.
This was our 2nd rental with Acme and even with Covid restrictions, the process was very easy to understand. It's just the most hassle-free way to rent a house. We love you guys!
Fantastic vacation at Mellow Yellow Butterfly. Acme sets a high bar. Their homes are amazing and Acme is very responsive to the slightest issue. I had a slight wifi problem that was resolved in about 5 minutes. An adjustment to the pool temperature was handled in an hour. This is the second time we've used Acme and really appreciate the extra steps - like meeting me at the house upon arrival - to make sure the visit goes well.
Acme had great communication leading up to and throughout our stay at the Nest in Palm Springs. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. The house was well stocked with essentials. We would definitely stay at another Acme property!
We stayed at the Runway House for 4 nights and LOVED it. The house was gorgeously designed and impeccably clean. We felt like home the minute we arrived. The board games and ping pong table were a nice addition. The pool / spa and outdoor dining area are expansive and easy to use. The property managers make every effort to make sure your stay is A+, and the rental process was streamlined and easy. Acme is a very professional property management company. We would come back in a heart beat or rent another property from this company again!
Acme vacation rentals made renting a pleasure. Everything was handled professionally, with clear communications and confirmations from the very moment of my request for certain dates. We stayed at The Arbor at Deepwell Estates, and couldn t have been happier with our choice. Everything about the property was well appointed, comfortable, and very well maintained. Acme outdid themselves with service, too. We had a very helpful, pleasant woman meet us upon our arrival, and when we had issues with the wireless connection and the outdoor fireplace, a call had someone arrive promptly to correct the issues.
We ve rented many times in Palm Springs, but this was by far the easiest, most pleasant experience we ve had so far......and we loved the property! We ll be going back.
Very clean with large space, not very comfortable shower
We stayed at Pretty in Pink Palm Springs over the Thanksgiving Holiday. This house is so stunning and chic, it is a wonderful place to relax and entertain. From the pool, putting green, shuffleboard, and golf course, there is plenty to do; the home is close to downtown PS and great bars/restaurants and amenities. We hosted a family Thanksgiving and the kitchen didn't disapppoint. Top of the line gast stove and oven, breathtaking views, all the amenities you could ask for and more. We were VERY sad to leave and will be back.

Not only did the house live up to the gorgeous pictures, but I had a really easy, seamless experience communicating with ACME. Both friendly and responsive! We rented the Animal House last weekend and loved it! The home was stunning and the pool was the best I ve ever stayed in! A few things could be updated, such as the ping pong table and corn hole outside, both of which we were really looking forward to playing more. Other than those minor things, we would definitely stay there again! Can t wait to be back

It was a pleasure to stay at Casa Escuela in January 2021. The house was immaculate when we checked in. It was well stocked with everything we needed in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. There were many thoughtful extra touches like power strips (with USB ports) and flashlights on each side of all beds, remote controlled fans in every room, and power shades on all windows. There is even a record player that doubles as a Bluetooth receiver in the living room. The back yard is gorgeous and private with a nice view of San Jacinto mountains. Grocery store is walking distance. Palm Canyon Drive shopping and restaurants were also very close. Everything in the house was in perfect working condition and there were clear written instructions for all house systems. Would definitely come back.
ACME manages my property in Palm Springs called OUR PLACE IN THE SUN. ACME does a fantastic job maintaining the property and keeping it clean and up to date. They take care of the tenants needs and make sure they have an excellent time. I highly recommend their services for property owners or tenants!
ACME is a very professional company. Their website is great and the customer service experience before the visit is great. The house we rented had many small issues and they responded to all complaints on the day of the phone call or email. The internet connection kept kicking all of our devices off every day so that is why I didn't give 5 stars. They need to improve the ACME internet service that all guests log on to.
Jagger House was the perfect getaway for my friend and I. It was meticulous, beautifully appointed, and had great amenities. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens just perfect. We would definitely go back!
We spent five nights in Palm Springs and truly enjoyed our stay at Billy's Astro Lounge. The home was well designed and comfortable. Though right in the middle of a neighborhood the back yard and pool feel very private. We loved grilling and dining outside each evening. Downtown is a short drive away, but trust me you won't want to leave the house.
The home was lovely and very well appointed. Very stylish, great location, and an awesome indoor/outdoor living set-up. I thought the owner did a really nice job and sincerely believe that they wanted us to enjoy our time (this was reflected in a nice packet of information they had left for us, and every detail thought of, including fun pool toys!).
The mgt company was also awesome and easy to work with. My one tiny issue, 10 am in not a reasonable check-out time.

House of Stardust in Palm Springs was amazing! My husband and I were there with three teenage girls! Great family home - cozy, clean, comfortable and cute! The yard was great with a pool and hot tub. We felt totally at home and relaxed. We will DEFINITELY be back! Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Bon Vivant Palms is a very nice home that is well laid out. We really enjoyed our stay and the pool! I give only 4 stars because we were moved houses two times prior to arrival (which wasn't ACME's fault necessarily). We have two young children and Bon Vivant isn't exactly a "kid" home...lots of white couches and glass tables and nick knacks. Our other choices would have suited our family's needs much better. All that being said we really enjoyed ourselves and were happy they could accommodate the location that we needed to be in.
I have been to PS more than 30 times and have never used Acme. Well that will change. Excellent property and service. Huge shout out to Manny and Chris and whoever handled me on the phone. Above and beyond all expectations. Well done! P.S. I left beer in the fridge for Manny and Chris lol.
We loved our stay in Palm Springs. House was beautiful. Location was great. We were greeted by an ACME concierge on arrival, and it was great to have a 24-hour maintenance number to call in case anything went wrong. It didn't. Would definitely book with ACME again.

Loved everything about the Lemon Twist property! Perfect setting for a 50th bday bash. The house was great for 7 of us and everyone loved their bedroom spaces as well as the lovely backyard. Only two small negatives..the Palm Springs noise ordinance that means you can't play music outside and the fact that some of the lights in the backyard didn't work half way through the stay and there is no one on the weekends to help with that. But those are minor things - still rate it at 5 stars.

Thank you for the wonderful holiday experience we had with our rental of Under the Palm. It was all that we wanted. The pool and backyard was like going to our own private resort. The house was beautiful, nice, clean and organized. We couldn t have asked for a better place. We would consider renting again if we return. We were 2 couples and dog who stayed at the Beverly Modern and loved it. The design of the sliding doors that opened up to make the backyard and the living almost one was a great feature. We enjoyed the fire pit many evenings and the pool during the day. The house is situated well for a lot of walking possibilities and was quiet. Being on a corner looking at the golf course made for a nice view. We will rent the same house again if possible. The Acme House company was very responsive to our needs. A good experience overall.
We stayed at the No Reservations PS and enjoyed the house along with its amenities. The house had all the necessary items for an easy stay but nothing fancy (it definitely needs a new knife set). The hot tub was a blessing, as our second week was cool and windy, and the outdoor furniture and firepit were lovely. When we did run into an issue, Acme was super responsive. I would probably choose another location in PS next year - closer to the mountains & downtown - but I would happily use Acme as my rental company

This past weekend my girlfriends and I stayed at the Mellow Yellow Butterfly ACME home!! It was nothing short of amazing. The property has amazing views, an incredible out door area and is fairly close to everything. Not walking distance but a short 5 min drive. To say we had a blast would be an understatement. We absolutely love this ACME house. It was decorated perfectly for a Palms Springs weekend vibe and we all agreed if we were ever back we wouldn't even search for a better place. This is the one!!! There were 5 of us but the house could easily fit 6. If you are looking to spend a weekend in this town then hands down this is the house to stay at.
ACME was very communicative throughout the entire process of our stay. I especially appreciated the app and text reminders to ensure our stay was flawless. Our property was spotless, had plenty of everything we needed and more! We will definitely use ACME for our next Palm Springs getaway.
As always enjoyed our long weekend in PS with Acme at Modern Ranch. Tucked away in a residential neighborhood it was quiet, peaceful and centrally locates to shops And the main commercial area. We have dogs and it was great for them with shade and trees and for walks in neighborhood.
Nicely appointed house, little things all there: paper towels, coffee, enough towels, extension cords, the details. Very responsive people on the phone. If I had a house to manage, I'd hire them.
RUTH HARDY PARK OASIS was a relaxing no stress trip. We have small children and first thing we did was put up the pool fence and immediately we had no stress letting them run around in the beautiful backyard grass. It was surprising to see such well maintained natural grass (and so much of it) in Palm Springs. The kids loved running around playing in the sun. We spent most of the stay playing outside, barbecuing and enjoying the stunning outdoor covered living area (it's like a whole other house outside). The weather was perfect and just what we needed coming from the Pacific Northwest. We will be back for a longer stay next time.
We all loved staying in this home! The upgrades are gorgeous and the floor plan worked perfectly for our needs. The main living area was comfortable and open for spending time together as a group, and the upgraded kitchen was a pleasure to work in. The bedrooms and baths were inviting and private, and the layout worked well for three couples. The backyard and pool was private and our doggie loved laying around on the grass watching us swim. An added benefit was the neighborhood! Very quiet and close to everything.
The place was great. Only issue, but a big one, is we didn't have the correct code to get into the fenced subdivision, which led to me having to climb a gate to get in at 10 pm at night. Could not reach anyone at that time of night regardless of concierge assistance
We had an amazing stay at the Blue Door at Indian Canyons! The house was beautiful, extremely clean, had an excellent layout and was very well appointed with everything we needed!
We stayed at the Immersive in September of 2020 and I must stay our vacation was magical, wonderful, loved it! The house looked just like the pictures but even bigger. Loved all the different places to dine in our home and spent every day swimming. We will be renting from ACME again this summer. The home interior design is stunning yet very cozy. Hoping to learn from their design for my place:) LOVED IT!!! And super clean, plus the people over at ACME were very helpful.
Rented an acme property for Coachella weekend 1, checked in late afternoon around 3. The house was great. Saturday morning we wanted to hangout by the pool and enjoy some music. Invited a couple friends. We had a total of 10 people out in the yard enjoying the pool and music. And we had a compliance officer come and cite us for too many cars (5) and loud music. We turned off our portable speaker and compiled right away. ACME then evicted us. Even though it states that if the complaint is manageable we'd get a warning that was not the case. There were 4 people staying at the house. 1 international and 3 from out of state. We pleaded to not be evicted because we had no where else to go. Everything in town was booked for Coachella. Even though we complied and took care of the music and the cars within 15, 20 minutes at the most. ACME didnt stay true to what they had written about the manageable complaint and had us evicted and even called the police and threatened to throw our things on the streets. We weren't being unreasonable. We just needed time to find a new place and trust me it's hard on a weekend like Coachella. ACME cares more about getting your money than it does about hospitality. They didnt want to really listen and were hostile and really didnt care about the people who had already spent money traveling to Palm Springs and attending Coachella. If you're planning on staying here for a big event like Coachella make sure it isnt an ACME property cause they dont care about you. We treated the home kindly and really enjoyed the 12 hours there but this was the WORST vacation rental experience ever.
Professional, friendly and respectful. Pleasure to deal with throughout the whole process. Always quick to respond to questions. Deposits could be placed with a credit card whereas some other companies required a money order/certified cheque. Signing the contract was so easy to do online.
The only reason I do not give 5 stars is there was a little mixup when picking up keys. The manager initially wanted me to come pick up the keys at the main office when previous emails stated they would meet me in person at the rental property (to save me another trip). In the end the manager met me at the property.
My family spent a wonderful, relaxing Christmas week at Lucy, I m Home. The home was exactly as described - and exceeded my expectations. The layout of the home allowed privacy and plenty of space for the family to gather. It was a great location to spend the week hiking - in and around Palm Springs as well as Joshua Tree. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and patio upon return from our daily excursions as well as grilling dinner each evening. We were all sad to leave and wished we had booked for a few additional days. Will definitely be back and highly recommend Acme House Company. The coffee maker was not working and although it was Christmas Eve, they didn t think twice about replacing it that evening. Great response and wonderful customer service throughout the rental process. Simple and timely instructions for check-in and check-out....both a breeze!
West Elm House
This is a very nice home. It has 3 bedrooms but I think it would be too small for 3 couples to stay there. There are only 2 bathrooms. It would be best for 1 couple and 2 children I think. Also beware that one of the bathrooms has patio doors to the backyard. There are blinds to cover the doors, but they are essentially see through and you can easily see in, particularly in the dark.
We stayed @ Modern Ranch Heaven for a week and had a wonderful experience going through Acme and staying at this property. It was my husband and I and our 2 doggies. Perfect set-up to relax and enjoy the pool/spa. Very comfortable beds and well supplied home!!
We just finished an amazing week at the Glass and Steel House 2012. The amenities and quality of the house were exactly what we wanted. The Acme team was SUPER responsive to anything we needed. Can t wait to stay at another one of their properties in the future!

Club Retro in the Sun is a great place to stay. The location couldn't be better. It's very close to downtown Palm Springs. The neighborhood is very quiet and convenient to everything. The house was extremely clean, well appointed, and had a beautiful backyard pool area. We found the beds very comfortable and felt the house accomodated six adults quite well. We loved our stay here and hope to return to Club Retro in the Sun.. It definitely deserves 5 stars!
Acme house company was professional and was a pleasure to work with. We were greeted with a member of there team. David showed us everything we needed to know. The house was very clean and felt like home for the 3 nights we were there. Our house was fully stocked and had more than most usual rentals. Looking forward to going to Palm Springs for another short vacation.
Loved the house and backyard. Acme did a great job of making the home easy to access and live in! The labeling and the notebook were great. I wish there had been 2 bikes instead of only one as I doubt that a single person will rent this spacious 2 bedroom! This was Mariposa on San Lorenzo. The only other drawback was that Sunrise is an awfully busy street and there is definitely street noise when one is
outside the home! RG 100- hope I get a future discount.
Lovely home. Tiny bit of feedback: oven was not completely clean and smoked a bit; would like to see counter spray (we bought some and left it) and additional dishwasher and washer pods. Very-well stocked, otherwise. Oh yeah...a veggie steamer basket would be a nice addition. These tiny things would make it all perfect. The house was beautiful, clean, updated, with comfortable beds, contemporary appliances, and a great overall vibe.
Mid Century Deluxe is well located and has many nice amenities. Well stocked kitchen. Soaps and hairdryers. Each bedroom has its own bath. Sunny pool area, comfortable beds and furniture. Upscale without being fussy. We would return.
Great time with ACME! We had a huge water line pipe break under the first house we were staying at and half of the house flooded but you guys quickly found us a new house within hours. Even though the house wasn't as amazing as the first it worked out. Thanks!
Great house to rent! Layout accomodates a large family very well. Pool is perfect size. Feels very secluded and private. Great location-close to downtown Palm Springs.
Lemon Twist
Lemon Twist was a banging house in Palm Springs. My group thoroughly enjoyed it and all its offerings. The inside is extremely comfortable and spacious. The outside has so made living, seating, and relaxation areas, it was hard to use them all. It is a great house to use for those wanting group fun and those needing a separate space for quite/privacy/work.
The kitchen amenities were totally undersold. This place is stacked with cooking ware and even a spice rack.
A storm blew in and caused some power & pool heat issues. ACME was very responsive to our service calls.
One down side, there was heavy construction next door and in the street in front of the house. This was disruptive at times.
We'd all stay here again!
Pretty and Pink was amazing from start to finish! The home was stocked with everything needed to have a wonderful vacation! From the pool and spa to the shuffleboard, putting green and firepit you really can't beat this home! The staff at ACME were there to meet every need! Our family of 6 vacations all over the world and I have to say this team was at the top of our list as far as service!
We had a great stay- house very well appointed - we wanted for nothing. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would come back. Acme is always responsive, and we had zero issues.
great house! 4 bedrooms, clean and comfortable. I would have given this place 5 stars but pool and backyard lights didn't work and they didn't fix them during our stay. Also, not the owners fault but there was a lot of air traffic flying by so we couldn't hear each other while this was happening

Stayed at the Villa Mirage with 2 other couples for a week and absolutely loved the pool/spa. Home was very comfortable with bedrooms on both ends of the home while the 3rd bedroom was central, all with ensuites. With 6 adults, we found the home to be spacious and well equipped. The poolside fireplace added a nice ambiance for our al fresco dining. We found the location to be central to the activities and areas we wanted to visit. There were a few maintenance issues which is why we rated only 4 stars but would stay again.
