This was our second stay and we've already booked our third! We absolutely love this house!

We had a wonderful time in a beautifully maintained ACME home. We were met at the house by a charming concierge who showed us around and pointed out everything we needed to know. She also furnished us with a folder outlining every aspect of the house. ACME's service was also rather impressive--we had a small problem with the TV cable feed and ACME sent over one of their technicians within 20 minutes! The house was also exceptionally clean with lovely linens and abundant towels as well as lots of basic extras in the pantry.

We would happily rent from ACME again and we highly recommend their outstanding and very friendly service.

We had a lovely time at the Sun Haven Escape. Our only wishes were that we had morning sun over the swimming pool, Stronger WiFi, most of our phones wouldn't work and larger beds would have been more comfortable. . It was decorated very nicely each room was great and it was lovely to cook in that kitchen!!!

The ACME team was efficient and thorough. Very easy to work with!

I am a Acme rental homeowner.
Acme put a lock box with the keys to my home....on my fence. The key box was cut away..,and the keys to my home...gone. ...AKA the home that you might be renting...keys in the hands of criminals. They refused to pay to rekey the locks. I ended my relationship with Acme. You might want to reconsider yours.

Nice place close to town, very peaceful and quiet. Backyard is great with Beautiful pool and spa, and the house is small yet tastefully decorated. Perfect size for two people. Backyard very private and secure which is great. The Kitchen is nice but small, Minimal cooking, bbq utensils and pots/pans, Had problems with spa heater working correctly and spa water level had to be constantly refilled.

Unfortunately the Spa cannot be used after 11pm because jets and heater are locked out on a timer the gusmeat cannot access. So cold water spa with no jets is no fun. No music allowed outside according to rules which is kinda lame.

All considered I would stay here again and just Bring a few items of my own for kitchen and pool use.

We recently stayed a week at the Atomic Hummingbird property. The house was immaculate and had everything our family needed. The pool area has a 180 view of the mountains surrounding the canyon... so beautiful! Very quiet location, lovely mid-century modern interior, everything in perfect working condition, and the kitchen is fully stocked. And so clean... spotless. Also a very short drive to grocery stores and downtown PS. This is our second ACME vacation rental stay and we will certainly be back again.

We stayed at the Glass and Steel House. Overall the property is in good condition. There were only some minor things that we needed to be addressed upon arrival which ACME handled promptly. One was the gate to access the property and the other was the spa/pool heater. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The only recommendation we have is to upgrade the TV/cable/streaming platforms in all of the rooms. We spent two days trying to figure out how to use the living room remote. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would book another property through ACME again.

Glass and Steel House did not disappoint and actually exceeded our expectations. It is very well appointed. We went over the Thanksgiving weekend and got all the goodies at a nearby Jensen's grocery store to make a full holiday dinner. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots and pans, serving dishes and all the cooking utensils you would need to make a Turkey feast. We has a few minor issues that required a phone call and they sent someone over within 15 minutes both times to make sure we were good to go.
The location was fantastic. It was very close to downtown by Lyft or Uber and it was a very safe neighborhood.

The Mostero House was lovely. Clean lines, plenty of spaces for gathering, great outdoor pool and lounging areas, nicely landscaped, well taken care of, clean and well appointed. The ACME team were responsive and handled a couple of minor requirements promptly and swiftly. We would absolutely stay here again. Loved the vacation and the family had a wonderful time. Thank you!

We stayed at the property, Modern Ranch Heaven, and it was perfect! The house was very well stocked, incredibly clean and comfortable. There were no issues during our visit outside of a windy day, which left debris in the pool. We contacted the rental agency, and the pool company was out very quickly to do clean up work. We especially enjoyed the outdoor area, and made good use of the pool, hot tub, bocce ball court, fire pit, and dining area. Highly recommend! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Our experience with our house rental with Acme Company was wonderful! Our house was immaculately clean and there was plenty of room for our 8 guests. We look forward to booking with Acme again next time!

Nice home in a great location. There are minimal towel racks or hooks in bathrooms, which was inconvenient. Also, very minimal lighting made the place dark and cooking a challenge. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and gathering around the large table. The house was very clean.

Paramount House at Mission Hills Country Club: This was our 3rd year in this home and our 6th year using Acme. The house is wonderfully comfortable and conveniently located to both Palm Desert and Palm Springs. Our only suggestion is a new washer and dryer would be nice. Acme is an amazingly good company. Over the years we have seen immediate responses to both serious and minor issues. Can't say enough good about them.

Had the best vacation at Hilltop Haven! Will definitely be booking it again. Morning coffee poolside with a gorgeous view of Palm Springs was the best way to start the day. Super clean gorgeous home. Loved every second of our stay!

We spent a wonderful and relaxing week at Chartwell House in Palm Springs. The property was pristine and beautiful with everything we needed for a great vacation. Additionally, the property management team was very responsive and customer focused.

This was a dream come true! The entire experience was phenomenal. The company was easy to deal with and focused on pleasing the customer. The house we stayed at was beyond belief! Truly spectacular. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a superb, no hassle experience.

Found ACME house originally thorugh VRBO but was impressed once I went directly to their website. I decided to book on the phone (it saves money as well versus paying VRBO). We originally booked the Quintessential at Deepwell. Unfortunately the AC was broken due to the excessive heat. A technician arrived within the hour but the house just would not cool down. The concierge met us an assisted with advising us to relocate to another home. ACME was great in accommodating us to another property and even paid for our lunch as we waited for the next property to get ready. We ended up renting Casa Del Sol and had an amazing weekend for my sons 11th birthday. The house was spotless with easy instruction guides for everything. Each day I received an email asking how my experience was going and if there was anything they could do for us! Very refreshing value in great customer service!! We will be back to Palm Springs again and will use ACME time and time again.

We stayed at the Roost. Very beautiful and private, but extremely noisy. There was construction going on in both corners of the backyard, and at 4 pm everyday, there would be loud hammering at the next door neighbor's house by the fire pit. Bring ear plugs and head phones for the next few months. There's such a huge emphasis on being quiet, but it seems like a one way deal. The pool area has been remodeled, so all the pics online are old and need to be updated. The spa is now connected to the pool, and it is amazing. They've opened up the back even more, and it is a sun tanner's dream. The pool is beautiful, and has a deep end. Lots of chairs to sit and tan in. I enjoyed rocking in the patio chairs in the shade, and listening to tunes or reading. The spa needs a thermostat, as you could not control the temp. You'd have to get out, walk over, and turn it off by the pool pump when it got too hot. Not that difficult, but you're on vacation, right?
Maybe a switch closer to the spa so you can turn the heat off? The interior of the house was well laid out, but the furniture was not that comfortable. It felt like staging furniture. It didn't matter much, since we were outside the whole time. The front living room has a billiards table, but the room really isn't big enough to play pool in there. I'd rather have the ping pong table in there. It looked nice, though. The kitchen was great, but a little more counter space would be good. maybe putting a rolling cutting board where the cabinet is by the kitchen door, that way you could roll it out when cooking and making food. Loved the gas oven and stove. The kitchen is well stocked with everything. Lots of bedding, pillows and towels. Beds were all very comfortable, but the pool pump is right next to the wall of one of the master bedrooms. Our guests had a hard time sleeping in there. Maybe there's a way to close that noise in? it would make the backyard quieter too. Also, master bathroom shower head needs to be replaced. Does not work well. Set some speakers up so it's easy to play your tunes inside. Grocery delivery is available, so we didn't need a car. You could walk to the convenience/liquor store as well. You could even walk to downtown. It would only take 30 minutes. We would love to come back here once the construction is over. Felt very safe, beautiful neighborhood. Thank you ACME!

Mid Mod Sunsation was a great house, clean and definitely had the mid-century vibe. My only complaint was the pool wasn't heated for the first two days of our visit, however, once I called Acme they were at the house within 15 minutes.

ACME manages my property in Palm Springs called OUR PLACE IN THE SUN. ACME does a fantastic job maintaining the property and keeping it clean and up to date. They take care of the tenants needs and make sure they have an excellent time. I highly recommend their services for property owners or tenants!

The Kirk Douglas house was an amazing place for a family vacation. We enjoyed the pool during the day. The house was very clean and had a great layout. The house is in a convenient location and is 5 minutes away from all of the restaurants and shopping.

This house is really, really nice. Comfortable. Great location. The wifi needs real help. I like the idea of 'unplugging while on vacation,' but come on...

The First Tee at The Desert Princess is an amazing house well stocked with everything you could imagine.The salt water pool is wonderful during the high temperatures.
I would definitely book this property again and again. Thanks Acme the presentation and communication were all well above standard. I d say this is by far the best Rental property and experience I have ever had.

We loved our stay at Zen Dreams. This is the 4th time we have stayed at this property. We just love it. I also have to say that the service from Acme House Company was exceptional. We had a leak in our bathroom which occurred on a holiday. Not only did the repair people come immediately....but after they were done with the repair, they sent housekeeping over just to freshen up! On a holiday. We were all very impressed! Anyway...the house is well stocked, well situated...and just a pleasure. The pool was perfect. All around a terrific week...and we can't wait to come again and stay with Acme House Company!

ACME manages our vacation home - the Mellow Yellow Butterfly - in Palm Springs, CA and we've had a great experience with them. It's been a stress free experience, they have a responsive staff, and best of all they keep our house clean AND booked!

We loved using ACME House to find the perfect estate for our intimate retreat for women entrepreneurs! We stayed at Bon Vivant and it was simply perfection! There was ample room for all 8 of us and we loved the open concept making it easy to be a part of the conversation without having to cram into one room! We'd love to come back and use the pool when its a bit warmer, but other than that, we really enjoyed our time in Palm Springs largely due to this beautiful home! Thank you!

This is our second stay at The Quintessential at Deepwell. We came back after feeling very comfortable with the cleanliness of the house and the company's COVID policies. We have been impressed with the accuracy of the description, the service quality, and responsiveness.

First of all renting with ACME was extremely easy and they made sure to meet us when we texted them at the house and walk through the property. The house was perfect for our needs, and we loved the outdoor patio and pool. And yes, location location location is everything.
You are about a block from Palm Springs proper where there is shopping, and restaurants galore. And if you are in the mood there is a very good hiking trail just down the end of Ramon at the base of the range.
The house has everything you need, whether it is a coffee pot or Keurig for your morning brew. And the beds are totally comfortable. If there was one tiny downfall it is that the doors to the master bedroom and the main bathroom were very squeaky. However it did not affect our stay and I sent a message to the Acme team when we checked out. A little WD40 should fix that straightaway. I would totally recommend this house if you are looking for a place in Palm Springs with easy access to the airport and everything else you need.

What a spread! We ve been inside a number of PS homes, and many of them don t offer a lot of space, either in the house or the yard. So, at Pink Martini, we were pleasantly surprised to find a large open seating area next to the kitchen, in addition to the sunken living room, plus the four separate bedrooms. And the back yard is a real yard, with pool, trees, and even hammocks. There s a fine view of the mountains just off to the right. You don t feel hemmed in. When we had company visiting, there was plenty of room for the whole gang. We ll definitely be coming back.

We stayed at San Lucas Hideout. House was beautiful. Well kept. Back yard was perfect for 2 families with little kids. We spent most of our time at the house. Good location.

Serendipity

Our stay at this property was outstanding. From the minute we arrived at the property we knew we had chosen well.

The property location in Deepwell Estates was convenient and quiet, punctuated only by the hum of gardeners going about their daily duties. We particularly enjoyed the privacy the garden provided.

Oh and what a garden, beautifully landscaped with spectacular palms and native cacti, drooping bougainvillea, grapefruit and lemon trees. Shady nooks to sit quietly, and the zen space of a beautiful heated pool. and spa.

The house was exquisite and reflected a lovingly crafted ambience , from the decor of the Hollywood themed artworks and coffee table books - to the ornamental touches throughout.

The kitchen was well equipped , stocked perfectly for most chefs needs with ample gadgets. A thoughtful touch was that basic condiments and cleaning supplies, were provided.

A washing machine and dryer are convenient if you are planning to pack lightly.

Both bedrooms and bathrooms are beautifully presented and ample towels and pool towels are provided.

TV's are present in the master bedroom and a small TV room, and the Internet is adequate for most needs.

This truly is a 5 star home, and a delight to spend time away in.

I stayed at Mid-Century Deluxe and I cannot say enough about how wonderful it is!!!! Acme House Company did an amazing job making me feel right at home! We loved the pool and the fire feature is perfect to sit at with a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the mountains!

During our first day at this property we already wanted to extend our trip. The house is beautifully put together! The kitchen is any chef s dream! The pool was amazing and getting to have our furry children with us was awesome! We never left except for a trip to the grocery store. The company is on top of everything and checks in periodically. We are pretty self sufficient but we were great full for the check ins! The pool guy and the gardeners are there fairly early due to the weather but we are early risers. I highly recommend this house for an amazing getaway in these weird times!

We stayed at the Lions Gate"inside the Movie Colony" close to downtown Palm Springs. The location was terrific and the property was the very best of the best!! Four large bedrooms with each a bathroom. The master opened to the pool area. We felt we were one of the rich and famous with Champagne & Caviar dreams. High ceilings and an open kitchen with a pool table embellish this beautiful spacious property. We will definitely be renting this property and other properties with ACME. ACME & staff are very attentive....So so many extras. A update plasma TV in each room I counted six large LG's. A fire pit and jacuzzi...with the wonderful heated pool were fabulous

Loved my stay at Beverly Modern! Perfect Palm Springs getaway. The pool was great, outdoor area was fun for relaxing in the sun and the decor was amazing. Highly recommend this property! Thanks Acme!

This home was quite clean and well equipped. It is in a good location for shopping, eating out and walks in the beautiful park only a block away. The pool, patio area is delightful. This rental is called Casa de Pavo Real.

The Reeves house was perfect for our family vacation. Nice neighborhood and very close to downtown. We will return again!

'Marcia! Marcia! Marcia!' was the perfect home for our Brady Bunch of 8. Entering the house for the first time, we were struck by the spacious open floor plan and stunning fireplace that anchors the space. We could have a game going on in the living room, a few people sitting at the dining room table and someone making food in the kitchen, but we all felt connected.

The online photos are what sold us on the house, but they don t do it justice. Each room in the house struck the perfect balance of thoughtful, personal touches while remaining true to the house s stylish mid-century desert identity. Each bedroom was as tasteful as the other. The master, in particular, has an amazing amount of space and a bathroom big enough to be its own bedroom.

The quality extended to the outdoor space. It was the perfect backdrop for a lazy afternoon in the sun, or sitting around the fire pit with a couple cocktails and watching the sun sink behind the mountains.

We were so enamored with the house, we barely left. We had everything we needed for cooking up meals in the enormous kitchen. The ACME staff were welcoming, provided details for every aspect of the house and were quick to respond to any communication.

We ve stayed in almost a dozen homes in the area, and Marcia! Marcia! Marcia! will be at the top of our list next time we re in Palm Springs. We can t recommended it highly enough.

We so thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Drift Away. The owners did a superior job on the remodel. Everything was clean, neat and accessible. We felt we could move in and love it!!!
One problem we fixed temporarily was the garage door laser beam needs adjusting/fixing.

Beautiful home. Love outside area. Expensive compared to similar properties. Lava lamp gets dangerously hot. We unplugged it but it should be removed!! Could have used more than 4 sets of towels for a week. Counter space in first bathroom is not good. Could use a bigger vanity top or some shelves to put toiletries on.

Bed in first room has a big bump in the middle of it, and left side is not good. Yikes-should not have those issues at $3000/week. We would choose another property next time. That being said we had a nice week in Palm Springs

Having Acme manage my home Mid Century Cool in Palm Springs is not short of amazing. Acme knows the Palm Springs Vacation Rental market from A-Z. They are constantly ahead of the curve in branding and marketing. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and works as a team in resolving any issue that should arise (which is a rare occurrence). Their attention to detail sets them above the rest. I could not be more pleased knowing that guests are treated with five star service. In short, Acme is the best!

Wonderful house for a girl's trip of 7! We plan a trip each year to escape our kids and this is our first time to Palm Springs. It was so easy to get from the airport and to grocery stores/mini marts (a couple of miles away). The neighborhood seemed nice and safe, the house was clean and beautiful and spacious.

The house felt very private from the neighbors. The outside area was spacious, lounging area fit all of us together, the hot tub and pool were a perfect temp that we didn't even have to adjust since it was on an auto-temp setting from the owners/managers (I assume). The pool fit all of us together even with floaties so it was a perfect size for all of us.

The beds were so comfortable! So many bathrooms so it was great for 7 of us. The kitchen was functional for cooking - every utensil and cooking tool you would need. The open floor plan was great for socializing. We also loved that there were entry points to bathrooms and bedrooms from the outside. So we didn't have to walk through the house just to get to the bathrooms. The outdoor shower was a really nice touch. We used it a lot.

The house was clean and well maintained. There were options for TV entertainment (netflix, prime, hbo, etc.). You just log into your accounts on the TV.

The noise ordinance really scared us so we worried that we wouldn't get warnings if we were too loud. This home has noise sensors so they text you if things are too loud - which is nice so we don't worry about fines unexpectedly. The noise sensors are a really nice feature so guests don't wonder if they're doing the right thing.

One of the best parts was ACME was SO responsive to anything we needed. I really wanted an early check-in and was able to pay a minimal fee and it was easy to arrange. We also needed a few minor things done - pool light replaced, smoke alarm batteries replaced and a question about the A/C and ALL questions were answered quickly and if we needed a tech to come out, they did it quickly and all were so friendly. I was really impressed and felt extremely taken care of.

I highly recommend this home and working with ACME. It was a really awesome experience - we came home with happy memories and we can't wait to return!

ACME is one of the most professional, efficient, friendly property management company I've worked with to-date. They were even responsive after hours. I had a few questions and one small issue while staying on one of their properties and all of them were resolved within minutes regardless of the time of day or night. The property exceeded my expectations in every way. It was a perfect trip.

This is our 2nd time in a year that we have rented a home in Palm Springs through ACME House Company. We are definitely spoiled, now, and would never use another agency.
We had the luxury, on this visit, of spending 7 wonderful days and nights at Andiamo al Sole in the Los Compadres neighborhood. We have stayed in Palm Springs, Indian Wells and Rancho Mirage over the summer months for many years, but this stay was, by far, the best! The house itself was amazing, the neighborhood was quiet and only a 5 minute drive to the downtown Palm Springs area.
The home was one of the best equipped homes we have EVER stayed in, right down to bottle stoppers and bag clips!!! The layout was perfect for my 93 year old mother who has some difficulty walking. There are no stairs or steps anywhere, AND there is a hand rail into the pool which allowed her to access it with ease! Fabulous!
We chose to relax by the pool for the entire week, but there are games to play if one so chooses: ping pong and foosball. We truly did not have to leave the house once we entered.
An additional benefit to renting this home was the Concierge! We had an 8 hour drive to Palm Springs the day we arrived, the last thing I wanted to do was grocery shop. Instead, I emailed a grocery list to our Concierge and she pre-shopped for us and put everything away. She also was able to provide a masseuse who would come the house if we wished (we didn't partake in that, but could have).
We will definitely come back to this house again, and rent through ACME.

The Majestic Estate is a lovely, well-equipped house perfect for anyone wanting a quiet location that is also minutes to town and Ruth Hardy Park by foot. As always, the real stars are the staff at Acme who are just a 10/10. Boris, Marj, Renee and Mercadez will all go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. No request goes unanswered.

I couldn't be happier with ACME's management of my property. They are attentive, proactive and thorough in every aspect of not only the marketing and managing of my rental property and the customer experience of the renters, but they also do a terrific job take maintaining my property. They have delivered on every promise and then some with how well they manage my vacation rental property.

Maybe the best house we've ever vacationed in. At San Lucas Hideout everything was beautiful, everything worked, everything was quality. We particularly enjoyed the pool, which is located to get full sun most of the day, and far enough from foliage that the pool always appears clean and free of leaves. Most houses seem designed around the TVs, some without a single lamp by chair or bed for readers; San Lucas Hideout is both TV and reader friendly.
Our only caveat is the wifi set-up. Acme's big "sell" to is service. Acme blows away VRBO and AirBnB on service. So WHY create a wonky wifi filter that goes out over and over again? And why compound that problem by saying that wifi is our problem .. when it's the Acme wifi system that is a dud?
But other than that, we loved the house and had a grand time.

Acme House Company is managing the rental of my property in Palm Springs, CA. From the start The Acme House Company have been very professional and helpful. They have taken care of every small detail to make sure that "The Lawrence at Old Las Palmas" is a wonderful vacation rental. I highly recommend them

I have thought twice about writing this review because I think this is a hidden gem. LOVE this place. Amazing Labor day weekend. The pictures don't do it justice as they don't show just how nice it is. The location is amazing. No need for a car as it's walking distance from downtown. We are from LA so this is a great getaway place for the weekend. Everything was very smooth from the booking process to Michelle from the concierge service meeting us (she was great) We will be booking this place again so long as they will have us.

We stayed at Spero Estate for a month this year. The house was perfect, great location, very chic house and lots of space. Perfect for a family vacation.
Acme was also great to work with, the service was top notch and i would rent from them again anytime.

The house we stayed at was wonderful. Extremely well stocked and very clean. I've rented many place before and if something wasn't working they'd get right on it. I can't say that for acme . I connected with a rep to inform them that the ice maker wasn't working . They offered to send a bag of ice and a tech . I continuously sent emails to rep Camille Henry but never heard back. They never sent the ice nor did a rep come . Since it's over 110, we kept having to go to the store to buy ice. Although they kept sending me emails telling me they care about my stay , they never replied you a simple request. I would def rent the house again (the high road at warm sands), just not with this company!!

Clean, Pristine, Lavish apartments with superior service from the ACME team. I could not have asked for a better vacation property

I enjoyed that everything was there and proactively thought of. From extra mask, TP, towels, and coffee. Very clean and nicely done.

I can't imagine engaging any other company than Acme to manage our property and make sure our guests are well taken care of. They are lightening fast in responding to any guest concerns/questions that may arise and work diligently to make sure the vacation experience is memorable!

Sol Lesser Estare was perfectly adequate, but not the luxury experience I expected for the price point. Sheets and towels average, 1 mattress out of 3 comfortable, furniture house-wide not particularly comfortable, non functioning lights on walkway tripping hazard at night, knives not sharp, outdoor furniture worn; landscapers in back yard for 2 noisy hours immediately after pool guy (not consistent with published schedule and Mgmt co not responsive), mucking up the pool. My experience with management companies (versus a homeowner) has been similar to this rental: they are notoriously lax about updating and replacing.

On this ninth annual "pilgrimage" to Palm Springs in the middle of the summer, we were once again delighted to stay at an Acme Company vacation rental. This time and just for two of us, we stayed at The Nest. It was a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom home with a large backyard with multiple lounge areas and a great pool in which to battle the 100+ degree days we spent there. One of the items we appreciated the most this time around was the list of necessities awaiting us until we could figure out what we truly needed. Thank you Acme for being so detailed, so organized, so accommodating and so responsive to all of our needs. Next year is our 10th anniversary for this "pilgrimage" so we will begin our search now!
