ACME House Co Review

As always, the house was well-equipped, clean and the yard as well as pool and jacuzzi were always well maintained. There were several usual maintenance issues that came up and they were dealt with almost immediately. Andrew especially deserves kudos as when the microwave wouldn't work, he responded immediately and within an hour, he had purchased and installed a new one - and this was on a Saturday evening.

Coming back to the same house next year and this will be the 7th year with ACME.

We stayed at the Palm Springs Confidential at Chino Canyon. It was an incredible property with gorgeous views. The house was stunning, but the real MVP of our trip was this company. We originally went with a different company but after arriving & realizing what a giant mistake that was we called ACME (we stayed at another acme property the last time we went to Palm Springs) & Renee got us taken care of immediately. I cannot recommend this company enough. The homes are clean (unlike the other place) & in safe areas (also unlike the other place we had booked). The attention to detail these owners put into their homes is what sets the ACME company apart. I m telling you, if you go with anyone else you will regret it. Acme is the only company we will rent from when in Palm Springs. I only wish y all would expand to other parts of California.

Acme House Company manages my property, Casa Del Sol (4 BR, 3 BA, sleeps 8), in Palm Springs and has done so for the past two years. Acme does an excellent job. When guests arrive, every detail has been taken care of: the pool is warmed to the perfect temperature, the pool and Jacuzzi are sparkling clean, the house looks beautiful inside and out, and all details have been taken care of so that guests can simply relax and immediately begin to enjoy their vacations. Further, when we or our guests have questions or require any assistance, Acme promptly responds with its friendly, high-level service team. I highly recommend Acme!

The house is newly and totally renovated, and super comfortable. The large yard offers lots of options for relaxation, from the spa, pool, various lounging areas in sun or shade, and a huge fire pit. It's beautifully landscaped with a killer sunset view. Quiet cul-de-sac and nearby Sandfish restaurant and Arrive hotel.

Beautiful home with a lot of room both indoors and out. There were 5 of us and we all loved the house. Great spaces to socialize or find a quiet spot away from the group. And it was spotless, loved that.

I couldn't be happier with ACME's management of my property. They are attentive, proactive and thorough in every aspect of not only the marketing and managing of my rental property and the customer experience of the renters, but they also do a terrific job take maintaining my property. They have delivered on every promise and then some with how well they manage my vacation rental property.

ACME was very responsive both prior to and upon our arrival. Their provided a high quality of service which added to the ease of our vacation. I would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Totally Unprofessional. We tried renting a vacation home through VRBO but essentially ended up doing everything through Acme. And about the only way to do it in Palm Springs. Booked a reservation for a Pet Friendly home with no problem. But when the Rental agreement was emailed I noticed there was only room for information on one dog. So I attempted to call them to see and make sure we could bring all of our dogs.
I spoke to Les and explained to him that we had three to bring. At that point he said nothing other than asked what Breed they were. I explained that we had a French Bulldog, Goldendoddle and a Dobie. He said nothing other that he'd have to check with obviously his boss. I explained to him that we've been traveling with dogs and staying at vacation home for over fifteen years with not one problem. That included two hundred plus pound Akitas's and French Bulldogs. Plus when ever leaving them for short periods they would be crated regardless, never ever left out on their own.This is after paying the Hefty pet deposit, plus the extra insurance,
When I spoke to him later on in the way in way all he said with no further explanation was they just couldn't do it. End of story. I thought.
Later on in the afternoon I received another e-mail from I'm assuming another assistant Renee in regards to my refund,
She explained that it was overlooking of my pets and that if I could have left the Dobie at home ( On the dangerous breed list ) they would of kept my booking.
Really Renee? Leave one home? How about next time you go on vacation you make a decision which is your least favorite child and leave them home. Sounds pretty silly saying that doesn't it. Maybe Acme should make things a little clearer when booking and be upfront about your ignorant policies. And this could of all been avoided. And in regards to Les how about growing some.... You couldn't even be upfront with me on the phone when we spoke, I had to get the truth from some women in an e-mail. Sad. That's ok you can keep your Palm Springs we'll just go back where were welcome with our Killer Breed Dog.

Stunning villa ((Kirk Douglas, Palm Springs) - even more beautiful than the pictures on the website. Well looked after by the friendly reps will be very sad to leave.

The home in the Ruth Hardy Park area is fabulous. Everything was taken care of. The backyard is massive and beautifully manicured. Great attention to detail throughout the house. Terrific for entertaining and walking distance to downtown PS.

Another fantastic stay with Acme House Company at Mellow Yellow Butterfly. I loved the proximity to town, pool, and whole house. The pops of yellow made us so happy and quite mellow indeed!

Honestly could not have found a higher quality experience in the world of vacation rentals. We had a wonderful time at the most beautiful perfect home, the West elm house. Seriously borders on ridiculous and would recommend to anyone wanting the real deal.

Can't begin to say how wonderful this visit has been. Nice home, very clean and well-located. Acme took very good care of us.

Hi, we stayed at Double Down Hideaway from March 1st till March 8th. It was such a wonderful holiday. The Condo was so clean and everything was perfect. The supplies were amazing and we loved all the games and books that they had, the beds were super comfortable and there was nothing we could suggest that they change. The grounds are beautiful and the pools are so clean, we will be coming back to this condo again, it was in a great location and our parking spot was right at the front door, a perfect vacation and the sunshine every day was a total bonus.

Mostero House. Great location, quiet and beautifully decorated with unique art on the walls of the house. Loads of amenities, heated pool, bar area, fire pits etc. One suggestion, ask the agents to ensure the shower heads and faucets are cleaned of calcium deposits!

Otherwise a great place to enjoy a family holiday.

I came across ACME House Company via Instagram through a sponsored advertisement. I had already been looking for a place to stay for a specific weekend and since I was booking a few weeks before, I was unsuccessful since mostly everything I was looking for was booked. I decided to check out ACME and although I was asking for less than the minimum required nights, there was a prompt that said to contact them directly since they might still able to accommodate us. I was able to chat with someone online and Renee Galindo was the person on the other side. I gave her my dates, # of people, told her we wanted a pool, and gave her what our budget was. Luckily, she was able to find 1 house that was available: the Diamond Palms at the Desert Princess Resort. We loved our vacation home. It was beautiful! It was clean and the fact that they had masks for each of us (6 total) along with cleaners made me feel extra protected going into this mini getaway. ACME checked up on us everyday of our stay by email/text and gave us resources if we needed to get a hold of them for any reason. It was a much needed getaway for my family and going through ACME was a breeze. I ve had many friends ask me where we were staying and I was very happy to recommend ACME. We will definitely be booking with them in the near future! Thank you!

We loved Warm Sands Comfort, a perfectly maintained and well appointed home! The heated pool and jacuzzi were awesome and the fire pit was perfect for cool nights. You cannot beat this location if you are wanting to stay close to downtown Palm Springs. It was easy to keep cleaned and although we did not cook at all, we enjoyed the very functional kitchen. We had no problems with the internet or cable tv. We hope to go back to this special place next December! Acme did a great orientation and were very helpful and responsive all along the way from rental to occupancy!

This house, Modern Ranch Heaven, is in an excellent location (and a quiet area) and it is well maintained and very clean. The yard and pool areas are excellent and it's good to have the large garage. Also, the kitchen is very well equipped. The gas fire pit was perfect for cool evenings. A few issues that need attention: 1. the provided flashlight did not work/a safety issue 2. the bed in the master bedroom is not as comfortable as the one in the second bedroom. 3. it would be nice to have a couple boxes of facial tissues. 4. there's no place for groceries/we had to stack things on the top of the washer. 5. the drapes in both bedrooms do not block light at all. Would we stay here again? YES. Items 1-4 are minor. The drapes in the bedroom really need to be upgraded so they block the outdoor lights and sunlight. I'll also add that Acme is awesome. We have rented through them before and we will be in another Acme house in January. They are the best we have found in terms of ensuring that their homes meet set standards and their staff members are professional and efficient. We called them with one problem and their staff member was at the house in under 20 minutes and he fixed the problem quickly. Thank you Acme.

We had a great experience with Acme, and really loved the house we stayed in Chi Chi! Despite being on a main drag, it was quiet inside and in the back yard, and everything was clean and comfortable! Thank you!

This was the second time I used ACME House Company for my vacation get-a-way. Since my first experience was so wonderful, hands down I chose to stay with them again! I rented the beautiful home entitled Papillon. So adorable and exactly as pictured on the website. The home was clean and sanitized and we felt completely safe. So close to town too! My next stay in Palm Springs will definitely be coordinated through ACME!

Centrally located to town, this condo was comfortable, clean and quiet. There are two balconies but no real view of anything except a parking lot. We spent little time in the unit, so that was not a problem for us but if lots of sunlight and green views are your thing, this might not be for you.

My stay at The Nest was just wonderful! Acme is an awesome property management company and is incredibly responsive and professional. The grounds are even more beautiful than the pictures and everything was well stocked in the kitchen. I had everything I needed for my 2 month stay! It is a charming home, well decorated and well equipped! I recommend it highly to anyone who wants a lovely stay in Palm Springs near downtown.

I've watched the company grow over the years and add great tools like the ACME app which only speak to how advanced the thinking is at this company.

The house itself was a work of art. It was in a quiet area surrounded by palm trees. The home was very comfortable for 2 couples and had everything we needed. The front view was magnificent and pool and spa area were great. Short drive to downtown Palm Spings and the tram.

We chose the Lemon Twist House with ACME as our getaway for a girls bachelorette weekend and we could not have been more please with our choice. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed, plus some extra essentials that I thought were great additions in order to get the best out of what the house had to offer. The decor and furniture was so well thought out to make the house cozy, comfortable, and a hot spot to get some awesome instagram posts! Everything was so well thought out to make the house a fun experience. ACME communicated well with us prior to check in, had a great book to explain many of the house features as we arrived, and gave clear instructions for how to check out. The house was extremely clean, the pool was clean and well heated. The hot tub was an amazing feature and the outside fire place was a huge hit. The beds were extremely comfortable, bedding was clean, fresh and comfortable. There was extra bedding and blankets which were handy on chilly nights by the outdoor fireplace. The house was in a great proximity to the main strip for great restaurants and entertainment. Uber/Lift rides for an XL ran un about $7 each way. Super close to the airport. We were so sad to be leaving, but really hope to come back again in the future!

My family and I stayed at the "Come Fly With Me" property in Palm Springs. It was absolutely awesome! The property was amazing -- incredibly clean, heated pool and jacuzzi, and the decor was beautiful. It felt like we were living in a Mad Men episode. We definitely plan on going back and staying in this exact same property. Thanks ACME House!

Renee was great to pull something together last minute. Acme homes are always guaranteed to be clean. Have not had the same experience with other rentals.

Beautiful, clean, well appointed house that was a delight to stay in. Our concierge (Yasmin) was lovely and very helpful. The house comfortably slept 5 adults. The beds were very comfortable and the hide-a-bed was too! The arrival bottle of wine was a lovely surprise and was greatly appreciated! Everything we needed for cooking, relaxing, and enjoying the outdoor living space was provided. The only thing missing was a teapot ( )!

The home was as advertised. Really nice, private backyard, pool and hot tub. Quiet area. Great view of the mountain. Comfortable bedding. BBQ grill. Plenty of great eating around town. We'd stay here again for sure. And Renee at ACME was very helpful and easy to work with.

The house Nestled in the Cove is a beautiful home and well equipped. It is designed with very much love for detail and very well maintained. The ACME House Company Vacation Rentals did a very good job and we felt taken care of very well.

We had a wonderful 3 weeks in the Hope House. Full of history and charm and every thing we needed. Hours spent in the large pool and walks to the park filled our days. We would love to visit again!

The house is spacious, the kitchen is well stocked, the master bed was comfortable. My only complaint was yard workers came at 4:00 on our check in day while we were trying to enjoy the pool, and returned before 8:00 on our last day! Noisy work should not happen before eight. We had wanted to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee but that plan was foiled.

The house we rented for two weeks in Palm Springs was beyond our wildest dreams. Large, spacious, beautifully furnished in mid-century style. The house was so well-stocked -- towels, glassware, toiletries - and the kitchen was amazing -- k-cup coffee maker, top appliances, pots and pans, utensils, beautiful wine glasses, and even spice rack! The people at ACME always answered the phone when we needed something and were a pleasure.

My family spent a wonderful, relaxing Christmas week at Lucy, I m Home. The home was exactly as described - and exceeded my expectations. The layout of the home allowed privacy and plenty of space for the family to gather. It was a great location to spend the week hiking - in and around Palm Springs as well as Joshua Tree. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and patio upon return from our daily excursions as well as grilling dinner each evening. We were all sad to leave and wished we had booked for a few additional days. Will definitely be back and highly recommend Acme House Company. The coffee maker was not working and although it was Christmas Eve, they didn t think twice about replacing it that evening. Great response and wonderful customer service throughout the rental process. Simple and timely instructions for check-in and check-out....both a breeze!

Took a quick weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of busy L.A. Palm Desert Decadence home is exactly what my family needed!! Spacious VERY private, very QUIET, and everything you need to relax - pool, jacuzzi, bbq, fire pit, outdoor shower, and quick access to shopping, casinos, hwys, and golf! Acme (Camille) just got themselves a repeat customer. We're already planning for the holidays and future birthdays.

I am a Palm Springs local who lives across the street from an Acme House rental property I m an actual, real person, not a bot nor a Russian troll and I thought it might be useful to those of you thinking of renting through Acme to know what s happening, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, from a neutral observer.

When you arrive, you should know that Acme has performed a thorough, intensive deep clean of your property that happens over a period of days not hours. Once the previous tenant has gone, a single employee arrives in protective gear to inspect the property, remove bedding and towels, activate air filtration systems. A cleaning crew arrives the next day, also in protective gear, and wipes down every surface this includes exterior door handles, key pads, even the lids of the outside trash bins. They are specific and consistent.

I know that traveling right now is an emotionally fraught thing. You have been trapped in your house for months, travel seems like a guilty self-indulgence, plus it s expensive and let s admit it dangerous. I cannot allay all your fears, but you should know Acme is taking this seriously and doing what they need to do to make this work.

So. Put down your bags, take off your mask, have a good cry and shake uncontrollably for a hour or two and let Palm Springs recharge you for a bit before we send you back into the fight.

Our stay at the Apollo house was our best in Palm Springs yet. Super close to everything - Ruth Hardy park just a couple blocks away ... our new and old favorite restaurants a 10-15 minute walk (Cheeky s, Jake s & Cafe La Jefa).

The house is huge. Three bedrooms all with en suite baths. Two beds on one side of the house, one on the other - so perfect for a family + grandpa & grandma situation (really plenty big for two families, but unsure how many people it technically hosts).

Super easy check in and check out. Will stay again!

We stayed at The Desert Peacock for a girlfriends' week away. The house was spacious, beautiful, well-maintained, scrupulously clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. Our group of six adults had more than enough room. Our concierge, Jeremy, was very helpful in meeting with us and explaining all the details. We hope to return soon!

We rented Modern Loma Vista for a week. The house was very well outfitted and clean. The yard and outdoor amenities were as presented. The booking, check-in and check-out process with Acme was easy and seamless. We had no issues and loved the property. A wonderful family vacation.

Our family loved our stay @ Blue Waters at Andreas Hills. The house was spacious, modernized and had an amazing pool and outdoor area. Our kids enjoyed swimming all day and night long. The staff was very professional and made the entire process and stay enjoyable. The property was cleaned to our expectations. We are planning on booking a stay again soon.

We rented the West Elm Pool House 2018 for my 40th birthday and it was the PERFECT place to celebrate. There was more than enough room to hold the 8 of us. The decor was beautiful and the kitchen was very functional for entertaining. The outdoor space is spectacular, with way more space and seating than we were even able to use. The property sits on a corner lot so there is minimal views of neighbors and maximum mountain views. The house is a very short drive (and even walkable) to great restaurants and shopping.

The Immersive House was a great house for a family and location to downtown Palm Springs. The house and rooms were surprisingly large. Nice pool/spa and loved fresh squeezed grapefruit from the trees in the yard. Could have used more reliable shade (umbrella problems) and the plumbing is a bit dated. Kitchen could use a few more additions like mixing/serving bowls. All in all we had a great stay and are quite sad we had to leave.

Attractive house, in a great location, fully equipped and very comfortable. We would readily stay there again and recommend it.

My stay in Palm Springs was great and the company was very responsive when i needed help with anything. The house was amazing and very clean. The only downside was that the Jacuzzi didn't have the jets working or the heat on, that's why i give it 4 stars. If the jets were working i would give it 5 stars.

I stayed at their "For the Record" property. What a great place! Clean and modern with a Palm Springs vibe, lots of wide open spaces to hang out with the whole group. TVs in every room. The pool is large and deep, and I loved laying out on the real grass lawn out back. The bathrooms are really nice, and the master has a big, beautiful standing tub in it. There's very little street noise and when you're in the casita out back, you can't hear anything going on in the main house. I also loved the evening views of the mountains from the back patio. Really nice neighborhood and an easy 20-minute walk to downtown area. I'll be back for sure!

Mesquite Golf and Country Club, Palm Springs. Very clean place and welcoming too as Acme answered all my questions veey promptly. Excellent suppliea - everything we needed and more. Great view of golf course as beside 10th hole. 2 balconies.

Only negatives were the kitchen is dated though with European styled cupboards. Some sinks stained.

Wanted to self-quarantine away from home in a safe, clean rental. This home was just that - very comfortable and clean. Spent almost all our time outdoors in the backyard. The pool and hot tub were amazing!

Nice home, excellent customer service when needed, Rene is wonderful.
If I had a negative about this home it would be the extended time it took to get hot water to the mater bedroom. I know that cannot be resolved easily!
Also all the throw rugs could use a good cleaning.

The house was great. Great mid century modern feel and furnishings. Interesting artwork in the interior as well as exterior. The house was clean and masks and sanitizer was provided in addition to disinfectant cleaners. The bedrooms were all fairly spacious and the kitchen was very well appointed with almost everything one might need (except a wine opener, which we luckily brought) The location was great, walking distance to Palm Canyon Drive and some good restaurants. The pool was well kept and there were six lounge chairs which was nice. The rough spots were fairly minor and likely one off occurrences but taken together they amounted to a bit of a nuisance. The security alarm failed and started chiming that a door was open when in fact no doors were open, it kept one of our guests up most of the night. It was addressed quickly in the morning by the management. A sprinkler in the back yard was broken and gushing a fountain of water which had to be replaced while we all sat there and watched from the pool. The Tv in the game room was not attached to the WiFi and the text I sent was not answered until the following morning so We got had to get creative to watch a movie. Lastly the ice maker took 12 hours to make one tray of Ice. We had to buy Ice to keep up with the cocktail making. Easy to see how these might be circumstantial issues but it did detract slightly from the overall experience. All in all done, I would stay in that same house again but walk through it with the concierge upon arrival. (Not available due to COVID rules)

The property was very nice and adequately supplied for large groups with a well-stocked kitchen, pots, pans, glassware, etc. The double wide freezer & refrigerator could store numerous items. The pool area was set up as an inviting and enjoyable area. The fire pit was another area one could enjoy and relax in. The BBQ worked great.
The house is described as a four bedroom no mention in any description that the fourth bedroom is entirely separate and has no access from the main house. This would be detrimental to having a couple of families with small children with access only through the back by the pool or through the front door.
The A/C filter(s) should be changed since it caused reactions to my family whenever they were in the house. Note we ve stayed in Palm Springs numerous times throughout the year and never experienced anything like that.
The pool service just entered the back w/o any notice. Gardener came to the pool area while our families were using it and asked if they could do their maintenance. Both of these items should have communicated to us prior to our arrival so we were prepared.
Why are the golfers allowed to smoke cigarettes and cigars and drive by with their music on? We were forbidden to do either. Saturday night two houses away, there was loud music on until 1:30 a.m.
If music is forbidden for renters and we could be called out for it w/o warning, there should be at least a specified decibel limit that should be allowed.
The house should supply facial tissues none were found.
The faucets were oddly set up. One side of the house the valve was turned upright for hot water and the other side had the faucet with the valve downward for hot water.
I don t think I ll be staying again in a home in Palm Springs due to the numerous restrictions imposed upon renters but not upon residents.

Acme House Company was a pleasure to rent from. The house was perfection with all the amenities we needed, clear instructions and communication. A few minor things came up during our stay and they were fast and efficient at repairs, etc. The house was very comfortable and fun to stay in during our first small family reunion of the pandemic. We felt like cleaning and safety was very important to them as well as us, as guests.

Drift Away was a wonderful home for two couples to spend a week in the desert. It was tastefully and comfortably remodeled. The kitchen was outfitted with everything and more that you could possibly need. Bedrooms and baths were lovely and comfortable. Wish it had been a bit warmer to sit outside in the evenings. The fire pit provided ambiance but not a lot of warmth. The sectional couch was perfect for TV watching and conversation. The house is in a wonderful location for assessibility to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed watching the golfers outside our patio in the mornings. We found the house immaculate upon arrival. Acme provided us with detailed instructions for arrival and departure as well as handy household instructions. Any interaction I had with staff at Acme office was excellent. It was a pleasure to stay at Drift Away and look forward to a return next year .

My husband and I rented a lovely ACME House Palm Springs home a few years ago. We loved Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley so much that we bought our own home in the valley. As I had been so impressed with ACME House Company's customer service and home rental selection, there was no question who we'd partner with to manage our property when we decided to venture into the vacation rental business ourselves. Our trust and content with ACME House was not misplaced. They're extremely fair, honest, and conscientious. We're very happy and remain impressed with their work ethic and capacity to deal fairly with both the rental client and the home owner.

The home was beyond our expectations and was the perfect getaway and reset from our daily lives.
I highly recommend Acme and the Lawrence house. The views from every room are the best I have ever seen in Palm Springs. I hope to return soon.

Mesa Mid-Century was a great place to call home during our week in PS. The house has everything you could possibly need. We loved the many early morning walks with our dogs through the neighborhood and we were just a short drive to all necessities & downtown. ACME was hands(off) and very professional.

The home (RISKY BUSINESS) was fun and beautiful and ACME's customer service was 5 star!!! We're definitely using them the next time we want to do a weekend getaway.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Its been the best of our Palm Springs rentals and we been renting for many years. We loved the house, pool, and landscaping. Only problem worth mentioning is the umbrellas kept blowing over when the winds picked up in the late afternoon--they should have heavier bases. Also, property was pricey.

We stayed with our family at Come Fly Away. This is one of the cleanest, well stocked, and most comfortable rentals we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed in a LOT. From the communication from ACME regarding our stay, to the very well appointed home, and the most through
information manual we've seen, this stay couldn't have been more relaxing and amazing. The beds are extremely comfortable bathrooms clean and new, TV's in every room with Netflix and HBO! But the real star of this home is the backyard. The pictures honestly don't do it justice. You will not be disappointed with this rental. Perfection!

Love the 23 Palms home in the Racquet Club Estates neighborhood of Palm Springs. A true mid-century home with great amenities and great views of the mountains.

Modern Dream is a stunning property managed by Acme in Palm Springs' Racquet Club Estates neighborhood. We enjoy hosting our friends and family in this beautiful, mid century modern home. It has one of the best pools we have ever seen and the views of the mountains are breathtaking. Acme great to work with. Highly recommended.

This 2 bedroom home and back yard was 1950's cool. Great seating in the backyard! Nice hot tub.
Some feedback for improvements:
1. kitchen sink hose leaked with water under the kitchen sink.
2. no storage or countertop area in the bathrooms.
3. bathroom sinks not very functional. (very difficult to turn handle and I don't get the sink area.)

The house was beautiful but there were issues with the dishwasher that the property management company, acme, responded poorly.. No matter how much communication we had they did not follow through nor keep their commitment to fixing the problem...
We ordered a late check out and got approved and they did not pass on the information to the cleaning people.
They have people checking the spa during the day and they would just walk in without knocking or notifying us in advance. I am a property vacation renter in another state and I am thoroughly disgusted with acme's performance and would never use them personally.

We loved every minute of our stay in Palm Breeze. The space was immaculately clean and designed well. It was the first time in a long time when we felt like we actually got away. We cannot wait to come back.

The house was great, beds were very comfortable. Pool was clean and spacious. The only cons were - not a big enough kitchen, no space, and no lighting at night from above. So for that reason the house wouldn't work again for more than 2 people. The guest shower was not great, the master shower was fabulous. The pool light was not working, so didn't swim in the evenings , and the outside umbrella was broken , and they also flew over quite a bit. But other than that it was a lovely house. The team was responsive when i had some complaints too .

Lovely house. Back yard is private and gorgeous. Kitchen has all you need and interior design is comfortable and attractive. Everything ( including pool, spa, TV, Wi-Fi, lighting etc) worked perfectly. Had a little trouble with the dryer but Acme is on it.
We had a terrific stay and will return next year.

The house was beautiful, very spacious, with a wonderful small pool and spa. We had a great vacation and loved the Desert Princess neighborhood. The golf course was great and so was the Grille!
Suggestions:
1. Use fitted sheets on the Master bed - the sheet kept coming untucked and it was uncomfortable to sleep on when it was loose.
2. The SPA water level would go down as people were sitting in it and eventually the jets would shoot water into the air or at people. You would have to get out, turn off SPA mode, and wait for it to refill and then get back in.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The home is very open, clean, quiet, safe and nicely decorated. It s location is within walking distance of Palm Canyon. The representative from Acme, who met us when we arrived, was very knowledgeable of the home, the Palm Springs area and was quite informative. We believe we made an excellent choice.

When we arrived after the 3pm check in, the "gatekeeper" did not have our name and it took some time to get through to the owner to allow us access. They did say it happens often with ACME. There was also dog dirt in the back yard that had not been cleaned up, despite gardeners being there during our stay. It remained for the duration of our stay - we did not have a dog on site. Other than that the home was lovely - clean and bright in a very quiet end of town. A car is required for visiting restaurants and grocery stores. Golf course is stunning.

Fantastic getaway in a wonderful home. Loved exploring the neighborhood and the view from the backyard is spectacular. Can t wait to return. Thank you!

We have stayed at The Nest in Palm Springs twice. Love the house. ACME was easy to work with, very responsive and the maintenance on the house is great.

The Nest is a 2 BR/2 Bath home with an amazing backyard. Pool, hot tub, seating area with fire pit, pool lounge chairs, outdoor dining area and mix of sun and shade throughout the day. Great central location just south of downtown off Palm Canyon DR.

We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the "Alexander on Bedford" property. It was very clean and looked just like the pictures online. We requested the pool heat to be turned up after we arrived and they promptly came over to arrange that. In addition, our dryer had an issue and that was also promptly dealt with. The kitchen was well stocked and the towels and linens were clean and high quality. The area was very quiet and we enjoyed that. It was a good yard for dogs and a good area for walking them. Thanks ACME! Will be back!

Had the best vacation at Hilltop Haven! Will definitely be booking it again. Morning coffee poolside with a gorgeous view of Palm Springs was the best way to start the day. Super clean gorgeous home. Loved every second of our stay!

ACME manages our vacation home - the Mellow Yellow Butterfly - in Palm Springs, CA and we've had a great experience with them. It's been a stress free experience, they have a responsive staff, and best of all they keep our house clean AND booked!

The house was exactly as pictured and had everything that we needed and most of what we wanted. Honestly, the best thing about our stay was the professionalism of Acme. Shortly after our arrival, our concierge came by to give us a tour of the home and explain how everything worked. We found this very helpful.
Before bringing by some new lounge chairs,Acme called to let us know and ask if it was okay to access the house.
Just an overall great experience. We will certainly rent with them again.

Property as described. We enjoyed the stay. Responsiveness is a bit slow with Acme however. They don't answer emails. I had to call twice for help with 1 issue before it got resolved.

We absolutely loved our long stay at LOST OASIS! It s a little slice of heaven in a great, quiet neighborhood, perfectly located. The house is exactly as pictured and described, even better! It s so comfy and the back yard / pool area is truly an oasis. You will never want to leave. The house was spotless when we checked in with tons of fresh towels and all you need to immediately feel at home. We have rented many times over the years and this is a special house in a special place, indeed. Highly recommend. Only slight drawback is no TV in the master.
