Needed a little help with my new Acer product. Their customer service is terrible!!!!!!!!!
I tried to call to talk with a person rather than type in endless Chats. 20 minutes later after endless rounds to answering questions to Robo Machine - I get a someone on the line that knows even less than I do about computers and I can basically turn it on and use the installed software. Will on hold I try to start a Chat session. It shows I am number 1 in the que but never get a connection.
My new Acer computer is going back tomorrow
