What a terrible company. Their support and return ...

What a terrible company. Their support and return procedures are from the 90's and their support "experts" lack any real knowledge of troubleshooting or even understanding the very technology they sell. The runaround and wasted hours I've spent trying to get my near $800 monitor issue addressed is absurd. I'll never, ever buy an Acer product again and recommend people stay away from this company and its products.
