I gave a star that I miss deserves it.
I happened to counter number 5 with an operator the worst in Italy. I asked for a new contract, two bills to pay come out. I ask to pay them in installments since I have a low rate and with all that I have a 14 year old daughter and an unemployed husband at my charge he replied smiling that it cannot be done. I ask to speak with the manager or to speak with a counter where he deals with this. He replies. I am responsible. Besides me, I won't let you talk to anyone. I made a report to the office next door and I hope it goes ahead and eliminate operators like these. Which really a shame.

Worst company of the century!
Two weeks without light for new activation. First contract canceled without reason and without any communication. 3 days lost in line at via ostiense! SHAME! In 2016, lose 3 days in a row and stay 2 weeks without unacceptable light! No one takes responsibility! Too bad there is nothing left to do but ch at least give feedback on google!

I requested a new power connection in November 2016, it is almost March 2017 and there was no connection, no phone call, no inspection ... this immense delay has brought me serious consequences. Neither at the call center nor at the counters in piazzale ostiense can help me. Nobody can tell me what happened.
