Pathetic .They don't even know the meaning of customer service. Trying to cash in on the crisis.

Very very bad experience.inhygienic sales.they don't wear masks and gloves.they pack grocery items with such dirty hands.staffs are irresponsible.very worst.pls don't go for purchase for heaven sake.moreover their package was full of ants.

Multi brand groceries are available,heard that it's run by hotel gowri Krishna group.The store setup is good,easy to locate the items.Good staffs, definitely a competitor for nilgiris and kumudham.All the best.Started buying here before few months, now become a regular customer.

A New Startup in the Town with Good Customer Service

Even during the lock down, I could manage to get my daily essentials products such as milk, bread, batter and so on from your shop. I appreciate all the MGT and Billings counter resources who have standing all the day and treating their customers well. Hats off to each and everyone of them who took risk by opening the shop for servings the people...keep going

I read some feedbacks and was misunderstood about your shop but it was quite opposite to it..To all pls develope your patience level to stand in a queue to get your thing especially during this pandemic.

Ethics and integrity are important for people , there are some Cook up scenario commented by the person's.

Just wow, friendly service, shopping here was convenient, well stucked, easy access to products, spacious. Nowhere small food/ snack court.

Bad service from employee at billing counter and manager!
After a long queue for billing, I finally reached the front of the line and when it was my turn to bill, the employee at the billing counter ignored me and was billing groceries for someone who was not around nor waited in the queue. When I asked her to bill my groceries she said then when will I bill these? I continued to wait and asked her again to bill mine and she said stared at me and said rudely chi, pa and started billing mine. So I asked for the manager and complained about the rude staff and the manager literally just stood there smiling and giggling and didn t respond to me at all. What kind of people are being employed? They have no basic manners on how to treat their customers. I have had experiences with bad employees in the past but the manager always comes forward and makes things right. At Gromart please don t expect that quality from the manager. My experience was just pathetic and if not for the COVID-19 pandemic, I will never going there again.

Check the expiry date of products you are buying.. Could not take many items as expiry date was either over or nearing.. May be due to Covid situation.. However, kindly check before you buy from this store!!
