We are in Genzano di Roma. A month of calls (almost daily) to the number made available by Acea for reporting faults and no one has yet come to adjust the loss of one of their pipes passing through our garden. Resulted a room under the garden completely covered with mold that has now almost rotten walls due to water infiltration and cascade of water on the external staircase.
