You suck! Thieves and incompetents! I have been applying for a new supply for 5 months. After postponing from week to week (and countless calls to the call center with ignorant and rude operators) they managed to make me drop the file. On restarting a new practice, however, I was not given back the 582 euros paid nor were they able to transfer them to the new practice. Now they ask me to pay the connection fee again. Are we joking??? And for which service never paid I would have paid then? And whose fault is it if the previous practice has expired? Always waiting for the times of elusive technicians Areti who never call! You all have to die badly !!!
