My experience with acea is very bad!
I requested a new power connection in November 2016, it is almost March 2017 and there was no connection, no phone call, no inspection ... this immense delay has brought me serious consequences. Neither at the call center nor at the counters in piazzale ostiense can help me. Nobody can tell me what happened.
I wonder how it is possible that none of them can do anything. You are ashamed !!! Service 0. Not to mention the acea site that doesn't work!
