I have now had my garage doors for one year, and am very glad that I purchased them from Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga. Shortly after installation, a small problem did arise, but it was quickly corrected and the doors have been working flawlessly ever since. We had Access come out and install a nice 9' wide by 7' tall garage door on our backyard garage/shop that had one of those roll up doors that let all the wasps and insects in. The guys came out and measured then installed a beautiful roll up door that's all sealed up and has beautiful windows that match the house. I couldn't be happier now with my man cave! Thanks for Access for doing an install like they were working on their own house! Insulated.. my shop stays cool and clean now!

We can absolutely recommend Access Garage Doors! My husband called & was able to schedule an appointment the same day! Our technician Ben was able to replace the Torsion spring within an hour and I was able to get my car out of the garage! The cost for parts & labor was lower than expected, which is another important reason we gave them 5 stars! As we neared completion of our new home we had one final decision to make - who, where and what type of garage doors do we want to finish off our home. A few months prior we had met the owner of Access Garage Doors (Jesse Cox) at the Chattanooga home show. It was immediately clear that Jesse, his Team of installers and support staff know there stuff. At that time we were not in immediate need of garage doors, and given their level of quality and knowledge we were not certain if they would fit into our tight budget. However, when it came time to get quotes for our garage doors we called on Access to provide us with a quote. After a quick rundown of our design wants, color coordination and what we budgeted for we were able to get us a fantastic product at a great price. Jesse was extremely helpful in utilizing their online design tools to show us what the doors would look like on our home. When it was time for installation they did a wonderful job of scheduling around all of the other trades while making sure they met our tight deadline. Their installers were extremely professional by explaining how all of the functions work and what to do if we have any problems. They cleaned up after themselves and did a great job of making sure that it was installed exactly right before they left. I will no doubt be using Access Garage Doors in the future and would recommend them to anyone out there looking to build or even remodel an existing home.

Still waiting on my door. 1st call seemed positive and thought I would get a door at a good price within 2 weeks, sooner if they put a rush on it. Salesman came, price went up, then after agreeing and deposit was told not for 2-3 weeks but sooner would cost even more. Monday made 3 weeks since wrote deposit. Numerous calls from us with no returned calls period and we are now on the schedule for installation in a week. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Update...... after review posted the owner contacted us and door was put in that afternoon. The men that did installation were professional and effient. Did an excellent job and made sure to clean up behind themselves

I have had my garage door system for about 4 1/2 years and I absolutely love it. I have the MY Q system. I brag about it all the time and show my friends my app on my cell phone where I can open and shut my garage door from anywhere at anytime! If My child was to get locked out of the house I can let them in. I can set an alarm to alert me every time my door is opened I know when my husband gets home. If I went out of town for the weekend I can let a house sitter or pet sitter in house to take care of my dog. If I have forgotten to shut my door I have an alarm and my door forces a shut at 9 pm and at 12pm so we will never go to bed with our door open again! Plus the doors are so silent they don t wake people when someone comes in late. I recommend this company and their garage door systems to everyone! It is the best openers I ve ever had!

I called in the morning and Access sent a serviceman up right away. He (Nick) was very professional, followed COVID recommendations, went straight to work and had my 4 doors adjusted, tightened and serviced very quickly. They certainly work smoothly now. I would highly recommend Access Garage Doors for all of your garage door needs!!

Ben from Access Garage Doors did a repair on our garage door this morning. He completed the repair in about an hour. He called me when he was about a half hour away and arrived on time. The whole experience was very good and I would for sure recommend Access and Ben.

They came out and did a service call to get my door back working, were reasonably priced.

I have used Access Garage Doors several times. Two times in particular the technicians and service were excellent. They will be my first contact for future garage door needs.

This company is a joke. I gave it a try and found out more than i would like to know. Charging customers 200-300 more than competitors. Micro managing at its best. Lack of respect to employees. I wish the best for all who venture through this place. As for customers, be very mindful and cautious.

We had an urgent matter where our garage door was crashed into and had to be replaced. They came the same day and set everything up. It was less than 24 hours and we had our new door up. Others were going to take up to 5 weeks to repair but Access to the matter seriously and took care of everything expeditiously. I love the new door, the employees were great and professional. I would definitely use them again!!!

When I set up the appointment, I was told I would get a 30 min call ahead to let me know someone was coming. Well, Lo and Behold, I did! Conner called me and said he was on his way and would be at my house in about 40 mins., and he was right on time!
Conner was very nice and professional. He came and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and then explained to me what the issue was.

Had 2 old chain-drive openers replaced at the same time. Jesse, owner, had me scheduled for the next business day. Could have had same day service! My service person was right on time and cleaned up and hauled away old parts and all packaging. My new openers are so quiet! We had them easily reconnected to our smart phones for operation. The tech noted that our original rollers were low quality and worn out so we had him replace those with high quality rollers at that time. Altogether everything works so much better now. Very very pleased with Access Garage Doors with my installation, and the follow-up. Definitely recommend.

I called Access just after lunch and they had a technician at my house later the same afternoon. Connor analyzed the problem and provided me with several options. I decided on a new LiftMaster opener. The next morning Ben arrived and within 90 minutes had the new opener installed. I highly recommend Access for any garage door repair or replacement.

We had the BEST experience with Chris at Access Doors! We had a situation where our old garage door broke and would not shut completely. After I contacted Access Doors with the problem, they were able to come out almost right away with an in-stock replacement (which is exactly what we wanted)! I was glad to have a garage screen installed about two years ago, and it has been just what I wanted. About a year later it began to stick and a service person came out and resolved the problem. Good job and thank you Lawrence. Recently, I caused a problem and the screen came off track. I called and reported the problem, and a time was scheduled. Long story short, the problem was resolved. This company went beyond my expectations for service and they truly are serious about customer satisfaction. Thank you Lawrence, Nicky, and Chris! I will be glad to reommend you in the future.

I received a call from my son at 9 PM that he could not get his car in the garage. The door would not open more than 12". The spring had broken. I called Access Garage Doors the following morning and they had a service person at my home in less than an hour. The service person was polite, informative and efficient.

I was able to have the installer come & put everything up without having to sit there & watch him. He called me closer to when he got done & I came home from work & paid him a very reasonable rate & had a new garage door opener. I really recommend this company

Our previous doors and openers did not have a problem but were older and did not have a lot of insulation. We wanted a different look and decided, due to age, to replace everything. The software they used to help us choose the color of the doors that would give us a new look and blend with the house was great. The installation process went smoothly and everything works great. We were so well pleased with them we recommended them to our friends in Cohutta, GA. They now have new doors.

If I could write 0 stars then I would.. I'm remodeling a house and I called AGD to give me a quote on a basic single car garage door, NO OPENER.. The quoted me almost $1,000 which is a rip off and taking advantage of peoples money so I called another company and they quoted me on $600 then they informed me that's the way AGD does business. This company is pathetic and crooked! Go else where people.

Access Garage Door responded quickly when we had an accident that left our garage exposed and we were in need of new garage doors. They had our door size in stock and were an upgrade to the doors that we previously had. They were able to rearrange their schedule to help us out since our garage was not secure. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to install our new doors along with a new garage door opener. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

A very courteous technician named Connor came and before he got out of the truck informed me he wasn t allowed by his company to work on a garage door like mine. He then informed me I still owed the $125 service charge even tho no service was provided. My house is a short distance from the Access Garage Doors business. He offered to give me a price for a new garage door. The repair service seems like a scam to sell new garage doors. I downloaded BBB forms.

I called with a problem and they had a technician at my house within 2 hours. Ben did a terrific job. He repaired my sensors and also made sure my remotes we're programmed correctly and went the extra Mile and programmed my vehicle units also. I highly recommend this company and have them on speed dial now for any future issues!!!

Access installed two garage doors a few years ago. Installation went extremely well, installers were extremely friendly and they cleaned up after themselves. The quality of the Clopay doors is awesome. The insulated doors actually makes at least an 8 difference in our garage. Jesse and his crew are fantastic and I highly recommend Access Garage Doors
