A very courteous technician named Connor came and before he got out of the truck informed me he wasn t allowed by his company to work on a garage door like mine. He then informed me I still owed the $125 service charge even tho no service was provided. My house is a short distance from the Access Garage Doors business. He offered to give me a price for a new garage door. The repair service seems like a scam to sell new garage doors. I downloaded BBB forms.
