From the beginning of looking for a new garage door to the installation we where pleased with the personnel and the product . The installer was courteous and professional. We are well pleased.

Access Garage Doors of Chattanooga was professional, prompt, and informative. They promptly sent a quote, and worked with me on finding a good date to install garage doors, keeping me informed via text and email. Their prices were reasonable and competitive. The young men who installed the doors were polite, cheerful, and professional, happily working in the rain. I was impressed with the entire experience, from sales department to installation. The doors are sturdy and beautiful, obviously made of good quality. Big thumbs up to Access Garage Doors!

I had a new Liftmaster wifi garage door opener installed for $525 to replace my current working garage door opener. When there was a problem with my installation and service, the owner of this company contacted me personally to work to resolve it. I appreciate his responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond the standard to ensure that customers are satisfied, even when it entailed working on a Saturday.

Service showed as scheduled and did a great job of repairing my doors to a useable condition. They scheduled an appointment the next day for a person to give me an estimate on a long term answer. Scheduled between 12-6. Never showed up never called. Will be placing another call today to see what the issue is.

Conner came out to fix the issue with our door today. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. As a plus he quickly did routine maintenance on our other 2 garage doors while he was here. I will definitely call Access in the future. Thank you

We were VERY satisfied with the work from Access. We had new garage doors and openers installed, they took down the old doors and openers, disposed of them, and installed the new ones in a day in a half. The installers were very friendly and professional. We would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome service. From the speed in which they got to me to Todd my tech, the service was exemplary. He fixed me issue immediately for a price much less than expected. Todd was a perfectionist and went above and beyond my expectations, even getting cleaning wipes out of his truck to clean dirty hand prints off door, most of which were mine from before he got there. I have already referred them to all my friends and neighbors. I would never call another door company for sales or service.

If I did do a project with Access Doors I don't remember what it was. I did a project with Wilkerson Tile when they were located there. I really have no experience with Access Doors. I just rated them a 3 star so I could continue.

Access Doors came to my home to replace a spring that had broken on my door. To their credit they were there roughly a half an hour after my call. I showed the technician the issue and thought that would it but that was not the case. The technician came to get me roughly ten minutes later after doing his total door inspection to inform me that I was in need of a new door. One of the support rods going across the door had a dent tiny tiny little dent in it that looked like it had been hit with hammer. Not a sledge hammer but a plain old hammer. He claimed that this tiny tiny little dent had ruined the structural integrity of the door. He offered to sell me a replacement panel but he said what I really need was a new door. At which point he told me that only of other estimators could give me that price and it would be a few days before one could come out be guessed the price would be around $1,300. I promptly told the technician to leave my house. I contacted another company in town and told them my story and they confirmed my suspicions that pushing unnecessary repairs is the way AGD does business. That firm wasn't going to be able to get a technician to my home until the next day but they were kind enough to contact Garage Door Doctor for me and he was there within an hour. After telling him the story about AGD and letting him look at the tiny tiny dent he told me that AGD was trying to upsell me into buying a door I didn't need. When the technician from AGD first arrived at my home he gave me a price on replacing both springs before doing his inspection. Oddly enough AGD's quoted price was roughly 40% higher than I was charged by Garage Door Doctor for replacing both springs.

Couldn't have asked for a better business experience. I had a repair request, and the service man was extremely helpful, timely, and knowledgeable about my garage door. He repaired and lubed my moving door parts, and was able to help me replace some window inserts that I've wanted to replace for years now. I wouldn't suggest looking anywhere else. These guys are doing a superb job, and will receive my repeat business from now on!

Late Friday afternoon and I was leaving my house when the spring in my garage foor broke. I just knew I would be trapped all weekend not being able to get my car out. I called and Access sent a great guy out who was there within the hour! I really appreciate the fast work! Had Access replace two 18 year old door operators with Liftmaster belt drive units. Could not be more pleased with the product and Dustin and his associate did a great install in a minimum amount of time. Access garage door was a pleasure to work with, and I highly reccomend them.

Since I was asked, I do have an issue with your service that I should have mentioned a long time ago. When I had a problem-the time before last that someone came out-I had the strip along the bottom of my garage doors changed out. On my large door, it retains water after a rain. When I open the door, a flood of water falls onto the floor or whatever is there, which the first time was ME!! I feel it must be on backwards. I realize I should have complained at the time but sometimes I am too nice for my own good ! In fact, when your last service man came, he asked who put that strip on. When I answered Access, he dropped the subject. Darn it, that was the second time I should have pursued the issue. So if you REALLY are customer focused, I should have someone contacting me to replace the strip. Are you customer focused and do you actually want to fix service problems???

Conner is an asset to this company.. he is very professional.

The Access Garage Door team arrived in a timely manner and price seemed reasonable. Prior to the technicians leaving and after the repairs were made i mentioned that the door was not level and they said it was fine and that was the way the door hung. Since then, the garage door has become increasingly uneven. There is now about a 3 inch fall on one side of the garage.

We were very happy with our Access Doors service person. He was polite, on time, gave us all the information we needed on our present door opener set-up, and what we would need to upgrade. We will keep Access Doors in mind when we are ready to upgrade.

I used them as my go to garage door company for 2 years giving them all of my work. I needed 1 small repair and they forgot the Thousands of dollars worth of business I had given them. I need a company with a little customer service.

When it would turn to cold weather I would catch a little mouse in the garage... no big deal really, but my new garage door sealed up very nice. I still spray the silicone every now and again on the big spring. The garage door opener is very quiet. Worth the investment and would totally use those guys again. GO DAWGS*
