Had 2 old chain-drive openers replaced at the same time. Jesse, owner, had me scheduled for the next business day. Could have had same day service! My service person was right on time and cleaned up and hauled away old parts and all packaging. My new openers are so quiet! We had them easily reconnected to our smart phones for operation. The tech noted that our original rollers were low quality and worn out so we had him replace those with high quality rollers at that time. Altogether everything works so much better now. Very very pleased with Access Garage Doors with my installation, and the follow-up. Definitely recommend.
