The technicians were so friendly and arrived in a timely manner. They checked and explained everything in detail. I will definately recommend Access to others.

You were working 3/4 of a mile down the road from me but still charged me a trip charge which I felt was a little unfair. My door was partially fixed so it does work but it was not completely fixed.

Excellent work, fast response. I had a small roll up door with problems sealing out water, cold air and ladybugs. They came up with the perfect solution.

So super pleased with our experience. We needed a garage door fast and we are quite a distance from the service area. However every time I called they had a man at our location the next day. Got me scheduled and installed quickly. Everyone I dealt with and spoke with was knowledgeable and friendly yet professional. I would absolutely recommend Access Garage Doors. BTW my door came with a lifetime warranty. I m sure there may be a few exceptions but still that s a big warranty. Just can t say enough how pleasant and great this experience was. Super. please. And my door looks great.

Awesome job. Todd installed my hardware on Saturday. He called early to say he would be on time. He worked fast but professionally. He did not mind my questions and did a great job. I have had some bad jobs done lately it is nice to see what professionalism looks like. They have the highest recommendation of a retired military vet with high standards. WELL DONE!!!!

Access Doors repaired my garage door by fixing the spring. The service person also adjusted the door which appeared out of alignment without me having to ask. The service person was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. It was actually a pleasant experience to have my garage door repaired!

They called when the panel arrived, we scheduled it for the next day. They met the time frame and adjusted both doors. Access Garage Doors, thank you so much for your awesome service! My garage door opener stopped working so I called on Friday afternoon just to get some general information regarding their services. The lady that scheduled my appt was super nice and had me set up for someone to come out the following Monday (today). The man that came was really great as well (Todd). I asked a few general questions about my garage door (new 1st time home owner here) and he was really excited that I was asking questions and was more than happy to answer them. Thankfully, it was an easy fix. He knew right off the bat what was wrong, fixed it, re-adjusted the garage door hinges, lubricated the hinges and springs and was on his way! Overall, it was a really great experience, really great people and I would reccomend Access Garage Doors a million times over! Thank you so much!

They have the best technicians (Conner and Ben) who will work tirelessly to fix any garage related issue you have. They also have a great office staff from the receptionist to the owner, they know how a business should be run!

We called Access doors when a spring on our garage door broke. They provided cheerful same day service and had our door working properly again. The service technician seemed knowledgeable and was friendly.

My garage door was working perfectly until I had Access Garage Doors do a simple spring replacement on my one-car garage door. After they completed the job, the door wouldn t open properly because it was unbalanced and kept getting stuck. Days later, this resulted in breaking a gear in the motor of my garage door opener. After explaining the issue to Access Garage Doors, they sent the same service guy who did the initial repair on my garage door, to my house to assess the problem. He told me these doors were difficult to balance and there was nothing he could do. ( Keep in mind it was balanced properly since I moved into this house four years ago). As far as fixing my broken garage door opener, the service guy called the Access Garage Doors office and they wanted to charge me $245 to replace a broken plastic gear in the motor. That, added to the $245 for the botched spring replacement, came to a total of $490. I already paid for the initial repair but refused to spend the additional money for a plastic gear replacement. He left without fixing the balancing problem, but still charged me a $75 service fee just for showing up. Over the following week I replaced the entire garage door opener assembly, which cost me less than the amount they wanted for a single plastic gear. I also had to figured out a work-around so my garage door wouldn t get stuck and strip the gears in my new opener. This was arguably my worst home service experience since ever!!!!!

No lie when I say one of the best service calls we've ever received... We had the spring break on one of our garage doors yesterday. After a late afternoon phone call Access Garage was able to get out to us the next day. Not only did they fix the spring, but also corrected some other minor issues that should help keep the doors working in optimal condition. Thanks Access! If I ever need anything else for garage doors you're the ones to call and I look forward to dealing with you again!

The Easter tornado destroyed our garage door so we sought a reliable company to replace it. The configuration of the door was somewhat unique and would require substantial re-framing to accommodate the new door. D.J. thoroughly explained what needed to be done and gave us the best estimate. Brandon showed up this morning and set about framing the door in and installing a superior Clopay door. The door is quality, the work was quality and, above all, the Access personnel are quality as well. I would not hesitate to recommend them and, in a year or so, I'm planning to add a smaller door to the rear of the garage. Access will be getting my call.

Finding aN available garage door service company in East Brainerd is tough due to the 2020 Easter tornado. However Access was able to repair my broken garage door (cable) the very next day! The technician was thorough, competent, and efficient. He quickly determined what was broken (worn out bearings), made his repairs, adjusted the door and mechanical pieces, then lubricated the hinges, rollers, and springs. The door is quieter, smoother, and works great! Thx Access Garage Doors!!

I had a piece on my garage door broken where the door opener attached. The man that came out from access garage doors after calling back to the office charged me $50 to tell me that it couldn't be fixed that I would need a new door. I called another company they came out and fixed the door and since they left me with a statement of the price of a new door if I wanted one and didn't charge me anything for fixing the door. Always check with someone else access door sent me back the $50 and I want to thank them for that I received the check on the 26th.Always check what the cost will be before you have someone come out that way there won t be any surprise s.

We own a local business and Access recently put up a 20ft. wide commercial door for us. We had a minor problem with a few weeks later and they did not hesitate to make it right. Every person I have talked to at the company is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with their quality of work I have even had them install new garage doors at both of my homes.

I live in Florida. I contacted this agency for a repair at a rental in Georgia. I spoke to two people at the agency, I remember one of them is named Rob, and informed them both that they would need to contact me afterwards for payment. Based on the amount of time did they were speculating, I expected the bill to be somewhere around 150 or so. Instead of calling me afterwards, they charge the tenant that was at the home and the rate was double what I was expecting. I called to reach someone but I have not been able to speak to anyone yet.

Our door has been fighting us daily for the last month. When we press the button to close it, it goes back up after a few feet. Sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to close the door as we repeatedly catch the process stopping and then we re-start the opener. We called last week for an appointment. Yesterday Todd came out as scheduled. He was on time, professional, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and confident. He surveyed the problem, and in seconds diagnosed the source of the issue. We had two wires touching at the photo eye device, which kept shorting out the signal for a clear pathway. Todd and Dustin quickly resolved the issue, and began servicing our door. When they completed the work, my first reaction was simply, Wow! Our door has never operated so quietly and quickly before Access serviced it. I never knew that the door was not working properly the entire time I have lived here. In the past, it worked, but nothing like it works today. I have told this story multiple times in the past day since Todd and Dustin serviced our home. Thank you for hiring them. Please tell them thank you from us for saying yes when they were offered jobs at Access. They do their job well, and I am glad I had the opportunity to meet them. We plan to do all our business with Access going forward.

Access Garage Doors was more than accommodating when they installed doors for us in Dunlap. When it was time to sell the house we had them return to do a tune up on the doors. They are knowledgeable, professional and easily met. I would recommend them wholeheartedlt!

Just wanted to say what a great experience I had with Access Door when they came to my house for a service call. The technician called before he was headed to my house (like they said he would) and was very professional and polite. My wife was home at the time and said he was just a great guy and she felt very comfortable with him. This is so old that the garage has already been torn down ! Not only that, they charged me $100.00 to just come look at it!

After our opener began messing up, there was no other garage door company I would call because a few years ago, another company came out and charged a lot of money for a service that created another issue. I used Access after that and they were very fair priced and we didn t have any issues.

After visiting several companies we selected Access Doors to replace the wide wooden garage door original to our 1960s home They also installed a quiet belt-drive opening system. It has given us years of trouble-free service. When the wall switch malfunctioned recently, Dustin came out promptly, diagnosed the problem and replaced the switch. While here he also checked the door's operation and lubricated all moving parts. Access has earned several "Best of Chattanooga" awards; we will continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I called on Monday and was given Tuesday as a time when technician could come to fix my garage door. Ben M called to let me know he was on his way. After looking at the door, he called back to tell me that we didn t need a new door. He fixed the problem we were having and put new rollers on the door. He was polite and communicative and the door works great!
