Since I was asked, I do have an issue with your service that I should have mentioned a long time ago. When I had a problem-the time before last that someone came out-I had the strip along the bottom of my garage doors changed out. On my large door, it retains water after a rain. When I open the door, a flood of water falls onto the floor or whatever is there, which the first time was ME!! I feel it must be on backwards. I realize I should have complained at the time but sometimes I am too nice for my own good ! In fact, when your last service man came, he asked who put that strip on. When I answered Access, he dropped the subject. Darn it, that was the second time I should have pursued the issue. So if you REALLY are customer focused, I should have someone contacting me to replace the strip. Are you customer focused and do you actually want to fix service problems???
