Hello All. This is a bitter truth and an eye opening message and the situation which we the residents of the building are facing because of the builder

They break promises. they dont know what they have written in their broucher. They dont know what they committing and the meaning of fulfilment. Forget about customer satisfaction, their ears, eyes will be closed, once you made them full payment.

1. No CCTV's installed. (Written in bold letters in their broucher)
2. Life is at risk, No lift certificate provided. (Third class assembled lift installed with no spare parts availability anywhere.) (No AMC has been done by the builder despite taking maintenance)
3. Maintenance cost provided to the builders from all residents is approx 40K per building of 25 flats and all they are doing is paying one security guard (8K) and nothing else.
4. No efforts in electricity being made, we are forced to use one commercial meter @ Rs 14/unit. Average household bill is approx 10,000. with 1 AC installed.
5. Illegally constructeds floor in parking hear, 4 shops and one 2BHK, which covers almost 50% of the area and made the complete building non compliant in MCD list. Constructed 5 floors, floors over 5th floor also and sold it despite knowing, the resident would face trouble and harassment.

Escalated many times to the Builder (Mr Jameel). There is no response at all. Visted to their office, and their staff says, he is not available. He wont take calls either, no reply of messages and whatsoever.

I am writing this on behalf of all the residents staying in the building. We are stuck and forced to pay enormously.
Please reconsider your decision on the above facts, while looking for the property here in chhatarpur.
