Not great service... reception staffs are not very friendly too...

I loved it here! The rooms were lovely and the beds were so comfortable, I got a great night's sleep. The pool on the roof is a nice touch. It's a little small but it's inviting and a welcome relief from the sun. There are bars situated inside the hotel also which I enjoyed. I think the only negative thing would be the buffet, the quality wasn't amazing, and I found the breakfast to be quite disappointing but apart from that it was great!

A very good old family hotel wuth almost all necessities packed into it. Very comfy mattresses where you fall into deep sleep the moment you hit it. Good friendly supportive staff and service. Located in down town area close to most essential markets and shops.

Room is great. Large & spacious. However, very surprised to found bath towel which was torn and poor in quality. Didnt expect it from Sheraton. The reception team are friendly and nice. One of the staffs upgraded me to suite. I stayed thrice and in other room found very nice towel and flawless but surprise to see such poor quality towel in suite. Thamburu, Indian restaurant in the hotel has awesome kerala cuisine. Dine and drink, an ultimate combination there. Valet parking is okay but not happy with room service as whenever I call for baggage collectoon at check out time never seen anyone turning up so I ended up carrying my own baggage.

A suitable place in the Khalidiya area. The hotel is not clean at all. There is no bidet in the bathrooms. The swimming pool is unclean and uncensored. The defect is called Sheraton.

Full of insects, a dirty place, bad service and looks like I was staying in a night club..

The hotel room does look good but lack of many small daily life elements plus YOU CAN'T SLEEP AT NIGHT because of club level above the hotel's room.

Our stay was for one week in December of 2017, in a king bedroom on the 16th floor. The location is the best thing about this hotel. Easily walk down the Corniche and to the beach in 7 minutes. The lobby seems fairly new and very clean, however the rooms were outdated and not the cleanest. Our room was large and provided plenty of space, but looks like it was last remodels in 1990. The bathroom was covered in pink tiles with gold fixtures. Wi-Fi was absolutely terrible in the rooms. If you needed to use the Wi-Fi, you had to be in the lobby to get any type of reliable signal. Food in the buffet restaurant was good, but the exact same throughout the week. The restaurant was extremely understaffed. The first day, the waitress told us to pick any table we would like and she would be around shortly to serve us water / tea / coffee. After waiting 15 minutes, we found it easier to walk to the waiter stand and get everything ourselves.

I would stay here again solely based on location. If they updated the rooms and thoroughly cleaned everything, then I would give it 5 stars.

Unfortunately, the receptionist was very bad and his treatment was rude. He was an Arab and his name was Nabil, and he was confused. We asked the hotel manager, a Filipina, and she was respectful and she promised us to take action with him.

Good hotel.....located near beach and Khalidiya Mall.....rooms are very specious......all staffs are very good and cooperative...... Parking available...... Carpet is not available in room....... Feeling cold inside room.....swimming pool water is not cleaned...... overall hotel is good...... Value for money.

We stayed in room 706, the other electricity socket wasn t working & the smell was really bad ( pungent & stingy smell). The carpet was old & the couch has stains on it. We even found some hair on the bed cover. The noise from the ongoing construction work at the 6th floor was unacceptable (never ending drilling & hammering). When I called customer service, the girl that I have spoken with told me that it s a different company (not from Sheraton). She said not to worry since the construction peeps will finish at 6PM & that I was not the only one who can hear the noise but all guests staying on the 7th floor. WOW! But to be fair with the other staff, majority of them were friendly & accommodating. I will NEVER EVER go back to this hotel & WILL NEVER recommend this to anyone. I suggest to use Agoda or Trivago in finding hotels with an affordable price but a decent place to stay. Tip, RESEARCH & ALWAYS READ REVIEWS before booking.

Receptionist needs a holiday! Was rude ! Manager upgraded us to a suite for the inconvenience - which was thoughtful but their services are just not up to the mark

Unfortunately, very, very, very bad..Never befitting the name of the Sheraton..It has recently become a cheap fornicator hotel ... the rooms' bathrooms are bad ... the swimming pool lacks frogs ... no jacuzzi ... the sauna is disabled ... the steam room can accommodate only two people. Bad ... the nightclubs are annoyingly audible at night
Unfortunately, I made a mistake and did not book as usual at the Royal Rose Hotel, and the price difference enriched me .. I booked four days .. but I could not stay in it and left on the second day for the Royal Rose (I wish I photographed something for you)

A four star that should be a 2 star at best. Dust on the tables, water leaking from the ceiling, lights that don't work and some that are downright broken...

Classic conservative hotel. Furniture of the era of Roosevelt. Parking is separate, located across the house from the hotel.

A distinct stay because it has an excellent location in a beautiful city .. and the service is upscale but the furniture is somewhat old ... and the room is not modern but clean

Very comfortable hotel. Not far from the promenade and the beach. Near the mall with a supermarket Lulu. Near many cafes and restaurants. On the 18th floor is an outdoor pool, although the water is cool. But a great view of the city and the sea. There is also a restaurant, a gym. I recommend to stay.

Dirty, shabby rooms. 3 towels give for two! What are the 4 stars here. The trash stinky.
By the way, we stopped at 4 *, and we left 3 * already. The hotel has lost one star ..
