I must start by saying that Duncan and Sarah were both lovely on the phone but the service they provided was useless. I would have been better off booking everything myself, at least then I would have known what to expect.
When we initially discussed the trip I was quoted flight and transfer times but when the paperwork came through the flight was 4hrs earlier and the transfer home was 1hr earlier, reducing our skiing time.
When the boarding passes and tickets arrived my partner s name was incorrect throughout and they were unresponsive by phone and email when I tried to get it corrected.
The flights and transfer times left us sitting around for hours and when we arrived in resort we had no clue about where our hotel was located, luckily the tourist information was open and helpful.
We were promised a late check out to allow us to ski on the last day and get showered prior to departure, but nothing had been arranged and it wan t until breakfast on the last day and a 20 euro charge that it got resolved.
Overall for the amount of care and attention given and the ease of each stage of the journey, I would have been much better off doing it myself or using a more competent company.
