Terrible Service and No Communication – Over 43 Days and Still Waiting
I’ve been waiting over 43 days for my order from Abelanani, and I am beyond frustrated. The customer service, production manager, and sales rep have all been unresponsive, despite countless phone calls and emails on my part. Not a single reply or update on the status of my order.
There’s absolutely no clarity on what’s happening, and I’m left in the dark. If you're considering using Abelanani for your business, think twice. Their poor communication and lack of accountability will seriously damage your client relationships, just as they have mine. I cannot recommend them.
