About a week ago I had an urgent quotation and sample order with Abelanani. Its 10 000 Units a month (Constant Flow Order) We needed and urgent quotation and asked if they had the item in their show room for us to borrow to show the client. They had us for fools - Left numerous messages and held the line until the year 2050. I feel that the sales group are not serious on sales if they are not willing to just quote and do the effort for a sale of 10 000 unit per month. When I eventually got a hold of the original sales consultant assisting us she was neglectful of our agreement on the sample and I asked to speak to a manager (When I eventually went through to the manager - She also seemed to not "want" the order...............HOW DOES THAT WORK............flabbergasted, I decided to try our accounts manager that has many a times let us down. She then told me that I have to speak the the person I worked with in the beginning of this total mess up. When I asked the OG sales lady to get the sample she told me she would phone me back (WHICH I HAD BEEN HEARING ALL DAY FROM EVERYONE AT ABELANANI - NO CALL BACK EVER!!!) Eventually fed up after 5 min when they said they are running to the show room to see if they had samples I called back to find out everyone is in a sales meeting (WHAT SALES MEETING TELL ME! WHAT SALES MEETING CAN CAUSE YOU TO NEGLECT A SALE - SALES TEAM NEEDS A DIFFERENT SALES MANAGER) - Get this THE RECEPTIONIST turns around and organizes everything THE FRIGGIN RECEPTIONIST!!! When we are off to Abelanani to get the sample the next morning, GUESS WHAT! The samples were not ready. Goodness a person can't struggle like this (I would rather pay more for an item knowing the customer care services are on point rather than struggle for a 10c difference!) Needless to say I took my sale elsewhere.
