Company was very responsive and was able to come look at the issue quickly. My only complaint is the technician was there for less than 3 minutes and found that the GFI switch was activated. He seemed embarrassed when I thanked him and asked how much I owed. Standard rate is $129.00! To make me feel better, he sprayed the moving components with lubricant. If I have any other issues with my garage door, I will definitely call a different company first and be sure to ask the minimum rate to come look at the issue.

Adding to my review. The owner, Ryan called me regarding my review. We had a good discussion regarding how they calculate their fees. I was very appreciative of the fact that he is concerned about his customers and values their opinion. After our discussion, I would definitely call Aaron first with my garage door needs. Also, upping my score from 2 star to a 4 star.
