Excellent service, all questions answered. No task to small to help.

I can't fault them - I walked in with my requirements for a new PC - they sorted it and had it ready in a day - and the cost was way lower than PC World and such like.

Very poor customer service. Bad attudie unless there making money out off you they dont seem to want to help at all. Overpriced computers for sale. Theres plenty of other decent computer shops in hull go to one of them instead. Spend your money somewhere else instead instead of giving to these muppets!

AU computers are a local store selling a lot of refurb computers,printers and laptops, and a reliable repair service. They do seem to lack a decent range of new parts but to be honest they would probably struggle to compete with online retailers in that area. I prefer small retailers like this and feel we should all support local businesses more. Especially in times of pandemic and hardship.

Excellent service stayed open late to fix my computer as I needed to get it working asap as all my business documents were on there great price and really helpfull.

I had a great experience with the staff very helpful and great advise. Alot better than pc world :)

We are technophobes in our 70s and usually our son takes our computers to AU for repairs, upgrades or blips. However we popped in this afternoon with our laptop and we were very impressed with Mike and Sam. They were so friendly and professional and extremely patient. We would recommend them to anyone young or old. Thankyou.

Great staff and a phenomenal PC which I pimped for video editing.

Not particularly helpful staff and impatient owner. Could do more with customer service and understand that if a customer is coming into a computer repair shop for help then its probably because they need a little help. Could do better and unfortunately I would not recommend.

Good customer service, had software issue which was sorted out quickly and efficiently. Took it home and found there was a keyboard issue which was related to software and they fixed that same day, free of charge, no questions asked.

Easy to do a deal, they offer 6 months warranty on used laptops. Good local business.

Took an ailing MacBook and have made it a new machine. Was a complex issue, but they kept with it and sorted it. Thanks guys.

I had a problem with my laptop battery about 10 months ago and found AU computers through reviews on here. I took it in, and they fitted a new battery at a very good price. A few weeks ago, the battery stopped working and expanded in its case (through no fault of anyone s, just one of those things that can happen). I took it back to them, they immediately said to leave it with them, that they would repair and replace it and that it was all under guarantee. I didn t have to say anything. A few days later they phoned to say they had fixed it (as they had to send away for a new battery) and that it was ready to collect. I ve just picked it up and it s working perfectly.
