We are technophobes in our 70s and usually our son takes our computers to AU for repairs, upgrades or blips. However we popped in this afternoon with our laptop and we were very impressed with Mike and Sam. They were so friendly and professional and extremely patient. We would recommend them to anyone young or old. Thankyou.
