Fantastic service would highly recommend! 5-star customer service!
I had a problem with my laptop battery about 10 months ago and found AU computers through reviews on here. I took it in, and they fitted a new battery at a very good price. A few weeks ago, the battery stopped working and expanded in its case (through no fault of anyone s, just one of those things that can happen). I took it back to them, they immediately said to leave it with them, that they would repair and replace it and that it was all under guarantee. I didn t have to say anything. A few days later they phoned to say they had fixed it (as they had to send away for a new battery) and that it was ready to collect. I ve just picked it up and it s working perfectly.
