Airport ok even if you get the impression that everything is too small.
There is not much choice to eat.

The VIP area is really not that good. It is overloaded, it is hard to find places to sit while we paid extra for these services. The food offered in the VIP area is zero. The VIP area at the other airports is much better.

Pretty quick service, the new aisle is really well designed and offer a lot of shops

Yul should expan or create another terminal the domestic concourse is get packed and please more stores and restaurants.....

I spent several hours in the international wing when United cancelled my original flights and diverted me through Montreal a day late. Good shopping and food options and nice, friendly customer service reps when I needed questions answered

Most of the airline staff don't know the rules and don't know what they are doing , some times you will need to wait 2 hours to get answer for simple question.
A lot of construction at this time of the year, many ports are out of usage.

What is up with the post-baggage pick-up exit line?? We went through customs and got our bags in less than 20 minutes but it took us an additional 30 minutes just to leave the baggage area! What is the purpose of agents checking the customs form for the 3rd time at the end? Why do all connecting flights have to go though the same exit as arrivals?? Who designed this utter mess??

The airport itself was decent, besides a lack of AC on a hot day, the roads in/out are a nightmare

Better airport than Toronto which is really execrable, but mirabel was much better, what a waste this airport ...

We are currently waiting for our flight to paris and for 25 minutes the Uber cafe rap continues. When we have been up for several hours it is unbearable

In my case, I did not wait a long time either at the start or at the return. It was a very pleasant experience!

Much Improved than the old Dorval!!

The P-E Trudeau International Airports is still one of my close in airports in Canada. There is plenty of staff to assist you. The corridors are wide and open. Immigration and customs are straight forward, when it comes to navigation. The connecting flight counter for Air Canada was a breeze and flights were being dispatched on time.

Love the new renovation of airport. I didnt have to wait long for my flight. It needs more parking space because in winter time u cant walk a long way.

A staff in the security check is terrible. He always shouted to any passengers. If you dont understand english well, he will shout a lot to you and it made you in really bad mood.

Very very confused. Imagine that there are two different locations for oversized suitcases. Service is poor, hallways are ugly ... Toronto Pearson is definitely a better option ...

LONG walk between main terminal and international terminal. Felt like we were being sent through underground tunnels.

I work with Uber and have never found any issues with airport security

Difficult to access (overloaded buses to the city center) and unpleasant security staff, who throw your things (pc, phones) in the bins, without saying hello. Super disappointed for an international airport!

Ok airport. Hallway from international to customs is too long. Very annoying. Otherwise decent airport. Good size.

Nice planes? Easy to find your way through the airport, Wi-Fi is iffy.

US immigration is here which makes flying to the US convenient. Tight security and crowded but well run. Plenty of choices for food. Gates have large seating areas.

If it was not improvement work in progress (a bit like Montreal) it really deserves the 4 ... A lot of improvement already especially at customs hat for the result ...

A very nice airport. Clearing security was a bit slow, but efficient. The terminal was set up effectively to get people where they needed to be.

Middle sized airport located close to the city centre. Got out from a flight from Vancouver and had a smooth transition from the plane to the baggage claim area. The service was fast, my bag got out in 20 minutes. A bus line connects the airport to downtown, with took around 45 minutes to commute. There are many restaurants and it was clean and well maintained.

Just average airport. Needs renovation and better food options.

I love Montreal so much but if you are a tourist and you don't have any source to contact your hotel or someone then you've to keep some coins as you cannot make calls for free to someone, in Toronto the tourists can make free local call from Pearson Airport but in Montreal you can't moreover the staff whom we contacted for some assistance regarding the Starbucks said that he don't have any idea. But on the map it was showing nearby. I wonder how they are helping the passengers.

I really liked the YYZ(Toronto Pearson Airport) rather than YUL(Montreal Airport) because staff and facilities at YYZ are according to tourists and immigrants which is really noteworthy.

I love this Montreal airport, it is more and more modern and clean, always fun to go on vacation and go through Montreal. ..

Security was INSANELY fast. Decent selection of stores and food though you'll be paying tripple the price for nearly all goods.

Airport clean and well organized. Only complaint 1:30 to retrieve luggage. Purely inadmissible.

Always pretty clean, good food and shopping options, decent free wifi and generally helpful staff. One of the more comfortable airports I've been to.

Insanely long que for the security checks! A real shame

Security and customs are blazing fast. Good food selection. Rational layout. As far as airports go, this one can't be beat.

The internet doesn't work. A premade refrigerated sandwich costs $15. That aside, it's clean and well maintained.

Good infrastructure, friendly service even for those who do not speak French or English ... Everybody tries to communicate in Spanish with Brazilians ... Bathrooms are big, but left to be desired in cleaning! Nothing like Brazilian bathrooms, do not worry ... But for the bathroom of the international airport, it left something to be desired!

Mali sima experience, arriving from Los Angeles ,, organized Aires Canada ,, with my mother in need of a wheelchair ,, we waited an hour for an available wheelchair there! Then a Canadian worker appeared, took us down the hall and left us in front of an elevator and he went to talk with another person crossing the security door ... and in dignified and I pushed the chair and inside with my mother to the elevator to see him run and get inside and gave no explanation, excuse me ... there was someone else waiting for help who had almost 2 hours of waiting to be assisted with help. I never return to Dorval and that employee his face did not forget her.

Pierre-Elliott-Trudeau International Airport is one of the best of its kind. The waiting time at the counters is very short. The premises are clean. There are shops and restaurants for all tastes. There are many electrical outlets for mobile devices. WiFi is free. Security checks are carried out quickly and respectfully. The staff on site are understandable and helpful. It is a pleasure to go there to travel.

Long walk to customs when arriving from the US. Other than that this airport is well thought out.

Montreal International Airport is extremely prepared to welcome travelers from all over the world. The place counts on several convenience stores, electronics and small restaurants, in the same model of a modern mall. The facilities are first class, providing comfort and security to all who pass by. It is worth choosing a flight that leaves or arrives there.

It's been 2 days that I'm trying to talk to someone on the phone for a question about the storied parking. I try in English, in French, all the options of their multitudes of telephone choices and never managed to speak to someone !! ROTTEN!!!!

Acceptable, small airport with average facilities and average eateries. The bathrooms are not very clean and due to the size, the airport and the parking can get very crowded.

There is an all faith prayer room/facility near the US departures so that's a big plus.

There are no dedicated airline lounges, instead there is a National Bank Lounge which can get quite crowded.

Service is hit-or-miss, similar to other airports in Canada.

Apart from that it's decent.

Smallest club sandwich I ever had. More like a lettuce sandwich. No meat and expensive

Friendly folks in counters, kiosks and the security agents treat passengers with a lot respect. Not rude like in some places elsewhere in Europe :)

Airport being improved but poorly served by public transit. Train access has been expected for 40 years, while a lane exists less than 1 km away.
Checks on departure and arrival are very slow especially during peak hours in the morning and evening. The scenery along the 20 towards the city center is always very ugly. We could at least reforest with various trees the 2 borders.

Had a layover and some of the customs staff were very rude and kept sending us back to have our boarding passes scanned because the customs officer was doing his job incorrectly. Luckily our next flight was in a couple of hours otherwise we would have missed it. The airport in general sucks. Ottawa s airport is much better, so is Toronto s.

No smoking area. Limit smoke okay, but from there to prohibiting people from smoking after 8 hours of flight is a bit much.

This airport has had several renovations in recent years which has greatly contributed to improving it. But some security guards are indeed very stupid, parking there and / or dropping someone off is a real mess. In addition I can hardly believe that there is still no closed or heated bus shelter to wait for the 747 outside in the middle of winter. The frequency of passage of this bus is also poor!

nice facility, hottible staff & management... always "surprised" by a snow storm in canada and the landing strip is not cleared... need to circle with plane to clean the runway... bags always late and sometimes ripped. Nice facility, friendly border patrol staff.
