I wish I would have never gave up my other job for this one! The grass ain t always greener on the other side.. It s no order, or training because all of the people that s been at this place for years refuses to train and work with you.i went to HR and nothing .. it s a big economic problem going on and no one is exceeding the goals to make customers happy.. I m sure Watts as a whole is a good company but not at this facility.

Lack of care for employee safety.lack of care for training of employees.leadership very disrespectful.talk to employees any type of way.lack of concern when it comes to quality product.can never get a truthful answer out of MGMT.lack of tools to do the job.poor equipment to work with.will ship product no matter how it looks or operates.dont properly follow any procedures set in place.will fire you for speaking up for what's right.safety is never first in this place.they will tell you,if you don't like how we operate find another job.those exact words.
