I called A&R on the recommendation of my clinician...

I called A&R on the recommendation of my clinician at the Idaho Department of Behavioral Health in an attempt to obtain a CBRS for my daughter. After being passed from one phone to the next three times, I was simply given a number to call without any explanation of who I was calling or why. This was a very disappointing first, and last, impression.
