Great food for not a lot of money either. Sometimes there's a wait but that's becaue it's such a popular place. Pizza is good, as well as the Chicken Parm sub.

Quality has gone downhill in the last couple years. The place is unsanitary and I'm extremely saddened as NY Pizza was always our first stop when we visited Cocoa Beach. We always recommended the place but won't be any more. We won't be visiting on our next trip.

I ordered a pizza that never came. They said it would be one hour. , two hours later, they never came. When i called them back they said they were on their way. They never came. Then I called back and they put me on hold and didn't pick my call up. I called from a different number and they answered the phone immediately and they said my order was on the way. I cancelled my order. Very unprofessional.

The salad was great, super rich flavor, the dressing was marvelous.

I would put this at about 3.5, but the food was still good, mostly clean.

We at the Guest Cottage in downtown Cocoa beach order a take away at least once a week and have not had a bad situation yet, the food is excellent the service is fast. The house salad is huge and enough for two people,the cheese steak sandwiches are great and the chicken parmesan pizza is awesome. I recommend this restaurant to all local and visiting people. Our guests love it also.

7 months later and I see not much has changed only difference now is they cant get the order right. The service as usual was absolutely horrific and to add to the mess the owner looked out of her mind and couldnt even answer my question of which of these is cocktail sauce. No instead she took both sauces got attitude with me and actually growled at me then refused to give me a full refund... really lady if you cant take it throw in the towel while you still have some sort of self respect left. The food is alright but the service f****** sucks you have to wait at least 15 minutes before anybody will even greet you and and if you order by phone you better hope to God that the person taking your order knows what they're doing because if they don't you're going to be waiting an extra 20 minutes after you get there to pick it up for them to make your order because it never got put in... I'm thinking maybe these kids need a little adult supervision
