I was working in Talent Corner Francise company in Bhubaneswar. I left the organization due to unprofessional ethics. The day I started for working in the organization I kept on asking my senior for my offer letter. But she said it will take time to receive the offer letter. I will get my offer letter through post. What kind of working culture are you all keeping in your esteemed organization I don't know. The owners of the organization are very unprofessional and doesn't the way how to behave with their employees. Even no proper trainings are given to the new employees of the organization's. I worked for the organization's till the month of April but I didn't get my offer letter. I kept on asking every day from my seniors regarding my offer letter but she kept on delaying that it will take time to reach here. I don't know is this the way a employee should join in the organization's. When we used to recurite candidate's for different organization first and foremost thing every candidates join with offer letter. But I didn't get my offer letter yet. My senior doesn't know the way how to behave with her employees. So for this reason most of the employees of the Bhubaneswar branch keep on leaving there job. She pressurizes everyone to leave there job with her bad behaviour. I left the organization on April. I had put down my resignation on the same date and told my seniors to give me my offer letter and the payment for the days I have worked till the month of April. But no response from them. I need my offer letter and the salary. So unprofessional and disgusting organization is this.. I hope after reading this you send my offer through post to me..
