The jacket lost 3cm at the sleeves and the scarf lost about fifteen centimeters.
Realizing their fault, they tried to "catch up" by stretching the clothes. I had to go there 7 times for no progress.
Finally they told me "try to do with our office disputes, I do not know how it works" followed by "yes we changed our washing program and now customers complain retraicissement of woolen clothes ".
I do not see the usefulness of a dry cleaner in this case. I lost my time, my money and 2 clothes.
Only positive point, the staff is nice.
Beware if you have wool / cashmere clothes.
