To banish, I brought back a mattress protector to clean which still cost me 40 euros ...

The cleaning was not carried out
I got it back in the same condition as when I dropped it off

Waste of time I had to go back.
I got it back a few days later clean.

What a shame to have to move around and shout for the job to be done !!!!!!
