DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE for service here, one of the worst service departments ever.
There workers are like a revolving door changes everytime I've been there, they treat you like garbage if you are doing warranty work and unless you forking out thousands will not help you at all.
The main issue is that all there technicians are incompetent and could not find a issue with my vehicle on three different times that it was brought in. They don't know how to diagnose a vehicle properly.
Finally was brought to another dealership and came to find out bad water pump was the cause(pulley is wobbling)
They are now not taking fault into misdiagnosis of the vehicle the original time when was brought in and state there was no issue at that moment when there clearly wrong because I wouldnt have brought it back there three different times trying to resolve this issue.

Worst dealership ever find another place. All they want is your money. Scam artists

You have already looked at my vehicle and remember at that time did not show any symptoms of issues is what the service manager stated to me... Stop lying to people this is not slander this is FACTS.

Why would I pay another diagnosis fee when I've already gotten it done at another actual qualified dealership that was a Chrysler dealership, which was recommended that I do by Chrysler Canada.

If you were the dealership you state you are you with your exceptional customer service you would have diagnosed the vehicle for free since the mistake of misdiagnosis the first time around and then actually done the repair to have the vehicle fixed properly but unfortunately you aren't.

As for the service manager Jacky and his exceptional customer service qualities were never seen once and as a manager should understand that people do make mistakes and thing do get missed sometimes as they did in this situation but not being able to admit that is just showing how good there customer service is.

Don't waste your time with them. This is the service you will receive. Please take this as a example.

Not only are they out for your money there going to lie as the same time.

Serpa Chrysler Service at 20 Cowdray Ct., Scarborough so impressed me. A warm greeting from the team and what seemed like a genuinely nice place to work made me think I had made a good choice. Quality cups of coffee in the waiting lounge gave me relaxing time while waiting. A thoroughly great company with a great service.

All I can advise is if you own FCA vehicles, go to Serpa for the service and repair, they are the best.
Last year I bought my Ram truck from another dealer in Mississauga and truck had check engine light twice when it was brand new. All they did was erased the light. On Third time I tried Serpa Chrysler, since then I have no problem with the truck. They are very honest and they know what they are doing. I won't be surprised if they get all sorts of awards.

I came here for the same problem (inclusive in warranty) twice and they just don't fix it, but still wrote repair complete in the invoice. And when I found this problem at their store, they simply ask me come the third time next monday.

I had to buy a car in a rush as my old car died suddenly and I needed a car for work. I called this dealership and found them to be so professional and friendly. The Manager Ali and the sales representative Sam Khalam were excellent in answering all the questions about the Jeep I wanted to purchase. Mitch was fantastic also in helping me deal with all the financial matters regarding the Jeep. I must say that everyone who works at this dealership are very professional, friendly, and patient with their customers. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.

He went out of his way to ensure my experience was exceptional - from the test drive to the negotiations. Not to mention the paperwork was so quick! I felt very comfortable with Mitch's honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Worst experience ever! Employees don t care. It like a union shop. No attention to detail. Was not complete on arrival and had to continually call to check. When calling rarely got a answer or call back and had to physically go in each time to get results. Other private shops were begging for the business and where even willing to pay my deductible. DO NOT Give this dealership your vehicle.

Purchased a new 2020 Grand Cherokee Jeep in June/20. Fedele at Serpa made the process smooth and was very pleased in the timing from the order to delivery of the vehicle, in particular given we had to work around the recent Covid problem. Highly recommend the dealership. I cannot comment on the service side and will not as I live well outside of the GTA

As a Serpa Chrysler neighbour I wanted to offer a shout out to the fantastic hospitality Ellington Montessori School received when the staff and students required short term shelter from the elements. The team at Serpa Chrysler welcomed us to their showroom while the school building issue was resolved. Mitch Cadesky, and his team, were gracious hosts and the students returned to school bursting with excitement about their adventure. Serpa Chrysler managed the curve ball, without a miss, and that speaks volumes to the team and service!

Serpa Chrysler is the only dealership I recommend. I had a great experience with Adam and Mitch in Serpa.

I were looking for a replacement vehicle since December 2019 and i did some of my research on the bands from their website. Chrysler had a great promotion at that time, so i decide to visit the dealership where is close to my work site. I had a bad experience on the first dealership I visited. I went to another dealership two weeks after where I work on North side location. I am not sure where it went wrong but the dealership can not pull up the leasing calculation from their computer. They told me to wait for their update which i did interacted with the saleman for days. However, it took longer time than I expected and I saw the Serpa while I drove to DownTown area... So, i decided to call the dealership for help. Adam caught my attention with our couple minutes conversation and i went to the dealership next day. Great helps with Adam.... Manager Mitch approach with his manner attitude... I am totally respect Adam and Mitch with their service and i am honour to have my new vehicle from Serpa Chrysler....

We are not Chrysler/Jeep we just selling their cars the solution will cost us $1400 and it is too much for us to pay to solve your issue this is the answers I received from Mitch, finance manager at this location after I came back two weeks after I purchased a new Jeep 2018 with a problem in the stereo, disconnecting from iPhones (I checked it with few different iPhones). He told me that the solution for this will cost him $1400 and it s too much for them.
Ash also involved in this issue, after months that I am talking with them about this issue, Ash one of the managers told me in quite I know what you re complaining about, it is happening to me all the time with my iPhone 7 on my Jeep . Few days ago Mitch call me and told me good news, I have a solution for you, I know a guy that can install you a separate Bluetooth device in addition to your stereo and that he will call me to schedule it, I asked him if he have a location, he said no. He doing this as a side job. I agree just because I am with this issue 6 months already, from the day I purchased the car. His guy called me, name Al, offered me a Bluetooth device that worth $50 on Amazon and he told me that he cannot give me warranty on the installation. I said no and gave up, too much energy for me to handle with people there.
This location is the worst location ever, managers there telling me to send complain letters on other co-workers managers that work with them. They are lying and not taking responsibility on parts that is under warranty. DO NOT BUY NOTHING IN THIS LOCATION. do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.

The sales man lies and said I d be getting tints didn t get no tints, no spare key, they failed to tell me the brake pads where done on my vehicle as well. I called Kenny one day last month to see what Serpa could do to help me trade on my Durango for a new vehicle while times were tough financially through the COVID-19 lockdown. I was amazed just by what he could tell me over the phone and we set up an appointment for that same Monday afternoon I called. By Thursday, he had me picking up a beautiful brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee after taking care of my every question and need on a safe and reliable vehicle. Everyone else at the dealership were incredibly helpful and informative, as well. I can t recommend these guys enough when looking for a new vehicle.

I dealt with Adrian Pahalan (Service Manager) who took personal responsibility for my technical issue and ensured that it was handled quickly and efficiently. Not only was he professional, but he made me feel as if we had known each other for years. I will definitely continue to have my vehicle serviced at Serpa Chrysler.

The Mean Green Machine!

This is the second time that I dropped off my Dodge Ram for service and both times the service department employees were very helpful and provided excellent service. The first time was in the middle of winter and after repairing my truck I received it back washed and very clean outside and inside. The second time was for a recall notice type repair and once again the service was excellent. They also offer to drive you where ever you need to go and also have a comfortable waiting area with wifi available with different choices of coffee/water.

Senior dealership manager, Mitch, is truly the person to have business with - calm, with a huge sense of humor, super knowledgeable and, unlike others we dealt with before, instead of being pushy, he actually makes suggestions that benefit us as his customers. Disclaimer: I didn't end up buying a car, but just had to comment on the excellent customer service that I got while at this dealership.

Usually it's kind of intimidating to go into a dealership, but the entire time I was there I didn't feel the pressure to buy anything. I went on a test drive with Daniel, and he was very informative about the car and accommodating.

I really recommend this place, especially for first-time car buyers.

I visited this dealership when I was in the market for a newer Dodge, nothing wrong in general with the dealership or staff, but my personal experience showed that there was a limit as to how flexible they were and willing to go when it came to negotiating a price. Unfortunately they lost my business as they just couldn't hit my price. I did by at another Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealership not too far away, literally a couple of days later,and at the price I wanted and needed to fit my budget, which btw wasn't low!

Graham in sales is such a pleasure to deal with, truly listened to me as a client and Honestly made the Experiance with Serpa easier. Mitch is also kind. However, in my most honest opinion the process was very lengthy, and time consuming due to management delays, little bit unorganized especially on time of delivery. Not sure if this is due to being understaffed. Overall, staff is kind and friendly.

Service man Peter (Xin), horrible man and he will exploit you, if you must go to the dealer please go to Roadsport or Scarsview. If you go to Serpa you are getting ripped off. Peter will add on extra charges and useless services to your bill, just to get a radio code for your vehicle he will charge you 99$ plus tax and then look at you waiting for a tip. This service was provided to me free of charge from another dealership. Avoid Peter (XIN) rude man horrible customer service and lazy, Dodge needs to properly vet their employees prior to hiring. I have never ever wrote a bad review about anything, but I Had to for this.

Went in for winterize and replacement headlamp bulb. Three hours later, picked up car no lights working now and only one high beam light working.. I went back in and guy gave my key back to mechanic and told me he forgot to reset light as per new Chrysler lights.Took car back in , 15 minutes later mechanic drives it out. No light S working. I said you just charged me for fixing my light and ddidnt even fix the lih expecting me to just leave thinking it was fixed. Now service mgr and mechanics said the wires are causing the problem. Come back Monday .Ever since this dealership was sold it is awful

Great service every time. Besides the 2 grumpy old men, who are probably exhausted from working and have been there for many years. The rest of the staff are really nice. Very courteous and professional, the give a warm welcome and don t make you feel as if your bothering them. I would recommend this car dealership and service centre again and again.

I just passed by interested in a Jeep with few specifications in mind at 8 pm on a week day.. I was courteously invited in and was able discuss my monthly budget and was helped instantly! They helped me in choosing Jeep Compass 2018 with the same specifications I wanted and also they also stayed an extra hour just for me to make sure I get car-financing on the spot with right figures on the paper( no hidden unexpected charges)!
The experience is totally worth and yes I would definitely recommend this place - just because after a week too they called me up and asked me if everything was fine with the car which most of the dealers in Toronto wouldn t do!

An excellent dealership with very knowledgeable employees. Very friendly and made the whole purchase process easy and quick. They made recommendations but were not pushy. We were able to make an excellent deal with great trade-in value. After the purchase when we went to pick up the vehicle, our salesman, David (who I would highly recommend) took us outside and demonstrated how all the options worked. We were taken back inside and introduced to the managers of all the departments (parts, service and body shop). Everyone congratulated us on our purchase and treated us like we were really somebody and not just another sale. Even the owner of the business came over, introduced himself, thanked us for buying at Serpa and also congratulated us on our purchase. We live in Newmarket, but it was worth the drive to Scarborough to be treated as well as we were. I would highly recommend Serpa to anyone thinking of buying a new vehicle.

I was shopping in the area, and on a whim I called Serpa Chrysler as I needed to replace my windshield washer nozzles and when I googled Chrysler they were the closest dealer.
George in parts was so helpful! He told me to stop in as he had the parts in stock. When I arrived a few minutes later he went over and beyond by helping me install them (I mostly watched and he mostly installed). I have coached small businesses on customer service excellence. This was a shining example! Thank you! I'll be back for further service!

Bought used Dodge Journey a few days back, the car is running well. The car is clean and nice. The dealing with the salespersons Wayel, Caleb and Mitch was amazing, they were very friendly and understand the customers. They deal with us in a very polite and respectable way. I got a great deal.
I also bought extra comprehensive warranty (Engine, power train and non-power train) hope that service depart will deal the same way as salespeople did with any warranty related issues.
I will highly recommend to visit Serpa Chrysler Dodge to buy new or used car.

There are 4 closer Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Fiat dealers to me, but I won't go anywhere else. They didn't pressure me when I was buying my first car, they didn't do silly tricks that play with your mind or anything. The first time I took my car in for warranty-related service, they paid for me to have a rental car for extra days because my busy schedule wouldn't let me bring it back in time. I booked an appointment online and they called within the hour to find a good time, and they gave me complimentary car cleaning worth $100 even though I didn't ask (they even cleaned the dog hair off!)

Went to get my car checked for brake concerns. They had all the invoice information yet lied to me about what was covered under warranty. Then made me wait for 3 hours for a job that other dealers do in 30 minutes. On top of this they keep their service area without proper heating in -10 Celsius weather! When I complained to the general manager about this he said this is how they save on costs!

Kenny and the staffs are more helpful and accommodating.They are true to their words that's why I didn't go any more to another dealer and got the SUV there right away!

I went to Serpa for an oil change and to find the source of an annoying whirring noise coming somewhere in the front of my Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk. We recently bought our 7th car, a Pacifica this time, from this location. The current ownership is quite simply awesome. The staff are intelligent, helpful and honest. Our salesperson did a good job introducing us to the car and all its features and controls. There are lots of new things to learn about this vehicle but he made sure we were comfortable.
