I was shopping in the area, and on a whim I called Serpa Chrysler as I needed to replace my windshield washer nozzles and when I googled Chrysler they were the closest dealer.
George in parts was so helpful! He told me to stop in as he had the parts in stock. When I arrived a few minutes later he went over and beyond by helping me install them (I mostly watched and he mostly installed). I have coached small businesses on customer service excellence.
