Serpa Chrysler completely changed my car buying experience! As soon as I walked in, the Sales Manager himself helped me find exactly what I wanted without ever making me feel pressured (one of my pet peeves at dealerships). He went out of his way to ensure my experience was exceptional - from the test drive to the negotiations. Not to mention the paperwork was so quick! I felt very comfortable with Mitch's honesty and transparency throughout the entire process. Finally,the pickup was such an exciting moment - everyone at the dealership made me feel special and congratulated me on my purchase (such a great team there).
