We bought a QX60 just last week with the help from Essa Al- Badri. Essa was great in helping us select the right car for our family. Not only was he knowledgeable about the car itself, it's specs and functions but was also able to get us a great deal on a financing option.
Even when Essa was busy with other clients, he made sure that we were taken care by other staff while he was busy.
The whole family loves our new car, especially the roomy third row seats....Essa definitely made the whole experience less stressful and more pleasant. Definitely recommend 401 Dixie Infiniti to others !!!!

I booked an appointment (the evening before of such) to take a look at one car that they had in stock. When i first arrived at my scheduled appointment, I waited around 40 mins to see the sales rep. When I got to see him, it appears that the car got sold and I was interested specifically in the car I made an appointment with. He showed me other cars that they had and we looked at one that caught my attention. The car looks fine, but when i test drove it, some squeaky noise was coming out from the bottom of the car and brakes were making such horrible and not healthy sound that warns me of its safety. Upon arrival, the sales rep along with someone else among managers came up and inform me that they'll get fixed the same day or the day after and we'll reach out to me when the car is ready. More than a week passed, nobody either contacted me nor made any effort. 1 star deserves the nice and clean dealership interior..
Poor service for maintenance of the vehicle we purchased with them last year. They are nice only when you are buying the car. DISAPPOINTED!!! I am not spending a penny with you again!
Recently purchased a QX50 and had a very positive experience working with Sunny - he educated me on the options available and took the time during test drive before we left parking lot to ensure I was comfortable. Sunny responded promptly to my text message questions and my new car was ready and waiting the day he promised with a bow on it! I would say he enjoys the sales role - thanks again.
We just purchased a QX60. Fares Elbeik was exceptionally helpful while we were making our big purchase. He was very knowledgable and easy to talk to. Not to mention some of the laughs we had also. Went in one day to look at a QX60 that we saw online, and we walked out with that QX60!! Why? Because our salesman Essa took the time to sit with us and listen to what we were looking for, and he and his team were excellent in dealing with our trade-in to ensure they could get us maximum value.

Business Manager.....oh well, I understand that no money should be left "under table" but he plainly prices himself out of sale. 500-600 to tint front windows?!?!?! Hard to go with that when local Tint King will do it with 100-1500 WITH lifetime warranty as well. Also near impossible to get a hold of on the phone.
4 Stars for now, will update once after first service. If amazing I will bump it to 5 if bad it goes down to 3

My experience at 40I Dixie Infiniti was amazing, the staff there are very professional and the environment very comforting. I had the pleasure of working with Hassan Kazmi during the purchase of my 2015 Q50S. By far the best sales rep I have ever worked with. This is my third brand new car, first from Infiniti and Hassan made this experience one of my best. Guided me into the right car, answer all my questions, got the best deal possible, explaining the features of the car, etc. Hassan is very experience and knowledgeable I would recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle to contact Hassan at 401-Dixie Infiniti.
Absolutely great experience from start to end. I am saddened to part ways with this 401 Dixie Infiniti. I ve had nothing but positive interactions with everyone from reception, to management, service, and leasing. There are some absolutely amazing people there, who take the time to explain everything, treat you with respect and are all always kind, courteous, professional and committed to doing an excellent job. Special thanks to Matthew, Amanda, Ron, Angela, Kim, and everyone else who I ve interacted with in one way or other, and made the past few years a joy. Just got a used Q50s here with sales consultant Cecilia. She is very prefessional, not pushy at all. The deal is fair and the car performs very well. Picked up one of the last new 2017 Q50s a few weeks back and loving it! Much appreciation to Fares who stepped in as the Sales Consultant (when the original person I booked with was not avail). Fares was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful (even stayed past business hours to seal the deal). He also followed up closely and helped see a couple minor issues to closure - his follow up was much appreciated.

My husband and I leased our very first vehicle (2017 Q50) from 401 Dixie Infiniti two years ago. It didn't take that long for us to realize that our second vehicle, an SUV would be an Infiniti too. When I reached out to inquire about the QX50, I was put in touch with Sylvia Golec, Leasing Manager. Starting from initial emails to the delivery of our vehicle, she truly always went above and beyond. We went back and forth between a few leasing options and Sylvia was absolutely patient throughout all of it. We had several questions/requests and she was very accommodating and made sure to explain every single option with us thoroughly. Lou was also very informative of the various coverage options we had and made sure to recommend a protection plan based on our specific needs. Both Sylvia and Lou are extremely knowledgeable and evidently passionate about delivering the best customer service possible. I have never left a poor review on google before but am doing so for the first time here.
I think the true character and service of a dealership starts after you leave. Of course when purchasing a car the service is usually excellent and I can honestly say for the 2 cars I purchased at 401 that was certainly the case. My issues arrived later when I had problems with service and warranty and after multiple phone calls and emails to several staff members over 6 months (including the highest level) not a single one replied to any of my communication. Emails go unanswered and phone calls result in a we will have them get right back to you I was only following up on a solution they offered me after initially acknowledging the problems but have since decided and refused to acknowledge the issue after I left the building and I have not heard from them since. The only communication I ve had was when they solicited to purchase my car back from me stating that there was customer in the show room who wanted that exact model ... I returned the call 5 minutes later, I was told the agent who cold called me was busy and he d call me back ASAP (never heard from him again) which is too bad because I was interested (at the time) in returning my 2 year old car and upgrading to a brand new one).
I love the Infiniti car line, can t wait to get my next one but I can do without the hiding under a rock if there s a problem after you leave with your car.

Bought pre-owned EX35 through Lou. Great experience in getting good price of my trade in and getting a nice small SUV. Lou was great in Sales and also in after sales service and he gave a brand new loaner to use till the issue was resolved. Good communication from Lou in keeping me posted of the development.

Marina was great !!! I had a pretty good idea about what car I was looking for and I had taken 4 other Infiniti's for test drives. Marina asked me a lot of questions to make sure that the EX35 that I was looking at was the right car for me. She told me about so many options that the other salespeople didn't think to mention. She was very knowledgeable about the car and made sure that everything was set up the way I wanted before I drove it off the lot. She even found the easiest route home for me since I wasn't from the area!! I would definitely recommend Marina !!! I will definitely use Marina again when I want to buy a new car !!! Sylvia is a true professional whose commitment to Customer Care goes above and beyond. Recently I picked up my Q50 Red Sport which was arranged with her, I was extremely pleased with her ease to talk to, her attention to details and customer focus. Sylvia called me two weeks after I took possession just to find out how I was enjoying the car and to give me the assurance that i can reach out to her in the event that anything arises as it relates to the vehicle.

Dealership is a scam. How is Infiniti letting them stay in business. Sell you accident free cars that have been painted and than tell you we don't have to disclose...lawyer thinks different. ...service tried to replace a transfercase for $6,000.00 local shop replaced the wheel bearing for 400.00 and car is back to normal. ...run away from this deal....scams.

Incompetent mechanics who work here! Who would of thought that the service techs who work here would mess up my brand new car. I paid for a service thinking I would get quality work.. guess again. Secondly, I overpaid for my car in comparison to other dealerships. The dealer aka the stealer! Uncalled for.

Recently purchased a previously owned Maxima. Thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Matt Dorosti. From the test drive to negotiating the deal he was professional and personable.
Returning to pick up the vehicle I had the pleasure of meeting Ranran who went to great lengths to see I left totally satisfied with the car. There was an issue with the sun roof that she had taken care of pronto all the while making sure I was comfortable while waiting. Again her manner and style were first class.
The vehicle was detailed immaculately and inspected thoroughly. I live over two hours from the dealership but will assuredly be back when the time comes to replace the Maxima.

Bought my used 16, Q50 Sport from here. I came all the way from Ottawa just to check the car out as it was exactly what I wanted for a pretty decent price. I got all my help from Essa who was really chill and easy to deal with and also extremely helpful. Buying the car was super simple and easy and I really love it. This was my first time buying a car from a non-private dealer and it was a pretty great experience.
Marco Guzman at 401-Dixie Infiniti is a wonderful salesperson. He guided us in the best way possible as a salesperson should. He waited for us to reschedule appointment as we were running behind with other appointments after a long work day. After we had made up our mind, we appreciate how Marco brought his Finance Manager to negotiate and close the deal an hour after dealership closing time. Their services are recommended!
This was my first experience to Infiniti and was great. I met two gentleman there, for Sales - Essa-Al-Badri and for Finance Rajeev Fernandes. Both are excellent human being in addition to a professionals. Customer service is excellent, in a way that, I made many changes to my requirement before I picked up my car, and they both were nice to accommodate all changes.
Essa is professional sales person having great knowledge in the area of car sales. Very gentle person and clear in communication and reply to any question.
Rajeev is also a little sales person :) in addition to finance professional. Have a excellent knowledge on financing / leasing side. He is very expressive and clear in explaining any and every details in related area.

Very professional attitude from the sales person. Great showroom too. It might take a while for someone to speak to you but the receptionist doesn't take no for an answer and will help you find someone. Inventory wasn't the greatest in my opinion. Couldn't find "my perfect car" with the features I wanted. But at least they were honest with me.
I loved my experience here I bought a Q50 and Raj helped me he was amazing professional friendly and very helpful till the end , and even after I bought the car weeks later I had questions and he helped me with more , will definitely be coming back for a QX60 and working with Raj again .

This is how you improve your business Relationship, After my bad experience I left my "full of complaints review" I was contacted by GM Mr. Ali Raza, He not only satisfied me with all the issues i had, He brought me back into Infiniti and sold me a brand new 2018 QX60...I think He has phd in customer complaints handling.. I am sure people like him will take this dealership to the next level.. I would still advise Infiniti Finance department to improve your communication with the consumers...and be more courteous ...I should have been contacted prior to lease ending not after my lease was ended and you are asking for extra payment just because I was 4 day late in contacting the dealership ...

Had a really great experience here today with my family. We purchased a Kia forte coupe and dealt with sales rep Salil. He provided us with exceptional customer service and we left greatly satisifed with our purchase. Although there were some bumps along the way with regards to the overall initial condition of the car, in the end the attention to detail provided had us leaving with a car that really showed the extra steps taken to ensure that we left happy and in a safely functioning vehicle. These small extra steps really made the difference in considerig how and where we'll be buying future vehicles.
We looked all over for a car for my mom and eventually ended up at 401 Dixie Infiniti where we met Tanit. He was so helpful with the process and very knowledgable about the steps to take and the car she decided on. I bought a used car, so I understand that the inventory (though large enough) would be limited in terms of getting EXACTLY what I wanted. No fault of the sales person or the showroom.
As with any car sales company all the ads ons really get to you. At some point it just get to be too much.
All in all though, I really liked my sales person Raj, and I am IN LOVE with my Infiniti.

I recently bought a used car here, I had a good experience but not a memorable one. They were very responsive and accommodating throughout the process which I really appreciate! However, I am a young customer- they had the opportunity to make a life long customer out of me, but I will not be a returning customer. They did what was necessary to make a sale but did not go above and beyond.
After reading some other low rating reviews I would have to agree. There are better dealerships and more willing people to do business with. None the less I am happy with my purchase but did feel taken advantage of when giving them my business.
I had the worst experience at this dealership. They provided very poor post-sales customer service and they backed out of a signed contract. I went in a week ago Wednesday to inquire about the Infiniti Q50. After test driving and working with one of their salesman (David Haoxiang), I signed an Agreement to Lease a 2015 Infiniti Q50 which they insisted was available for me. They were aggressive in the sale but I was happy with the deal. The agreement was finalised and signed by the sales manager (Martin Singer) and then I worked with the Financial Services Manager (Cruz De Lampeo). I was told they would get back to me in a day or two to confirm the date the car would be available (which would be around a week).
The following Monday (5 days), I hadn't heard anything. David called and suggested I need to purchase additional packages so they could provide a car. This phone call seemed like a sleazy way to make an up-sell. I advised I did not want or need to add additional packages, and was not willing to pay more.
Another 2 days passed (1 week since I signed the original contract) and I still had not heard from anyone. I tried calling David and Martin, before finally getting through to Cruz. He initially told me my car should be available in just a couple of days. He then called me back to tell me they didn't have a car for me, and after another phone call a little later he told me they were going to make it "right" by offering me the equivalent 2016 Q50 for "only $63 more a month". I insisted it should be at the same price since I had a signed contract. Cruz said he would review with sales manager and promised to get back to me by the end of the day. The day passes without a call back.
The following day I get a text from David (which was unprofessional). I called him back to leave a voicemail, and returned the text. I also called Cruz back and left a voicemail. Neither of them returned my call. It had been 8 days since I had a signed contract and nobody was giving me any answers, and they still had my $1000 deposit. I went to the dealership that evening, and nobody could help me out but they finally gave me back my deposit.
I questioned how they would treat a customer who backed out on the contract and I am sure they would keep the deposit. My time was wasted, and I lost over a week in my search for a new car, however I have not been compensated in any way. Throughout the 8 days, nobody seemed willing to communicate with me, and they seemed to happy to hang on to my deposit without holding up to their end of the agreement. I was consistently ignored or lied to.
I don't understand how a car dealership of a luxury brand would act this way. I have previously purchased Acura, Lexus and Audi and always been treated well. I also don't understand how they can back out of a contract. I am still looking into possible courses of action. I would advise going to another dealership to avoid dealing with this type of situation.
It's a nice place to see with an impressive showroom. The staff are courteous and even more professional!

Amazing! Just purchased a 2015 QX60 from Lou.... got a car, great service and an espresso!
Picked up a G37S 6MT in excellent condition. Umar was very professional in managing the transaction. I had to bring my 4yo on the day of the test drive and despite her being cranky, Umar interacted with her well.
The customer lounge is excellent with a hotel-grade keurig, water, chocolate, and fruit.

Hi Robert we are interested in the fleet of cars we were shown we would also like to see the black on black qx60 2017 we were interested in making a deal within the next two weeks next time how ever we would like to deal with a different sales agent. She cut us off a number of times while we were speaking and she also seemed a bit condescending when speaking to my father whom is a senior citizen. And she kept asking where we got our prices from every time we made an offer. Nothing personal how ever we did not feel comfortable making a deal with her specifically. In the future if she could just listen more and sound less condescending it could go along way. If you could set us up with someone else that would be greatly appreciated. Ranran is very rude and needs to learn how to speak to customer properly.
Straight forward transaction dealership was quite busy, therefore, didn't have an extended time of interaction with staff. With that being said, Sylvia Golec and Umar were professional and courteous. Sylvia had an extensive knowledge of the product which was appreciated. Dealership was clean and followed Covid-19 protocols.

Got a call that this location had a very special "promotion".. And that they would offer me 8 thousand more then what my g37xs appraisal price toward's a next vehicle. I went down to the location and just what a waste of time and total bad sales pitch to get suckers humans I guess with no brains what so ever into brand new vehicles nothing used I tried to negotiate and spend extra money as in 10 to 15 k more for a 2 year newer vehicle with 30k less kms so nothing to over the top and just no service wasted my time. They offered me 8 or 9 thousand for my pre owned g37xs I found same car online around the corner for sale for 18.5 thousand againtotal rip off artists

I was in car sales for years and always give the benefit of the doubt.
When I picked up the car it was not ready, not clean , half tank of gas ,only 1 key provided ( promised a $200 cheque to be sent that day 3 months later no cheque) past drivers personal stuff in glove box /center console and brakes that were measured for pads were not even close to the measurements provided.
I went in looking for a QX60, and Essa was patient and explain everything I needed to know. Sale manager Lou was very helpful and assisted when need as well. Rajeev (the financial services manager) was also very helpful and response promptly via phone or email when I had questions and changes needed with my financing. Didn't feel pressured at any point, and walked out with a great car that I was looking for. Great experience overall, thank guys!

Looked at a 2010 Audi. It was over priced by $4000 had several blemishes and they asked for a deposit just to make an offer. Also the car has obviously been there since winter without much care. It had winter tires on it and the ad claimed that both sets of tires come with the car.They tried hard to manipulate me into buying a car I wasn't sure I wanted. Very high pressure. A very bad experience. I wouldn't trust them as far as I could throw the car.

I had a great experience in purchasing my first car from this dealership and Umar really did his best to give me everything I needed. Umar explained everything well about the car, he made me appreciate the car more because of him explaining even the small features of it. Umar really helped a lot because whenever you have questions, he will respond to your e-mails, texts, and even your calls. I also learned a lot from Umar not just about cars but also about in buying cars and the good thing is he treats his customers not just as customers but also as family. All I could say is keep up the good work and all the customers will be really happy just like my experience!
They asked me to leave a review after I purchased my car so I did. I figured it would only be fair to leave another one after I returned it as well.
I walked into the dealership on Jan 29 with a 1pm appointment, I saw Fares only at 2:30pm (90 minutes late). I was an idiot to stick around waiting all that time. He showed me a great car, I test drove a 2015 Infiniti QX50 that had 38,000 km and no accidents. I was advertised a car with 38,000 km and no accidents. We negotiated a car with 38,000 km and no accidents. And I bought a car with 38,000 km and no accidents.
I got a call about a week later telling me they sold me the wrong car and the VIN number doesn't match the one on my bill of sale, the car I should have is one with almost 60,000 km (not 38,000 km) and the one I'm currently driving has an accident (just great). They tell me it was an 'easy mix up' but they're detailing the car right now and will come drive it to my house with the new paperwork to swap it out with the one I currently have...how about no? I told them to give me a discount on my accidented car or to take the car back entirely. Fares spoke with the sales manager Ali and they decide immediately to take it back instead of working on a deal or some compensation...gotta keep the margins up instead of fixing your mistakes right?
When I returned the car I was told the license plates belonged to me. I told Fares that I wasn't told the plates would remain with me and told him I already purchased a car elsewhere and they got me plates. So after some arguing where I was told it's a long process and I need to call MTO and do it myself, I convinced them that they should be doing this since they put me in this mess to begin with (and who knows if I'll end up getting a refund).
I was also advised I wouldn't see a single charge for this car from CIBC yet on February 13 I was charged my first payment amount, so it seems like they made a false promise or are entirely ignorant as to what is going on. I don't know what they're doing but they need to get it together ASAP.
The only saving grace in all of this was one of the sales manager named Essa who tried really hard to make sure I left happy and found me a higher trim car than I had previously bought and agreed to match the price so kudos to him. I told him if I bought an Infiniti again, it would be from a different location than 401 dixie. This has been a trainwreck and an ugly episode I want to put behind me but it keeps being dragged on due to their ineptitude.

Parts departments is not exactly experts. Had my mechanic tell me which part with numbers that I needed. I visited the parts department, ordered it. When I went to pick it up they told me it was the wrong one for my vehicle, so I got a refund, then my mechanic tells me that the parts department was wrong. You would expect at an Infiniti dealership they would be experts or could atleast read parts diagrams, but apparently not. Let just say I will not be getting my parts from this location anymore, very dissapointed
What differentiates this service place than the others is Ron Thompson! Definitely ask for Ron in service department when bringing in your car! Him and his team are the reasons why I continue going back. As a person who doesn't know much about cars, Ron will always break down what I need done in simple terms and explain thoroughly what's currently happening.
What I'll always be appreciative of Ron and his team for, was their effort in going the extra mile in proving to my insurance company that my radiator problem was accident related. It would have been much easier for Ron and his team to say it wasn't accident related and for myself to pay out of my own pocket, but Ron personally handled this with professionalism and became my go to person to explain to my insurance company he root cause and why it truly was accident related. For that, Ron made me not only trust their service department with having their customers best intensions in mind, but a forever loyal returning customer.

We came in to see about the possibility of buying a new car and already had something in mind, however we fell in love with something else. The staff, all of them, are very welcoming and warm. Prabhat Aggarwal was our sales agent and he was fantastic, warm, accommodating, always made us feel comfortable and very hard working. I would highly suggest him if you are in the market for a vehicle you set up an appointment with him. The rest of the team was easy to work with as well and made the process as smooth as possible.
