Hello everyone:

I got myself an Infiniti QX70 (2017!) and I absolutely love it! And why not, it has everything that you want in an luxury SUV. Beautiful looks and a unique style :)

This is my first Infiniti product and also it's my first time dealing with 401 Dixie Infiniti. Let me tell you; Ranran Z and Umar J, made my life easy by giving me excellent advice and insights to this whole "car buying" process. Their approach was professional and non-pressured. If I am getting another Infiniti vehicle, then they both are the reason I will go back to 401 Dixie Infiniti. Thank you, Ranran and Umar :)

I felt comfortable and confident knowing that I got a good product for a fair price. When I picked my QX70, I drove home with pride!

Quite Poor Two small problems which were not willing to correct and when I found out the car never had a spare told me I had left it too long. (I just never looked) I never take the time to write reviews. In this case if I can help anyone else I will feel better. Will go buy a spare and never go back.

When I went in, we have a bit of a tight budget and the sales manager was very helpful in finding a solution for us, for this we are very thankful. After deciding to move ahead with the purchase, a deposit was made of 3K on my credit card Monday morning, with the expectation that the car would be delivered by the end of the week, according to the sales manager. After numerous follow-up emails and voice messages, I did not hear back from the sales team until late Wed (no response yet from the sales manager who helped us) with disappointing news that my car would not be available for another week (the car we purchased was a demo and on the lot, we test drove it). Even after the conversation on Wed with the sales team member, they promised to get me paperwork immediately and again, I have not heard back from them. Very disappointed in the service provided by the sales team, quick to put through the deposit but showing a complete lack of service (and respect) with their customers afterwards. I except more and you should too. I hope to have the chance to write a more positive review after I complete my experience but have no indication that this will happen. I manage a sales team downtown in the FI industry and can tell you, if my team members had this behavior, they would no longer be on the team.

As a follow-up I would like to advise that our experience turned out to be very positive. Although I never did hear back from the sales manager, we did have great service from a sales associate - Syed. He was very thorough, detail oriented and overall he was very pleasant. I would suggest and recommend Infiniti 401 Dixie, particularly Syed.

Sold me a car which they did not had it. After few days start changing stories. Try to sell other car which they have on lot. I went in to get the car i want. Have to fight for 2 weeks to get me money back. How you can trust them if you buy the car and they will serve you with good manners. Carfull when you make deposit.

Several years ago, I had a seat heater issue and they had to remove the console on a G35. I looked at my clock as I was driving into the dealership to drop off the car and it was in perfect shape. To my amazement, when I went to pick up my car, the glass on my clock in the console was cracked. To cover up the damage, the mechanic even went so far as to note on the repair invoice that the glass was already broken prior to the repair. I was amazed! This was a attempt by him to cover up the damage done by him to my clock. I brought this up to the service manager but he stood behind his technicians integrity and would not accept responsibility. Obviously this was uncomfortable as he was challenging my integrity by not believing me. To his credit, he did cover the repair but this left me painfully aware that they have a very sleazy technician working there who this manager is unwilling to acknowledge. I guess it became my word against his so I understand his position but I wrote this review because I know my clock was not cracked when I dropped it off and the damage was done after I dropped my car off. If it happens to anyone else, at least now there is a record of it happening to me. Maybe it will help.

I had a great purchase experience here at 401 Dixie Infiniti in November 2019. Raj assisted me through the process and was more than patient and understanding.

Dilawri Group manages various automotive brands so if the after-sales care with respect to servicing and other issues that may arise during car ownership is managed fair and well, I can see myself coming back as a repeat customer. They're also partnered with Fast Wheels which offers a decent aftermarket wheel selection for the money and a good selection of winter tires.

I'm due for an oil change soon so hopefully the servicing experience will be as good as the sales experience!

A 2013 infiniti with tech package specs was wrongl...

A 2013 infiniti with tech package specs was wrongly advertised in auto trader. I drove all the way to make the purchase and was frustrated when told it was a mistake. Spoke to the sales woman Sylvia Golec who stated that she spoke to the manager who promised to sell a 2014 tech package infiniti for $2000.00 less because of their mistake. When asked to see the vehicle I was told it is not in but will be in a couple of days. Since then called Sylvia everyday who did not bother to return our calls. Finally when I got her yesterday she said the car was supposed to be in on Sept 25th which was yesterday and because she was not in she asked if it was ok to see it today the 26th as they would need it to get showroom ready.
Sylvia did not call the whole day after leaving msgs. Finally when she answered around 2 pm she said she will be in the office in an hour. She also said the vehicle is still not in but they are trying to get it in this evening and we can view it. 2 hours later she calls to say that we will have to purchase it at the higher price. Extremely frustrating service and wasted our time and gas. Never again will I go to 401 Dixie infiniti. Very very poor service.

I recently purchased a QX60 and dealt with Fares who found me the exact vehicle I was looking for. Fares went above and beyond by explaining all the operations of the vehicle and answered all my questions without hesitation. I was very impressed with Fares knowledge of the vehicle and that he always had my best interest at state. I traded in my older vehicle and one week later I realized I left important documents inside my trade-in and Fares was able to recover those documents. I would definitely purchases future vehicles from Fares because I know he's an honest person and has my best interest at state.

Bought a QX50 from 401 Dixie Infiniti. They were closed from my home - so I thought it would have been wise to purchase from them while they agree to my price.

But unfortunately I did not like the way the deal was done. I read the other google review and was very careful from the day 1 by getting everything written from them. Still they tried charging me a little extra even though did not end up doing it. Picking up the vehicle was not pleasurable either. I came to know car was not there and they have to get from another dealer. After few round of talks on pick up time - They gave me a final time of 6 pm - But the car was not ready until 8 after I had an argument with them.

They mess up with my renewal of plate (which was discussed) and some other extra parts order. Even though the Salesperson was polite, I would not recommend Dixie Infiniti for any purchase.

I must say i was extremely pleased with my car buying experience at 401 Dixie Infiniti. Marco was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable about the car. He went into great details in explaining me the car features during the first test drive of the car He answered every question patiently and spent a great amount of time in making sure that i was satisfied with the test drive and eventually my purchase. I had the same experience with every person i interacted with whether it was for my trade or car protection discussions , options etc. This goes a long way in earning customers. WORST SERVICE EVER!

WORST SERVICE EVER!
Once you leave the dealership with your new car, their charm is gone. My JX's transmission broke down at 52K still under warranty and they are doing everything they can to avoid any contact with me. My car has been at the dealership for the past 4 weeks, still with no response from anyone. The service guys don't even pick up my calls or return any of my calls.I have never experienced such an awfull service from any type of establishment in all my years! DON'T GO THERE!

I went with my wife to 401 Dixie Infiniti look at a 2017 QX50. Turned out that we did not buy the vehicle, as my wife found it too power (!) for her style of driving.
However, I must say that I was very impressed by the sale consultant Essa, who was knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I can attest that he truly places the customers' interests above his own. I would definitely buy a car from him if I find a vehicle that fits my needs.

Edit::: TO your response, I have asked multiple times for someone to reach out to me, but no one has. Again, a great point to show that you do not return calls and change deals on your whim.

Avoid this dealership like the plague. We came in to trade in our vehicle. At first we were lowballed into the value of our vehicle. We were then called back and told that we could get the vehicle higher on trade in. (What a surprise) So we put in an offer at a very good finance option. I was told that I would be called back. I was not. I left a voicemail for a return call. I was not called back again.

When I finally got a call back from the dealer the offer completely changed, and went up 4 percentage points on finance from the original offer. How does it go up 4 percentage points?

This dealership was not pleasant to deal with and had me infuriated with dealing with. It's such a shame because in my opinion Infiniti makes great vehicles, but this dealership just does not get it. They do not understand the value of a customer and leaving an unpleasant experience on a customer. I will tell people about my experience here to make sure that no one uses this dealership.

I will never step foot in this dealership again. What abysmal service. I went in to test drive a QX50 and was introduced to salesman Cecelia. While seemingly taking forever to navigate a test drive for me, she takes an open telephone sales call and makes me wait even longer. As a current Nissan owner, I was hoping to take advantage of Nissan/Infinity customer loyalty. But if this is how Infinity treats it's customers, no thank you!

Anyway, gentlemen I chatted with was kind and helpful. Quick look over of the new 2019 QX50. However, I'd miss the 400 hp in my red sport if I changed over!!!!

Overall impression ... if I lived in the west-end ... I'd consider these guys!

I worked with Essa to purchase a used jx35.
Good guy to work with. He was precessional throughout. But more importantly I had a couple small issues after the purchase which Essa looked after for me.
I really like their service team, kept me informed and was very helpful with a loaner.
Overall the sales and service experience was quite exceptional. Which can't always be said!
Don't hesitate to deal with this dealership.

Matthew Dorosti was great! He helped me pick the G37X that suited my budget and my needs! We had a little hiccup on delivery but Matthew was also able to work that out to my satisfaction as well! I've had the Infiniti for a month and love it!

I needed to get vehicle for a new job that I had recently taken on. I went to 7 dealerships of different manufacturers and had the best experience at 401 Dixie Infiniti. As a sales professional myself, I pay very close attention to how I am treated by a salesperson when I am the customer. Raj was very knowledgeable about the various trims and made sure he understood my needs before making a recommendation. He was professional, not pushy, and followed up appropriately. I also had a great experience with Umar, the Finance Service Manager, who was very clear and thorough making me even more comfortable with my purchase. Based on the I experience had, I would strongly recommend 401 Dixie Infiniti. Getting a new vehicle can be a stressful experience but instead, the team at 401 Dixie Infiniti made it very exciting. I felt like a VIP!

Purchased 2014 QX60. Very satisfied with the initial purchasing experience but the very next day after picking up the vehicle I experienced issues. There was a leak in the AC and the battery failed a service test and had to be replaced. When speaking with sales about my experience the reponse I received was well it passed safety and this is why we sell extended warranty Although the dealership fixed all issues at no charge, I feel taken advantage of as a customer because I purchased a vehicle NOT as advertised and fortunate for me I spoke up or these issues could ve been at my own expense. Buyers always be aware when buying a resale, question everything, and never take no for an answer.

We found a car we were looking for a longtime ago and only Dixie Infiniti had it. I called right after it was posted and everything was awesome !!. It took about a week to get everything completed. I was so lucky to be transferred to Sylvia when I called because she knew everything about the car. We had not seen or gotten the opportunity to test drive the car prior to us picking it up because we lived 6 hours away.Lou did an awesome job. He made sure we got everything we needed within a week. Picking up the car was the best experience we had. The car exceeded our expectations. 2 months after , I contacted Sylvia about questions relating to the car and she assisted us immediately. I highly recommend 401 Dixie. Our next car purchase will be from Dixie

Obviously they have one of the best selection for pre owned Infinitis. I specifically dealt with Brad, a very upbeat, straight forward person. He not only knew everything about the car but acknowledged what I had researched and provided more in depth information on my q50. He did promise a cargo mat but never responded once I drove out.

To ALL interested in Infiniti products, I made a trip down to 401 Dixie and was introduced to Janees Babar (Infiniti Brand Specialist). Janees was as professional, patient and unobtrusive as they come. He answered all my questions, took the time to present the vehicle I was interested in. No stone was unturned. What I particularly noticed from past experiences, was there was no pressure, no rush and no timeline he focused on me. I had a good experience with regards to shopping for my vehicle. Worst customer service ever!!! I stood there waiting to talk to someone and everyone seemed to just pass and ignore me until I had to knock on one of the doors to get assistance! The woman seemed annoyed that I had to knock her door to ask for assistance since no one would attend to me! Never again will i go there!!!!

Aside from Lou, all management at this location are dirty, especially rajiv (finance). They lie, manipulate, cheat, etc. any chance to make more money. Unless you have worked in this industry, you probably won't know how/when they're taking advantage of you. They have been reported to OMVIC. Save yourself the stress and headache, go somewhere else.

Reasonable price, they even tried to get my software update covered under warranty, but it didn't go through which was fine and expected. Found the update which some reported trouble with dealerships finding without much trouble. Overall pleasant experience.

Wait time was longer than expected and appointment was difficult to schedule as they seemed busy. Originally I was scheduled for a day they were closed, I had to call in and have it moved.

EDIT: I went a second time for something else last weekend, and once again they were quick and super helpful. Bumped up to 5 stars, the appointment mishap can happen to anyone so I'm sure it was just an honest mistake.
