Hi! My wife and I bought our refrigerator on January 1992 after we got married December of the previous year. My wife has already left me and my 2 sons for another man but our ref has been with us for the past 26 years, has been functioning well and has not given me neither headaches nor heartaches(!)

I'm Louie, I have a shop in the Philippines and all the aircon I bought is Panasonic's split type, because your aircondition performance is so good and I've tested it so I'm not switching to another brand .. so you keep on please beauty and proof of your product ..

But when I was disqualified last time I bought and applied to your authorized dealer, he said he would add 350pesos per foot to the office in case we would not report back to the office half he would pay for it installer so when finished 19 feet so my excess of 9, 9x350 = 3150pesos seems to be worth the office case 2500 just discounted already .. buy more breaker, vulcaseal worth all 1400pesos ..
We are looking for a receipt for payment and nothing has been provided ..
I hope you make this a little money but in the part of management parts / parts they use and in our part of costumer we spend very much on aircon higher installations reaching 8400pesos ..
I'll look for an answer / recomedation or whatever action..please send back e-mail ..

IF THERE s ZERO RATE HERE, WLD HAVE RATED IT ZERO! MY GOODNESSc. WE BOUGHT OUR REF LAST MARCH 2018 ONLY. 1ST WEEK OF SEPT 2018, THE CRISPER STARTED NOT COOLING ALREADY. SEPT 21, TECHNICIAN CAME AND REPAIRED IT BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. OCT 6, ANOTHER TECHNICIAN CAME AND SAID REF WAS OVERICING. HE POURED WATER MELT THE ICE. DIAGNOSTIC WAS NEED TO REPLACE SENSOR. OCT 9, ANOTHER TECHNICIAN CAME, STILL DIANOSTIC WAS SENSOR DEFECTIVE. OCT 12, TECHNICIAN CAME AND REPLACED FAN MOTOR! FAN MOTOR WHEN PREV TECHNICIAN SAID SENSOR WAS DEFECTIVE! WHEN HE REPLACED THE FAN MOTOR, THE MORE THE CRISPER DIDN WORK AS IN ZERO % NOT COOLING. NOV. 15, SAME TECHNICIAN CAME AND THIS TIME WE DEMANDED FOR REPLACEMENT. WE DON T WANT THEM TO REPAIR THE UNIT ANYMORE. WE SUFFERED MANY MONTHS ALREADY BEC OF THIS REF. NOW THEY SAID IT s STILL SUBJECT FOR REPAIR? 3 MONTHS MORE AND WARANTY HAS ENDED. HAVE A HEAVY HEART RATING IT AT 1.

Hate the traffic going and back from this place. The guard are friendly. You need to wear closed shoes so for women don't wear sandals or slippers. Been here numerous times already because we have complained problems with x1000. Also our ref not yet replaced with the same capacity. They wanted to replace with a lower capacity.

Bought Panasonic washing machine last December 3, 2019. I asked for Panasonic to have the demo today supposed to be at 1PM BUT nobody came! The supervisor (name withheld) promised to call me but didn't. When I made a follow up during lunchtime, I learned she's on leave. I spoke to their manager (name withheld) but until 3:40pm, I'm still waiting for his call. Very unprofessional and it's really hard to get good commitment when you talked to call center agents! PS: Actually somebody came from Panasonic (name withheld) but not really a good demo person so to avoid further stress, I told him I'd wait for a really good Panasonic demo to come over BUT I'm so disappointed, frustrated, too stressed, I wished I didn't get this brand, after its sales, this is what I experienced!

If you want good after sales service, better go to...

If you want good after sales service, better go to another brand, not panasonic aircon. Had my inverter aircon checked for a fee. Was told to buy both parts that could possibly be the cause. The problem was the cost of the 2 parts, excluding the service was almost the same as buying a new unit and they wont even commit that it will solve the problem. I spent a good amount of time calling and money to call them to no avail. Their after sales service is the worst Ive ever experienced.

Bought a Panasonic shower heater before the ECQ and haven t been able to use it until now because the only company they have accredited to install the unit - Rockford Mktg Corp, are still non operational. I wouldn t mind if they are easy to communicate with. However, they are so difficult to contact and, rude and unprofessional when communicating. In contrast, another shower heater which we got from a lesser known company, has already been installed and is working well. Their representative was also very courteous and responsive. I hope Panasonic can fix this and accredit better partners as this mars their reputation. There is no point buying from a supposed reliable company if they partner with terrible and untrustworthy installers.
