SEPT 21, TECHNICIAN CAME AND REPAIRED IT BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. OCT 6, ANOTHER TECHNICIAN CAME AND SAID REF WAS OVERICING. HE POURED WATER MELT THE ICE. DIAGNOSTIC WAS NEED TO REPLACE SENSOR. OCT 9, ANOTHER TECHNICIAN CAME, STILL DIANOSTIC WAS SENSOR DEFECTIVE. OCT 12, TECHNICIAN CAME AND REPLACED FAN MOTOR! FAN MOTOR WHEN PREV TECHNICIAN SAID SENSOR WAS DEFECTIVE! WHEN HE REPLACED THE FAN MOTOR, THE MORE THE CRISPER DIDN WORK AS IN ZERO % NOT COOLING. NOV. 15, SAME TECHNICIAN CAME AND THIS TIME WE DEMANDED FOR REPLACEMENT. WE DON T WANT THEM TO REPAIR THE UNIT ANYMORE. WE SUFFERED MANY MONTHS ALREADY BEC OF THIS REF. NOW THEY SAID IT s STILL SUBJECT FOR REPAIR? 3 MONTHS MORE AND WARANTY HAS ENDED.
