Bought pre-owned EX35 through Lou. Great experience in getting good price of my trade in and getting a nice small SUV. Lou was great in Sales and also in after sales service and he gave a brand new loaner to use till the issue was resolved. Good communication from Lou in keeping me posted of the development.
Ron is great guy in Service. He is very accommodating and customer focused person.
Overall great experience buying INFINITI at 401 Dixie INFINITI.
