NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.
I took out a MotoPlatinum policy with them days ago.
There was an error in the transcription of the license plate, I IMMEDIATELY noticed the error and spent the last three days stuck on the computer and on the phone in a desperate attempt to have contact with them.
Dozens and dozens of emails, phone calls to a customer service that is only and exclusively a tape, messages to their facebook page where a BOT named Simon responds and here too the resolution is zero.
I find it SHAME that there is no
way to communicate HUMANLY with an operator so as to promptly solve the problems that arise.
Now I find myself with about 500 euros less on the account, BECAUSE THE MONEY TAKES THEM INSTANTLY (if not you can't proceed) and without the possibility of putting the bike on the street that I need to work on.
I am still waiting for a couple of days, after which I have made the request for a REFUND AND CANCELLATION of the policy (although I have read that months and months pass before being reimbursed) I will also consider contacting a consumer association to expose the problem by evaluating a legal action.
You don't play with these things, insurance is a fundamental thing, but your customers' money is no different either.
PS I have also read comments and positive experiences clearly, but try to read carefully what happened to those who unfortunately had an accident and had to avail themselves of their assistance.

I purchased this insurance because it was recommended by the Yamaha dealer where I bought the bike.
There is no phone number to contact and I never needed one. The policy expired in March, today December, they write to me threatening to pass the credit recovery procedure within 5 days for the cost of 59 Euros for the box. Today I discovered that there is no number to call.
Know that the management of the box is particularly studied. You have to keep it for at least 3 years, 59Euro per year, after 3 years you have to send the cancellation one month before the deadline. Obviously the dealer did not tell me anything, I should have read all the details of the contract, but the insurance should have sent notice of the deadline, not done. In addition, to take out the insurance just one click, to cancel the box you need a registered letter.
In the contract there seems to be the possibility to cancel within 14 days after the deadline but since no one has informed me of this cost I could not do anything. It would seem all studied very well.

Saturday morning, January 16, motorcycle blocked in the center of Milan with no possibility of moving or hospitalizing it. I called the roadside assistance number included in my insurance contract: the first time they made me wait over 50 minutes before closing the call without any response, the second time I had to wait 35 minutes before being bounced. I solved it by myself with the support of a private person (luckily I was in the center of Milan ...).
An emergency service managed indecently.
I will tell as much as possible what happened to motorcyclist friends and I hope to be able to avoid others the mistake of signing a contract with you.
As for me, I will report the company to the competent control authorities, take legal action to claim damages and, as soon as possible, I will change company.
