I purchased this insurance because it was recommended by the Yamaha dealer where I bought the bike.
There is no phone number to contact and I never needed one. The policy expired in March, today December, they write to me threatening to pass the credit recovery procedure within 5 days for the cost of 59 Euros for the box. Today I discovered that there is no number to call.
Know that the management of the box is particularly studied. You have to keep it for at least 3 years, 59Euro per year, after 3 years you have to send the cancellation one month before the deadline. Obviously the dealer did not tell me anything, I should have read all the details of the contract, but the insurance should have sent notice of the deadline, not done. In addition, to take out the insurance just one click, to cancel the box you need a registered letter.
In the contract there seems to be the possibility to cancel within 14 days after the deadline but since no one has informed me of this cost I could not do anything. It would seem all studied very well.
