I have already reviewed this company, but I don't know how, it was canceled because I can't find it anymore!
I gave 1 star because you can not be less, motoplatinum is really unreliable, I sent mail on mail, I sent the documents all in order to stipulate a policy, I asked for assistance through their support, but nothing! It went on for more than 2 weeks, I kept the emails sent by testimony ....
I must say that the price was attractive, but for the price / service ratio the money is given away.
I close by advising all motorcyclists to be wary of buying insurance policies from this company because I dare not imagine, in the event of a claim, what will ever happen!
